Only services I have gotten done here are manicures and pedicures and they never disappoint. I never thought of leaving a review until now as I don't think I have ever been so in love with a nail set. Although my set was simple I was having a difficult time picking a base color as these are my natural nails and I didn't want them to be visible as they grew out. Love this new location!!! I have been going here for a few months and have enjoyed my pedicures here. Everyone here is welcoming, service is great and quick and they do a great job. The place is always nice and neat, the chairs look new, prices are fair and parking is ample. I also really appreciate that a lot of the techs speak English and are easy to understand. The nail tech did a fine job, cut me a few times, which happens, BUT she also let me walk out of the salon with UNCURED gel on my nails, this is extremely upsetting and disappointing considering I spent over $100 and uncured gel is a health hazard. read more

I was very impressed with my experience here. The shop is spacious, clean, and modern. There are several TVs showing different shows if you want to watch them. The staff was welcoming and very accommodating as soon as I stepped in the door. The girl who entered before me must be a regular at another of their studios, multiple staff said hello to her by name and commented on seeing her here. My technician spent a huge amount of time perfecting my nail shape and ensuring exactly what I wanted. I had asked for a design and she worked hard on that too, sometimes taking off and restarting if she wasn't happy with it. I was really impressed by the experience. I had gone in the first time for a full set with gel and they were done poorly. I wrote about my experience here and they messaged me and asked me to come back in to give them a second chance and they'd fix them. So I went back in and I am very happy with the new set! Nona did my nails and I would highly recommend her. They look 1000% better than they did the first time and every issue I had was addressed while I was there. I will definitely be making an appointment with her every time I go back! I won a gift card at my gym that included a Clayton Nail Spa gift card and I am so happy I did! I went online to schedule (I love being able to do this) and saw there was a new location opening and they were offering 25% off! This location at 6650 Clayton road was the closest to me so I scheduled the day before and got a quick confirmation. I walked in and was immediately greeted by the gentleman at the front- he confirmed my services and I was sat down immediately. I got a "Clayton pedicure", a manicure, and cat eye effect with gel (I usually do dip on my hands but was so excited with all the effects this shop offered). My pedicure was IMMACULATE and only $50- it included paraffin wax and my feet were so soft after. I also loved that I was offered a pink base with my french because I really like how it turned out. The gentleman doing my nails (my memory is terrible but he had some stunning tattoos on his left arm) was so kind and friendly. Everyone in the shop was and I will definitely be back. To top it off, the aesthetic was definitely giving demure- very classy. Beautiful lighting, new massage chairs, clean and bright. They even had bagels, croissants, with cream cheese and gift bags with lotion and cuticle oil. this coupled with the 25% off made for an experience that will keep me coming back! First time stopping in for a pedicure and dip removal. I'm not impressed. A lot of the techs barely speak English. Tech didn't clean under nails or shape my nails with file until I asked her too. I'm 7 months pregnant and she had me holding my legs up instead of resting it on block like everyone else does: I don't like when techs skip steps in a pedicure process. She left dead skin on until I asked her to remove the rest of the skin. I'm highly disappointed. My toenails are uneven. Customer service wasn't bad. It was okay. I asked for a drink to go and was ignored. But she most likely just didn't understand me as I said earlier, not much English. I only tipped as a courtesy but honestly, she didn't do that well to me. I'm happy she was polite. I upset because before we started, I asked them for a tech that does good work. I came an hour before they closed so hopefully service is better before then. This is just my experience. It wasn't totally horrible but I'm just upset that the experience wasnt all that. I really expected luxury by the interior design. read more
