The price point is very fair. I enjoy the spa chairs, big tvs to enjoy while waiting, and friendly atmosphere. My sister and I have done a sister spa outing here, and had a great, relaxing time...and I've also come for some me time! There is an ample parking lot, but shared with a few other businesses which can get busy. They prefer appointments, but I have walked in a time or two as well, and they kindly worked me in with no issue. It's a good option for their services offered, and I keep going back.

There was no jetted water at all and the technician, who told me her name was Lana, hardly spoke three sentences, even though I try to engage her in conversation, one of the things she did share with me was her name only because I asked her what her name was, and I shared my name with her. when I talked to her, she avoided my eyes and eye contact, and instead of using verbal instructions, or even using her hands to indicate when she would want me to switch foots, she would tap, and then raise her hand up, like I was supposed to know her super secret hand language. She did not do a good job of cleaning around my toes, or under my nails, even though they really were not that dirty. Every other experience I've had is that the technician does take their time and make sure that everything is tiptop, but not Lana. She left two of my toenails much longer than the other ones, and one of those two is much longer than the all the rest. That's on 1 foot. The other foot, at least the nails were of a similar length. But she did not file them or cut them at all. She lightly filed and then she barely did any kind of callus removal on the soul of my foot. 10 seconds tops on each foot for buffing out calluses. Completely ineffective. Then onto the manicure she did the same noncommunication. Her touch got lighter and lighter to tell me to move hands in and out of the cold water this time, until one time I even said to her., " do you want me to give you my other hand now?" And she nodded. I even said to her the water was cold, she just ignored me. Then, instead of using nail polish remover to get off the little bit of gel that I had left on my fingernails, she used her Dremel tool and used it so vigorously that she burned my nails, and I said ouch several times to her and told her that it burned, she continued to do it even after that. she did not use nail polish, she only use the Dremel tool to get the polish off. I asked her to not file my nails down too much on the top. She nodded her head and then just went ahead and did it anyway. And she did speak very good English when I spoke to her. So it was not a lack of her understanding. It has been a couple of days since the manicure now and the tips of my nails are all peeling off because she filed them so thin they are like paper. Additionally, as you can see from the photographs, there was polish all over my cuticles that she did not clean off. Hugely disappointing! I am not sure if it was just the technician or what because the shop was very crowded, and the lady I was sitting next to during my pedicure was very talkative with her technician, and she seemed to be very happy and said she was a repeat customer when I told her it was my first time there. The one good thing about the shop is that they had a huge selection of nail polish, and the massage chairs for the pedicure were in tiptop shape and worked nicely. But I most certainly would not recommend that you go to this shop and if you do be sure to tell them that you do not want Lana, but again I don't even know if that was her real name.

Sonny and Angie, the proprietors, are personable and make it a fun experience. Sonny has an incredible memory for names and will remember you when you return. Many of the clientele have been returning for many years; some have been coming since they opened 15 years ago and now return with children and grandchildren. Being there is always like old home week with the greetings and joking and fun. These are genuinely good people. I take my 90 year old aunt with me; they love her and treat her like a Queen.

So here's the skinny: come in and check in on the tablet. The chairs to wait in are to the right where all the polish colors are all over the table (I thought that was a party or something). They'll come get you when it's your appointment. The bathroom is in the back corner by the exit sign. I've avoided these types of places because it's hard to tell if the employees are treated and paid well. But this one is run like a well oiled machine. I got tired of my one-woman tech being slow and I ran out of things to talk to her about after all these years. It was like too much work. Here you can just sit in silence and they are done in a timely manner. I usually bring my own polish but I just picked one from their table. It's a little confusing what's what on the table but do your best lol. At the end,the tech gives you a ticket. I didn't know what to do with it or how to tip. There is a nail drying counter/fan but they don't tell you to go there so I didn't know. Next to it are foam sandals. I think you pay on the way out and tip there too.
