Scheduled an appointment for a fill in and everything. My nails weren't even raising so a dip fill in shouldn't be a problem but no it warranted a whole new set apparently. I am handicapped so I had to have my head down the whole time to keep my hands and arms where the tech could reach them. It wasn't until she removed all the dip on the right hand did I see she wasn't doing a fill but a complete removal. By that time I knew it was too late to stop her. I thought okay maybe they were worse than I thought and she is just going to do a whole new set. No big deal. But then she started putting on color polish. Found out she was doing gel in a glittery blue. My nails before were a darker blue with a slight shimmer that I loved. Now I'm stuck with glittery blue nails and I'm not a glitter person. I'm never going back there. ****I do want to update my review after being told by my mom that with dip, taking it all off first is typical. That is my fault for not understanding the process and not the nail salons. I do stand by my not being able to choose whether I want gel or dip. I thought with me coming in with dip that I would get dip again. I never said anything about gel. I saw a white box with blue in it and thought it was the same thing I had last time. I do remember a white box with blue in it last time so just assumed they were the same. I do have multiple painful spots around my nail bed from the tools used. I do appreciate the owner calling to fix it but unfortunately I'm leaving for vacation in a couple days and do not have time to go back up there to get them fixed to what I originally went in for since I live 30 minutes away and only go to get my nails done when I'm in the area. I am changing my rating from 1 to 3 stars.

My pedicure was okay, but I wish they had told me they were not capable of doing a dip manicure with French tips properly or I never would've gone They ended up painting my tips which chipped away in two days, I wasted three hours, and it cost me $100 plus added tip. The place is dirty, and the owner is trying to manage too many things at once. While doing my manicure, she got up at least five times and left me to go work on another client. Then she would come back without washing her hands after touching another clients feet, and start working on my hands again. Never again.

I'm not a high-maintenance person and have always enjoyed my visits there for basic manicures and pedicures. Today, I went in for a simple gel polish removal. While I was quietly chatting with the nail technician about our kids and everyday life, the male manager (I believe his name is Bebe) suddenly started yelling at me. Completely out of nowhere, he told me to get out. I had noticed the atmosphere had become more hostile recently, but I never expected to be treated this way. I was shocked, embarrassed, and left in tears. I didn't fully understand everything that was being said, but I understood enough to know that it was completely inappropriate and upsetting. I left with my nails unfinished because I wasn't willing to stay while he continued yelling at both me and the technician. In all my years as a customer, I have never been treated so disrespectfully. What should have been a simple appointment turned into one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.
