I saw the tech clean the tubs between customers. They use tub liners. The place was clean. The staff was happy to see you when you came in. Each nail is super thick and she kept piling on the gel polish and a clear top coat. The nails are inconsistently shaped, some are even lumpy and as you can see from the photos the sides are not smooth or fully painted. The design I chose was too difficult for her so I simplified it for her and it looked just OK. Linda got gel polish on my finger and proceeded to use a nail file to file it off, hurting me and damaging my skin. I mentioned it to her and she said "I have to use the file to get the gel polish off your finger," and did it again! Ouch! I went immediately to dinner at my boss's home, and tried hide my hands as much as possible, it was so embarrassing. I made an appointment with my regular nail salon for this weekend to have this taken off and start from scratch. I was also surprised that she started my appointment and then mid-manicure, went over and worked on another woman. She did this twice while I sat there waiting for her. I won't be back.

The have a masseuse, pedicure chairs with vibrators for your back and they do regular or fancy nails. I have a 25 year old daughter who has been going there since she was one. She has had every color of hair imaginable as well as most styles. My 18 year old son got to experiment while he was growing up too. He had the giant colored Mohawk as well as a real rock and roll look. Ren has a lady who loves to have fun. She has had a bird nest in her hair, a glove and ball for opening day. Her Blues Championship hairstyle can be scene in the Facebook account for the store. He really decorates for the holidays, Halloween, Valentines day and Christmas is the best. I volunteered to help one year and there are 15 to 20 people for 2 or 3 days and then he has special helpers who set up the 5 trees and one who does the train set up over the fireplace that has a train, 2 mountains, a circus, amusement park and a working ski lift. I was there last year when Santa came in to get his hair done and his beard trimmed. He had to take wish requests from the few children who were there and the posed for pictures with all the stylists. Come in soon maybe you can meet Santa.
