I found out about this location on a whim, I was headed back out of town and had a flight and forgot I didn't get my eyebrows done. All these years later, I still don't trust anyone else to do them. I was told about this location, that it would be open until 6 o'clock on Sunday; and I rushed down the street. Just so you know this location is right off of 270 and Manchester. Drive like you are going to West County Mall, go past the mall and it is on the right side in the plaza with Schnucks, right next to Five Guys. Threading has been the go-to for facial hair removal for a minute and here is why: No burning of skin (with waxing you can lose a layer and the hair never grows back); no harsh chemicals; not as costly as other forms of hair removal; hair doesn't grow back as fast; no mess; and you are in and out quickly. Is it painful? Not as much as other forms of hair removal and we all know the old adage, no pain no gain. On average threading lasts for 3-4 weeks. How is this done? Well,​the ​ thread is used, pulled taut in order to accurately and precisely remove each hair. The space? Nice and clean with two seats to do the threading and a waiting area. Whenever you get an eyebrow threading you get a stamp on a frequency card. Threading can also be done all over the face (lip, chin, sideburns etc.). Threading gives you a custom brow to frame your face; so, everyone doesn't walk with those thin, overarched brows. You leave with natural, not overdone eyebrows. Frankie provided excellent customer service and did a great job. I also want to mention that Monica previously did an excellent job as a receptionist. She was always welcoming and made customers feel valued. If the goal is to encourage repeat business, I would recommend ensuring front desk staff greet customers warmly and avoid being on personal phones while guests are entering the business. A friendly first impression makes a big difference. The service from Frankie was the reason this visit ended on a positive note.
