I usually leave a pedicure about an inch shorter than when I walked in. No exception here. The lady--whose name I did not catch--did an excellent job. I've had pedicures with lower leg massages before, and hers was top notch. The lady who handled my daughter's pedicure found enough room on her big toes to paint a wolf head on each. My wife was so delighted with their work that she let her pedicurist put a flower on each of her big toes. Regarding the location, there is no signage on the road for the shopping center so we had to turn around.

The color I chose ended up being a shade or two lighter than what was shown on the example, so I politely asked if he could add one layer of a darker shade on top to deepen it. Instead of accommodating a very simple request, he acted extremely frustrated, as if it was a huge inconvenience. I even told him it was okay if it was too much, and he immediately sat down and started applying the clear coat without any discussion, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. On top of that, the quality of the manicure itself is poor. While the shape was fine, the gel polish has already chipped on 5 out of 10 nails, and they're not even a week old. For a gel manicure, this is unacceptable. Overall, between the attitude, lack of customer care, and poor longevity of the nails, I do not recommend this
