One of my real nails broke when taking off acrylic paint no big deal I told cut off rest way put fake on , he fought me on that got glue out I said NO put fake nail on ,he did not to put Acrylic back on said took to long , he was the most rude person I met ,, I been there several time when owner there all been great but I spent 123.00 still gave 12% tip I usally do 20% but wanted share this very ashamed this happened it very clean nice place , one real bad APPLE IN BUNCH . read more

Today my 3 daughters and I went to get mani/pedis for my daughter's birthday. Mrs Kim did an amazing job with our nails! I did the ombre and she also tried the cat eye on one of my daughter's nails which turned out so good. And Mrs Mary did great with our pedis. High recommend. read more

I have been going to AA nails for the past 4 years. I used to love their passion for working, cleanliness of store, and most of all the technicians. The past few months, most of the regular technicians have been 'let go' and they have been placing me with random personal. I am open to working with new people, but their lack of respect, attention to detail, and overall working conditions has been below par. A new woman actually was pulling my hands towards as a 'punishment' because I did not tell her to cut my nails down (She did not ask either). She nicked the sides of my fingers and made one of my fingers to bleed. The chairs are mostly broken in the pedicure stations, the stations were FILLED with dust, dirt, debris and most of all the owner has been extremely rude to me. She so forceful in her tone and demeanor. The owner is always yelling at the staff, making an unpleasant working environment and uncomfortable for patrons to relax. read more

The last 3 times I got a pedicure here were so so. They just don't want to scrub and get rid of calluses anymore . I don't have real bad ones but come on , use the good device you have and it literally takes 1 minute to grind down . They jack up the price and put callus removal up a tier . So okay I pay for it , the guy who performed my pedicure last week got mad at me for asking him to use the "good device" . I really felt his negative attitude . He used it unwillingly and kinda burned my skin for leaving it on too long . Jerk . A a couple ladies just rush through it too. I'm never going back here .. ever ! read more

So today my niece and I wanted to get our nails done but didn't have an appointment. So when u found this salon we decided to just walk in and hope for the best. I am soo happy we did. They started working on our nails right away. My niece is 7 years old and they didn't mind giving her a mani/pedi either. They even have a kid pedicure chair that she absolutely loved!! Had a Girls day with my daughter and this was the place we chose. It was clean, and the staff were attentive and did great work!! We both had Pedicures and they were amazing. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!!!!!!!! My experience was terrible. I scheduled an appointment in advanced to be polite. My appointment was at 4:00 and I was not seen until 4:30, not only that but they yanked my hands around, and rushed me and finished a "manicure" at 4:47. 17 minutes is NOT an appropriate amount of time for a manicure. They charged me $15 and my nails ended up looking WORSE than when I arrived. I should have just left. I even left a $5 tip for the nail lady and she did not take it and just walked away. I went in the winter with dry skin. I got nicked a couple times on my cuticles. I liked the result. The pedicure was top notch. Everything was very clean and the staff was friendly. ***I got nicked in the finger and it remained painful for 2 weeks and was a large enough cut to create a scab on my cuticle! Also I received the gel nail polish treatment and it would not come off!! I tried two different brands of gel nail polish remover and notta. I finally resorted to soaking the nails and scrapping off the polish, which damaged my nails. I DO NOT recommend this place. read more

Unbelievably bad customer service! I walked in at 7:15 PM on a Thursday evening for a basic manicure. I didnt even get a chance to say that was what I wanted before they said they were cleaning and getting ready to close. I would normally have no problem with that however the sign on the door stated they are open until 8pm! I mentioned the sign and they said no they have to clean and close. I've been looking for my go to nail salon and decided to give AA Nails a shot. I was a walk in appointment and waited for just a few moments and then Wendy was finished with her client so she brought me to her chair. She got her tools out of the sterilizer which I was very pleased to see, she proceeded to begin my manicure and was doing a great job until she started to cut my cuticles. She accidentally missed my cuticle on one finger and it began bleeding quite heavily (which I was not upset about accidents happen) but she then grabbed a bottle of anti bleeding gel and put the USED bottle directly on my cut several times and I could not help but think "how many other bleeding people have had this same bottle on their wound." I was absolutely disgusted by this and for this reason alone I will not go to this salon again. read more

First time and last... I arrived at this Salon because my go to place was quite busy. So I decided to cheat and go somewhere else much closer to home. Not even a minute walking in im getting rushed to pick out a color and go sit down. I wasn't even allowed to ask about pricing without being looked at as if I were some crazy insane person. My nails are uneven, not painted all the way and different shapes and lengths. Sorry this is a no go for me. I would rather go to Q-Nails and wait an hour or more than return to A A. read more

I went here with my bridal party the day before my wedding. We had appointments but had to wait about 30 minutes to even sit in the chair for our mani/Pedi's. Then, half of my group of 9 waited about another 20-40 minutes while in the chairs before being acknowledged. The staff was not responsive and did not do a very good job on our nails (sides not painted or skin painted on, dead skin not filed off, removal of gel was painful - she used her fingernails to scrape and dig on my fingernails and when I complained that it hurt, she kept doing it). They didn't understand my request for my nails, which is ok, but the alternative result I got looked cheap and unfinished. Overall, I don't know if it was due to the size of my party (which they said they'd have plenty of staff to accommodate upon making the appointment), but I was very disappointed with the service. read more
