I've avoided these types of places because it's hard to tell if the employees are treated and paid well. But this one is run like a well oiled machine. I got tired of my one-woman tech being slow and I ran out of things to talk to her about after all these years. It was like too much work. Here you can just sit in silence and they are done in a timely manner. I usually bring my own polish but I just picked one from their table. It's a little confusing what's what on the table but do your best lol. At the end,the tech gives you a ticket. I didn't know what to do with it or how to tip. There is a nail drying counter/fan but they don't tell you to go there so I didn't know. Next to it are foam sandals. I think you pay on the way out and tip there too.
