AMAZING!! The quality of my nails were absolutely beautiful and clean. The vibe was awesome and they had good movies on the tv to watch while getting things done inside. A lady stayed an extra hour to finish my nails up and was still so kind at the end of it and hoped for me to come back. Her and a man in there were phenomenal to be around and they pulled up a stool for my boyfriend to sit next to me while getting my nails done. They were not awkward or anything and kept conversations going and kept a consistent kind vibe. Id 100% recommend, these were definitely the best nails I've ever had done!! read more

I came in for a fill and the lady was doing a million other things while doing my nails. She rushed and was rough. I usually dont speak up when i dont like something but i politely asked her to change the way the french tip looked as it was bulky on the end with minimal inside curve. she then made a high French tip but the inside curve was triangular. I asked her if she could change it a third time and explained that i waned it like the picture where they are more rounded. she proceeded to tell me the picture was airbrush and that someone cant do that by hand, even though my picture was from an social media post from a nail salon and very much so, not airbrushed. It's disheartening to speak up politely and not feel understood. I finally just gave up and said okay and let her do what she wanted, she seemed annoyed at my asking to fix them. My nails are bumpy and uneven and she rushed so bad and filed my skin. While I was there i had to say no to a pedicure no less than 4 times after saying I only came for a fill. I also got asked to do upgrades on my nails but i feel like they should focus more on doing what the client asks for, and less on pushing people to spend more money. Will not be back read more

I love this nail salon! Kathy & Lee are super sweet! I go every few weeks and have for several years. It's over the top clean! All tools are sealed. Dip is put in a separate container and your fingers are dipped in that container. All pedicure chairs have liners. Make sure you have an appointment. They get busy. Appointment only, small salon with good attitude and quality results. I would return, while I'm not a regular I like having a good option.

AVOID!!! Right off the bat I noticed the blue liner in the tub is re used on each customer. Then they use a dremal tool for nail polish removal and cuticles ( this is never cleaned or sanitized) then she cut my pinky toe skin and made it bleed. As if that all wasnt bad enough she did a horrible job painting my toes there was paint all over the skin and because she applied the polish w out first wiping off the lotion she put on my feet when I got home and showered the polish just fell right off. I called and asked for a refund he said no, he said he would re paint but the paint is very very hard to dry (I always use the same color and brand and never had this happened) I told him to be fair and at least offer $15 of my $30 back he refused. What a shame. Now I sit home w pointless toenails soaked in neosporin and one bandaid in hopes I didnt get an infection from there as well. read more

They immediately said that they were booked for the entire day and couldn't take me. There were only two customers and zero people waiting and you're booked until close on a Friday afternoon? Not only do they do exceptional work, but Nick and Lindsey make the whole experience like you're hanging out with friends. This is the best place I have ever been to get my nails done! They were so friendly and they let you relax! I got the #5 pedi today because my feet were in horrible shape and needed extra work plus I was enjoying my only day off work this week! It took them about an hour and a half to two hours to do this pedicure that cost me $50. I know what most of you are thinking "god what took them so long" but they weren't Lolly gaging around! They took their time to make sure you enjoyed each step of the process and the 20 minute massage; was 20 minutes each leg! My nails look great; my feet look fabulous; and I feel amazing! Great service!! I got a gel manicure and a pedicure by Ana. She used new tools right out of the packaging for the pedi. I've been to other places and they've cut my toenails so that I would have in-grown toenails. Some places would rip them out causing horrible pain and swelling; Making me have to go back just to get them cut because I was afraid to cut them myself - scared I would create more in-grown toenails. There was no pain at all!!! Ana gave me a water and was extremely personable. You get a punch card and after so many visits you get money off. I called and made appointments for 1 child a pedicure for my grandson and 1 adult pedicure and manicure for my mother. I even repeated services and time of appointment. Obviously they did not understand regarding the child pedicure. Since they did not have it on their schedule and would not do it. I value a place that has employees that always welcome you to a shop even when they are very, very busy. Nothing makes me more angry when you come into a shop and they can't even bother with a hello, or welcome. This place however any time i come in there will be one employee (or owner) whom will greet you! They do excellent work, and take the best care with nails, feet even waxing. I have never had a problem with them (i'm such a picky snark with my feet... sometimes it's hard to have someone touch them) and they are patient with me (again feet) and I've never had a problem with any treatment that I've had done here. read more

I definitely prefer this salon since it's been taken over by Lee & his family. Lee does my nails the way I want them, doesn't tell me NO or argue how I "should" get them done, and doesn't chatter the entire time. He's not a big designs guy, but he does a great job none the less. His wife does the waxing and she's incredibly meticulous about eye brows. I've had my brows done at spas and it's been horrible. I only trust his wife to do my brows here. Lee's son gives a fabulous pedicure & is as sassy as they come. Good guy who does a great job & personality to boot. This is a great family. My only (very small) issue is somedays I get there at 10 and they aren't ready for business yet, so I have to run a few errands to give them time to open.
