In search of a new nail salon to call home, this place was first on my list to try. Located in the Lester's Plaza, it's easier to park in the area rear of the salon. The space is decorated nice and very clean. Having made an appointment online with Kimmy for a mani/pedi, I was promptly seated in the pedicure chair. The chairs are modern and comfortable. I wasn't sure what happened with Kimmy's schedule, but someone else started my pedicure and then a 2nd person did my manicure at the same time. Definitely an efficient process which was fine. The pedicure person then handed off to Kimmy about mid-way thru. The same person did finish my manicure and did a nice job, I think his name was John. Kimmy finished the pedi, but forgot the top coat. Overall, not a bad experience. read more

Vinny was amazing and definitely deserves a raise! He was able to do my gel pedicure exactly how I wanted and did a fantastic job. I was traveling through but i definitely would go back when I visit. I think the nail tech I had was inexperienced. She cut my finger twice and then kept trying to upsell Me To get gel instead of regular. She asked me over 5 times. It was so uncomfortable after that I really wanted to leave. Not wanting to cause a scene I just let her finish and left with a sore finger even though it didn't bleed my skin is scraped pretty bad. Pretty interior but doesn't make up for the poor experience. I was hopeful and wanted to like this place but too bad. read more

Very disappointed I was talked into getting gel nails since I was going on vacation I was assured removal would not damage my nails. They would soak them wrap in cotton and aluminum fold and the gel would peel off So 3 weeks later nails had grown out and peeling as expected. I went to the nail salon expected to have nails soaked 10-15 while getting a pedicure then gels gently removed That was not the case the tech applied to a chemical immediately stated using an electric grinder on my nails. I questioned here she said this is how it is done ignored me I looked it up and google & Al this is incorrect and damage nails. My nails are now paper thin and the nail beds are sore and painful. I was charge $20 dollars extra for the damagIng grinding of my nails. I spoke the manager he was rude talking complete nonsense offer no apology or compensation. I will not return and will advise others the same Copied from google : How to properly remove gel nails, file off the top coat, then soak your nails by wrapping them with acetone-soaked cotton balls and aluminum foil for about 10-15 minutes. After- ward, gently push off the softened gel with a cuticle stick, and finish by washing your hands and applying. All they wanted was fast turn over and a upcharge. read more

The space is nice, clean, and serene! I walked in just before 10am on a weekday and it was not busy. The people on staff were friendly and attentive. My nails were done beautifully by a very kind woman. I got a gel manicure with a sparkly topcoat. They have many colors to choose from. I will definitely return. read more

I was visiting a friend in St Louis and we went to get mani/pedi's. I have a wedding coming up in Las Vegas and wanted pretty nails. On 8/8/23 I paid $130 for nails that lasted 24 hours before they started falling off. By the end of the third day over half had fallen off. I called the nail salon this morning and was told that they only offer a 72 hour window to fix, repair, refund. I have had many mani/pedi's but never as bad as this. Such a great salon! The owner and staff are the absolute kindest and most accommodating of any nail salon I've been to in the St. Louis area. I've visited over 15 times and not once have I been dissatisfied. They remember you, acknowledge you with a smile when you walk in the door, and ensure you are completely satisfied with your color & nail job. I went in with my sister, cousin, and boyfriend and we were seated right away which is very nice. I got a full set while the others got pedicures. Mine started off good, i got seated with a guy who did amazing til after the acrylic was laid. he then left and another girl sat down to do my nails. I'm guessing she was a little newer because she cut me 5 times. she kept filing in the same spot over and over which made my skin crack open and bleed. My pinky nail was super sensitive even before coming in, which i explained, and the guy did great working around it, but i guess he didn't explain that to the lady that started to work on me. I mentioned to her that what she was doing hurt, she said "oh i'm sorry," but then kept on going. I left with all of my fingers throbbing. i do not recommend read more

Four months later and I am still extremely happy about coming here for my manicure and pedicure needs every 2 weeks. I still come in and see Tweety and once in a while, a friend of mine joins me for some relaxing mani/pedi. I was very hesitant to ask for anything special in the beginning but I started with some holiday nails and have been pretty happy with them. I came in today with an idea in mind and a photo on my phone of what I want my nails to look like and Tweety did a wonderful job! She always does a great job taking care of them and I have always been so happy leaving the salon. The other ladies are also very helpful. They have seen me in there on a regular basis noe and they are always so accomodating and nice. If I make it in and Tweety is runnig a little late, they will usually get me ready for my services (getting my old gel manicure ready for the new ones, setting me up for my pedicure, etc). I think this place deserve a bump to a 5-star because they do value my loyalty, they are always so nice to me (as well as to other regulars and newcomers) and they provide a wonderful and consistent service. I have never felt like I was ever rushed here even when they have other clients. They take their time to give you the quality service you deserve. read more

I walked in here and had an odd experience. So I walk in the front door and see a seating area, so I sit assuming this is where you're supposed to queue. I am stared at but not greeted or told that I'm in the wrong place which apparently I am. I then see a line thru a door across from where I entered. So after being in the wrong spot for minutes I assume I'm a couple people down the list from where I would have been. So I stand at the the sign in sheet for a few minutes and am then greeted, well with a "what do you want?" Wow! Ok. Well my nails are rough, so I reply with a gel manicure, and am asked to pick a color, and as I turn to ask where the gel colors are, the person who "greeted" me is already gone. Well I end up finding what I assume are the gels, another person walks to greet me, and I ask her if these are the gel colors, she gives me sort of a half nod half no shake. Uh.. Ok...I immediately cross my name off the list and leave. The gel manicures start at $30, and I was planning on getting designs. So I thought at that standard gel manicure price, being treated standardly would be nice. This place was packed, so I'm sure that's why I was treated the way I was, but I left after the 2nd interaction. I gave this place two tries and each time I ran into the same problem. We paid extra for one of those deluxe pedicures and I never got a foot rub. In fact we both started at the same time and my lady ended 15 mins earlier than my partner. I came back a second time ended up with the same woman and the same thing happened. I paid extra for a scrub and she never rubbed it in my leg or foot she just applied it to my calf and left it there and wiped it off. What a waste of money. I could've done that in my own home and gave myself a better foot massage. I ended up just sitting waiting for my partner who was still getting a massage. The color selection is great but I did not feel pampered or relaxed. read more

I offer two stars because they were able to accommodate me with a full set 30 minutes before closing. But the finished product was not worth the price. The tips were not as rounded as I had asked, but what's worse were the edsides and the cuticle area. There were gaps and the gel polish didn't cover the entire nail. It just didn't look natural or nice. I had to lower my rating to one star. I woke up today and my ring finger was swollen and infected from my visit. Not sure if the supplies weren't cleaned, but ouch! read more

This is a really nice place. Clean and decorated nicely. Did a high quality job with the mani/pedi. I got the paraffin treatment which I recommend because your feet turn out really soft, and you get a 10 minute leg massage. They also put on good tv shows (I was watching chopped). The woman was extremely efficient and did my mani/pedi simultaneously to save time. Oh, and the massage chairs are awesome! I'm short (5'1") so I usually have an issue with the chairs not giving me a deep enough massage, but these chairs really did the trick ;) will be coming back. read more

I was seen right away paid $30 for a gel manicure, and the removal of my old gel nails was included!!!! It was awesome that I didn't have to pay extra to take the old gel off. I came on a Saturday morning to try to avoid the crowd. Saturday morning is a busy time here. They did have a chair for me and I didn't have a schedule to keep so I thought this would be great, I can soak and relax. Not really the case. The requests for warmer water when un answered. They felt the need to try to do my pedicure with the girl next to me. So, I not only got a rushed pedicure I received half the attention. I usually ask for the extra massage or an upgrade from the basic. I didn't like it. Especially when I noticed others receiving personal service. It's a shame. I moved to the area and I was looking forward to the chance to have a great nail place so close. They had a good selection of colors and most of the bottles looked current. They had a nice relaxing salon. The parking was a bit of a pain to get to the back. No signage and a one way little gangway to a VERY SMALL lot. But honestly, I just don't want to go to a place where I think I'll be relaxed to get rushed out. I may come back but only if I need a pedi in a hurry. read more

I had such a bizarre experience here because the tech that did my pedicure did an absolutely fabulous job; she really took her time and they look excellent! 2 minutes later, a different tech gave me a manicure and I wasn't paying much attention because I was so happy with my toes, but when I left I was really disappointed at the sloppiness and inattention to detail! I'm super picky about my nails, and I don't know a woman who isn't... Unfortunately, I got the sloppy technician of the three that were there.. My nails were filed crooked, as well as my toenails, and polish was slopped all over my big toes.. Didn't push my cuticles back on either nails or toes at all hardly, and the two ladies next to me got a wonderful pedicure.. I was offered no options on different types of services... And I'm a wonderful tipper and will make it worth someone's while to do a good job... Not here, not this technician.. Not possible.. read more
