She is a pro with brows too! She's so good at what she does that everyone wants to book her. So book early because she books up fast! I just left from getting a Brazilian yesterday. It had been 3 months since my last one. 3 MONTHS! Regulars know that you reallly need to have this done every 6 weeks. Not only is it best for maintenance, but it's also best for minimizing pain. The longer the hair, the more painful the Brazilian is. So it's an understatement to say that I was so very scared of "the pull". But I was utterly shocked when Zahra said she was finished with the front!! Finished??!! How?! I didn't even feel it! Zahra's technique is so advanced that she has mastered the art of pain-free waxing, even in "that" area! It's truly astounding! Upon walking in, I couldn't help but notice the aesthetic. The salon is immaculate, the floors were shiny and clean, and it totally gives off the high-end vibe. After signing in, they confirmed what services I was getting and brought me back. The person doing my nails was Paige and she couldn't have been more pleasant. When we got started, she confirmed the design and then suggested I get the gel builder vs gel-x and gave her reasons why. During the process she was extremely attentive, making sure I was satisfied with each step before moving on. Everything was fine and then it came time for the design. She nailed it on the first time! There were no struggles, hesitations, or sighs. She did everything with ease and was able to mimic the design the best out of all the other salons I've been to. Once she was finished, Olivia brought me over and did my pedicure. She was amazing and also super friendly. The massage chair was heaven and easily one of the best I've had whilst getting a pedicure. Overall, I was beyond pleased for my first time at the salon. While the prices are a tad higher than what I'm accustomed to paying, it does ring true you get what you pay for. I booked a 60…read moreminute headspa which consisted of a scalp massage, shampoo, conditioning mask / steam, facial cleanse, sheet mask, arm massage, and heated eye mask. She rinsed my hair, applied some face lotion, and gave me some time to apply leave-in conditioner & blowdry my own hair before leaving. Was it relaxing? Absolutely. Do I think it was worth the hype? If I'm being honest, no. I definitely don't think it was worth the full retail price of $130 + tip. I was disappointed the scalp massage was so short and that it didn't include a neck massage. She also didn't use any hair tools I've seen in their promo videos and spent a decent amount of time just combing out my knotted hair at the end. I feel your money is better spent on a massage or facial. I also booked a cupping massage to see how it differed from traditional swedish massages I've had. This was a unique experience consisting of warm oil, hot towels, deep breathing, stretching, and (of course) suction cups. I was surprised when the cups were fluidly incorporated into the massage before temporarily being placed in certain areas of tension. My body felt much less tense than when I walked in! However, I'd be remiss to point out it was uncomfortable at times because of heavy force exerted during stretches, pinching from the cups when there wasn't enough oil for glide, and scraping from her longer fingernails. I also unfortunately received a quarter sized bruise on my arm inside a cup mark. I would make sure you don't have plans to show skin for at least a week or two and be sure to drink plenty of water before AND after. The salon itself is clean and smells nice. They have an extensive spa menu with lots of options to treat yourself or someone you love. I saw a menu for wine next to the tea and water (I'm not sure if it's complimentary as I wasn't offered any, but if so, that's a nice perk!) They're located on the one-way stretch of Manchester so just be sure to keep an eye out for their sign so you don't miss them

When we arrived, we were the only 2 clients in the space since we had the last appointments of the night. The girls working got us checked in, offered us something to drink and let us pick out our nail color from the wall. I was glad to see they offer dazzle dry since that's been my new favorite type of polish recently. Once we had our colors, the techs had us sit in the chairs and we were able to soak our feet for a bit. The bowls they use are meant to be cleaner than the traditional pedicure tubs and are easy to move around as needed. Once we had our feet soaking for a bit, the techs started to clean/scrub our feet/ankles and calves. They also provided a warm neck wrap that we could put on while relaxing. Once they are ready to start with the lotion and hot towels, they have you recline back in the chair which was so nice. My favorite part was when they did the hot stone massage on my feet/calves. Honestly, that felt so good and lasted a nice amount of time. Once all of the pampering was completed, my nail tech started to work on my toes and made sure they were getting painted correctly. She did at least 2 coats of the color along with a base coat and a top coat so I trust the color will last for a bit. We were able to remain reclined for about 10-15 minutes while our toes were drying and then the nail techs came out to check on our toes so that we could put on our flip flops and head out. The techs were so friendly and really made sure we felt good afterwards. They helped us up off our chairs and then we were able to pay before leaving. This really was such a nice experience for a pedicure. Now that I have done the basic pedicure, I may be interested in doing one of their speciality pedicure experiences next time.

One urgent care visit later, to relieve the blood building behind the damaged toe, one week of prescription antibiotic, still applying prescription antibiotic ointment. and a visit to the podiatrist to review and further repair the damage.
