I can never get a bikini wax because I am so sensitive, but she uses great products like numbing spray and baby powder, and gives great advice on anything when it comes to taking care of your skin. The waxes are quick and almost painless (although they can never be pain free unfortunately) but if you are a baby when it comes to this stuff, go see Suzette and she will do a great job getting you through it. I only booked time for a cut and style, but when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the scattered grays I can't seem to pull out fast enough (oh the joys of turning 30!), he checked his books and made time for a quick color treatment. He didn't use the photo I sent, just cut from memory, and my hair is amazing! I am totally in love with the cut. Even my boyfriend noticed the change, and ladies, you know that's a huge deal! Drew is my new stylist. No question. I highly recommend him. He's fun, professional, and incredibly talented. Oh, and the scalp massage during my wash was incredible.
