Great service for a reasonable price. but i stopped visiting because Jason a nail tech there wouldn't stop hitting on me and making me uncomfortable. I was 16 at the time and he would hit on me, touch me for no reason and even went as far as asking me my age then mentioning how he is DOUBLE my age and inviting me to come "party" and drink with him. Decided to do a walk in called them first to see if I needed to schedule luckily they had an opening. Went in friendly workers greeted me right away got my gel nails to soak while I picked a color everything was going so quickly. My nail tek was very gentle and asked me after everything he did if I liked it which was great the he finished up told me to wait for the dip to dry then a group walked in and another lady literally rushed me out of the chair. I asked for cuticle oil which my guy was about to put on once my dip was dry but she kept saying no you're finished.. the next day one of my nails started chipping which now I know their dip isn't the best and I usually can get a lot of stuff done with dip that's why they recommend it "lasts longer" right we'll no not all places and for close to $40 this shouldn't be happening. Tried to reschedule twice told them about the situation they were closed one of the day on v-day and another time she told me they were fully booked! read more

This place is on my way to work and I've noticed signs for it recently, so I decided to stop by one Saturday for a pedicure because my feet looked downright embarrassing... I got in right away, and sat in the chair. The massage chair was standard. The exfoliation was good but the foot/leg massage was minimal and not great. It was a bit weird that one person did everything for my feet except paint, and then she went to someone else while another person painted my nails - and then the first gal was handling the register while the other girl whose feet she was doing was just sitting there mid-pedi. Kinda strange. The polish looks great and has withstood a few weeks and lots of socks and closed toe shoes, so that's a plus! They look clean and have a lot of selection of high quality polishes, plus they do the gel polish. One thing that made me go "hmmm" was that an older lady who seemed to be managing took some cuticle clippers that were used, ran them under some water in the sink, and placed them back in the cupboard... that skeeved me out a bit. I am not sure I'll be able to get over that, but I didn't get any fungus this time, so I'm happy! read more

It was the Saturday before Easter and I went to my regular nail salon for a pedicure to be told "30 minutes!" and I know that usually means "90 minutes" so I figured I'd hop in the car and go somewhere else. I've driven past this place numerous times and figured I could give it a try. I walked in and was greeted instantly and was told it would just be a few moments. Only one person was ahead of me. They had a great selection of colors and they quickly sat me in a chair so I could soak for a while until they were ready. They did a great job, very quick and very good. I was able to pay while I was drying. The person next to me was in a grouchy mood and kept snapping at her pedicurist asking him to "go faster" (hey, lady, maybe don't pick the Saturday before a holiday for a fast pedicure) and her pedicurist was extremely polite and professional. My #1 spot is still my #1 considering it's so close to my house but this is a good #2. read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I had been going there for a few months without any problems. I went back to get a gel and change of color. My manicure was chipping within a week. I went back because of the chipping and they redid them without charge as it should have been. Then that gel manicure chipped in four days. I went back and we were trying to figure out why since I hadn't done anything different in my routine nor using any new products. I wondered if their product was old. They suggested dip and did that. They expected me to pay full price for the dip manicure. I said "who is inconveniencing who here?" I paid half. The dip manicure did last as it should have. I went back in to get another dip since it did last and they pretty much shunned me and wouldn't do my nails. This is what you get at this place. If it chips within a short period of time they act like it is your fault. Such bad business practices there. I would suggest NOT going there. There are too many other nail places to go to. read more

I have been seeing Rachel for 2 years and twice now they have burned me. Once my boyfriend pre paid for an appointment as a gift and they tried to have someone else do my nails after my boyfriend specifically made an appointment with my lady. Then, this past week I called the day before to make an appointment and when I went in the next day, they said my name wasn't in the books so Rachel couldn't do my nails. I needed to come back later. I live 20 minutes away and when I call to make an appointment I would expect to be gotten in some way or another. My schedule isn't at the disposal of the business and to be treated like I'm not a regular customer and to not feel welcome every time I go in there--NO THANKS! I'll spend a few extra dollars and go to Bello Salon where they do an awesome job, better color selection, less rushing, and I always feel welcome!! read more

The place is small, clean and the staff is very friendly. I swear my mani polish lasts at least 2 weeks before it even starts to chip! It's location is very close to my house and I've tried other salons for a quick mani/pedi and when I leave, I usually compare them to V Nails.
