It said something along the lines of, "Since Covid started, people don't want to make an earning any more. This is why we are understaffed." After seeing the sign we still gave them a chance and decided to still get his haircut here. However, once he sat down in the seat the lady serving us began to have an attitude right off the bat. We wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt because everybody has bad days but she continued to make us uncomfortable and began arguing with us about the date of our last visit. Overall, I do not recommend visiting this specific location but I do know that other GreatClips in the area have much better staff who are more talented and can give you a wider range of options. Here is some constructive advice. Maybe if you paid your workers more than two $5 bills for 60 minutes worth of hard work, you wouldn't be so understaffed.
