Just remember it's mostly just the one woman, Linda, running the whole shop & helping each person herself!

Very disappointed with this place…read more The last thing you want going into a business is for them to finesse you into getting what you did NOT ask for and then expecting you to pay! First time I went, I asked for acrylic nails with no design, cost $40. It was a fine visit. Second time I went for a filling and pedicure. I looked at the menu and asked for the $40 Pedicure (can't recall the name). And while Im sitting there I overhear two older ladies who ordered the same pedicure, asking the nail tech WHY she's doing the most expensive pedicure offered (half done with the service). The nail tech looked very "confused" and didn't say anything but gave off the sense that they'll have to pay the $80 pedicure that they did NOT order. And I know this because I HEARD them order it. So dumb. Oh and it gets worse: my guy tech who I liked (at the time) and was my tech the last visit, finished me up and goes up to the counter and says "it'll be $110". UMMM FOR WHAT?! And of course I ALWAYS have to ask for my receipt (they never offer or give the option). so sketchy and highly ILLEGAL. I should have fought this, but I was so shocked and appalled!! I was angry and left a $20 for him too but had work to get to. I'm not one to complain but SHAME ON YOU Kennerly Nails! If you think you can overcharge people and get away with it you're wrong. Too bad I won't be back to get the police involved. I do hope this review will somehow shed some like on the sketchiness and finessing they do to PAYING customers. But i will never return. I could have been a lifelong customer but after two visits I will never be back. Do better!

I had an appointment 10 am July 5th for a gel pedicure and dip manicure. I have never been to a…read moresalon that doesn't offer the same color gel and dip to match. Pedicure was ugh okay and wasn't told that colors would be only a 80% match maybe. My nails are so screwed up with the gel manicure . She didn't file very well . My nails are paper thin and had three that snagged on my dress ( wedding) my right middle finger nail had split in the middle stopped at the quick thankfully and a V shape chunk is missing. I'm covering it with a bandage. $143.00 for horrible manicure that ruined my nails and She had no idea what she was doing . I experienced burning while she was filing the color off my toes. Also at the manicure same thing burning. Only salon I've been to that doesn't match colors gel/dip whatever service you have. There is a reason Kennerly nails refuse to post their prices on the website. They push the gels so they can charge you $15. More for a mani/pedi!!! I would like the owner to redo everything so she can see what a crappy job her employee did.

Came here for the first time with my daughter. Holy cow, it's huge. There are so many pedi chairs…read moreand mani stations. It's crazy. It almost looks like a factory, there are so many. Having said that, every station is filled with customers, so they must be doing something right. The first time, I splurged and got the most expensive pedi. Stupid expensive but delightful. I felt that they rushed it a little, but no real complaint. I've gotten the pedi that's one level above the basic, which was really nice as well. The ladies all speak decent English and seem very nice. Haven't we all felt like they were talking about us in their native language, lol? I didn't feel that in the 2 times I was here. They do a terrific job. They've been very accommodating both times seating us together (the 2nd time, there were 4 of us). The place is very clean and runs super efficiently. It has a front desk that kinda keeps things moving. They have a bazillion different types of polish and colors; it's almost overwhelming. They have what looks like a private party room in the back of the salon for bridal parties or bigger groups. I appreciate the huge TV's everywhere playing HGTV. Learn how to whitewash your fireplace while you get your toes done. If you're looking for a small, intimate nail salon, this place is not for you.

Wow, this place is basically a factory. I am coming from a one person nail tech salon suite type…read morething and this is the complete opposite. It's quite intimidating the first time, I think. So here's the skinny: come in and check in on the tablet. The chairs to wait in are to the right where all the polish colors are all over the table (I thought that was a party or something). They'll come get you when it's your appointment. The bathroom is in the back corner by the exit sign. I've avoided these types of places because it's hard to tell if the employees are treated and paid well. But this one is run like a well oiled machine. I got tired of my one-woman tech being slow and I ran out of things to talk to her about after all these years. It was like too much work. Here you can just sit in silence and they are done in a timely manner. I usually bring my own polish but I just picked one from their table. It's a little confusing what's what on the table but do your best lol. At the end,the tech gives you a ticket. I didn't know what to do with it or how to tip. There is a nail drying counter/fan but they don't tell you to go there so I didn't know. Next to it are foam sandals. I think you pay on the way out and tip there too. I'll be back with better expectations and feeling less intimidated. I'm glad they take appointments and foot callous removal is with a machine (that is new to me!)
