Absolutely the worst nail salon to go to!! I had been a customer for more than 20 years and was a client of Anna ( the owner). It used to be a good place to go to but all of a sudden she became rude, and started doing a sloppy job and was very unfriendly. I always made an appointment in advance and when I got there she would say that I had No appointment while she was working on someone else. After this kind of treatment, it was apparent that she no longer wanted to have me as a client because I didn't get any other services but acrylic nails and fills. I am a cosmetologist myself and knew exactly what she was doing and she knew that too so she couldn't pull any shortcuts. She always complained about the business and how they weren't busy... well when you treat people like crap and do a poor job you will NOT get return customers!! Absolutely the worst experience ever. I asked 3x at the first phone call if they did pink and white acrylic. Oh yes we do. First they soaked my nails in acetone. I should have left then. Then he starts using this clear acrylic, garbage. I asked if they had a deeper color. No answer. I asked what his process was for pink and white no answer. Then he gets polish put and I'm done. His girl said well you had white polish. I stopped her and explained I do my own nails I have a license, I use pink and white acrylic I paid OVER paid for their supplies. This used to be a nice place to go but that has drastically changed. The owner is absolutely rude and just down right nasty. They blatantly talk about you when you decline additional services and when my friend asked her to clean up the edges of her nails the owner got pissed. She began fussing and called another tech to fix what she had messed up. They do a terrible job of cleaning the pedicure bowls and it's just all around not a pleasant experience. Absolutely terrible. I went in to get aryclic French tip and first started just giving me a manicure and painting them with gel once I realized I wasn't getting acrylic nails put on I told the lady to stop and explained what I wanted and she goes "well, next time" like excuse me no, it's not what I want, fix it. So another lady starts doing my nails the way the acrylic nails are supposed to be done, but puts one nail on complete crooked and didn't fix it until I said something and then she started going over my nails with the little machine thing and she gets my skin and the nail bed all on my pinky finger starts bleeding and now it's all cut up and looks disgusting. The French tip looks like a five year old did it, its hideous I will never be back to this place. read more

I went out later on a weeknight and was happy to hear they could still get me in at 8:00. I asked for a pedi, and despite only being an hour until mall closing, they were so obnoxiously pushy! Did I want a mani? An eyebrow wax? I agreed to a mani and designs painted on my big toes and ring fingers, but they never even asked me what I wanted. I was expected to pay before my nails were set, and my polish was smeared and chipped by the time I got home. My pedi lasted the least amount of time than any other I've had. NOT impressed, and NEVER going back! read more

This place was nice years ago. Not anymore! I had a pedicure and while I was getting my nails painted another person was finished with theirs. The basin was not cleaned at all! Just rinsed out! I was shocked! My daughter was getting nails and they were uneven and UGLY! Also the technician nicked her skin. We will never go there again. read more

I've been here once and I will never go back. The unfortunate part is that the pedicure I got was fine and didn't chip for a long time. HOWEVER. The staff is obnoxiously aggressive about peddling extra services to you. All throughout the pedicure the woman doing my nails kept asking me if I wanted a massage, if I wanted extra hand painted details on my big toe, if I wanted my eyebrows waxed, etc. How many times do you have to say no? Never have I received such poor service. The lady working on my feet stopped after putting on the bottom coat to give a guy an eye brow wax. No excuse me. No apology. I would like to start by saying that I went here because it is convenient and because someone gave me a giftcard. My manicure and pedicure together were 35 dollars all together, which I found reasonable. I also do like the way my nails look. However, I feel like I've never been in so much pain getting a pedicure. The technician was aggressively filing down calluses and toenails, more than necessary. I know it's been a while, but jeeze! I also didn't like the pedicure and manicure being done at the same time. I knoe it's very efficient but I feel that the paint job would've gone more smoothly If I wasn't wiggling around in the pedicure chair with one leg in the air and one of my hands being held to paint the nails. It was ok. Good for a quick fix, definitely not my favorite though. read more

I came here on Labor Day because my go-to place was closed and I was desperate to get my gel nails off and get a fresh mani. They were swamped but someone told me to soak my nails in acetone and wait. Wait I did, for about 25 minutes. Acetone is super harsh on nails, and I was put-off by this technique. Finally a man began my manicure. He was so ROUGH with my nails at one point I said OUCH! He acted bothered and impatient the entire time, and it was the worst hand/arm massage ever. He then told me to wait under the fan for 10 minutes, I waited 15 just to be sure. Paid, went on my way, and by the time I got home I realized I had already smudged 2 nails. My polish chipped the second day, and I redid them myself on the third. I won't return. read more

I went here three times in six weeks because I like the work they do but I should never have given them my money the first time should have walked out! ! The same woman (who is obviously in charge) is rude to me every single time-and she's always there. I have been trying to overlook it because her employees are all nice but this time she yelled at me to hurry it up like I work for her! The they told me to sit and dry for a few minutes, so that did. Terrible place to go. I went a few times in high school (latest being 2011) and they were never very nice. They rush you. I went again last week and got acrylics. They fell off after 4 days! That's not normal at all. I called them and they said they would fix them. I went up there and she laughs and goes "I thought it was just one nail." I went to get one fixed after coming off after 2 days. So when I called after another two days, she recognized it was the same person. Anyways, they still agreed to fix them although it was all. When I called at noon, it was 3 that fell off. When I got there a little later, it was 6. The girl fixing them says "if this happens again I don't know what to tell you. Your nails must be oil based." Excuse me? That's rude first of all. Secondly, even if my nails ARE oil based, that's not the case. When they came off my nail was soft. It's always rough. Nail technicians always rough them up, practically taking off a top layer of nail. So, they did it wrong. Flat out. Even when they fixed the one after two days, it was the same way. While fixing my nails the second time, she was very rough on the skin. I was BLEEDING. I've gotten my nails done since I was young, I am now 22. This has never happened. If you want terrible nails and experience, go ahead and come here. read more

I went to I get a full set of acrylic nails and I had to wait 15mins which I didn't mind. The lady rushed through the application and when she went to file down the tips she was really rough. Rough to the point where my fingers started to bleed. She told me it was an extra $5 to just paint the tips then she asked me if I wanted a design and I said yes so It was $5 more dollars. She had me pay ahead before she started to paint my nails. The tips looked okay but as for the design it was a glob of white nail polish with a green rhinestone... She had me dry my nails and forgot about me after 20 minutes I had to go. By the time I made it home the Polish wasn't dry and it looked horrid I had to get a Polish Change... Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. Typically take a friend here to get a manicure who has MS and cannot walk and is permanently in a motorized chair. They have in the past been very friendly and always done a great job but this last time they were completely unprofessional and down right RUDE and HATEFUL! My friend was pulling up to the table to get her manicure and her knees got caught under it and it knocked the manicure table over thus making a mess. It was purely an accident and she felt terrible for it. We apologized over and over. Tried to help clean up. They started ranting in their language and half crapped her manicure and my pedicure after that. My water was scalding hot and i refused to put my feet in. The older man that works there was ignorant and rude. He did a hack job and only did half the work on my pedicure and had the balls to charge me $25 for it. The woman who did my friends manicure was friendly to her but half crapped her manicure also and ended up waxing her face!!!! Her face!!!!! Who does that!!!!??!!!!! Do not go to this salon. I work in the mall so out of convenience I have given them several tries and each time they have been rude, unprofessional, and have done horrible work. In the past I have gotten acrylic nails which have been thick and uneven and have not lasted like they should. On my last trip (yesterday) I received a mani/pedi. The woman who did my mani was very painful. Instead of clipping my cuticles she actually pulled and tore them. She never shaped my nails and instead ran the file across them flattening my already decent looking nails. The nail Polish was so thick that it never dried and an hour later I could still press into it. She kept answering her cellphone about every 5 minutes and would walk away to talk to whoever it was. My pedicure, although less painful, still looks awful. The water was cold. When working on my feet the guy turned the container of cotton upside down on my used towel (without putting a lid on it) and I had to put my leg on the container-both unsanitary and painful.The nails were filed to be uneven and again the nail Polish was so thick that after an hour it wasn't dry. A day later my polish looks awful and my cuticles still hurt. I will never be going here again. read more

I wish I would have read these other ladies reviews prior to spending $120 here last night. I purchased a full set of gel nails and got a ped the deluxe and my daughter got a mani/pedi. The staff does hound you 100 times about doing your eyebrows, or upgrading to this or that and of course you can hardly understand them. But my biggest complaint which is huge. MY FINGERS BLED and still are today. They are so sore and red. Not to mention that the girl that first did my nails did a, well how do I put it, HORRIBLE job. The gel was uneaven and super thick and they just looked really bad like I did it all myself left handed. So another lady in there which she was actually pretty good, but she tried to fix what the first lady did and they do look better, (liveable but not elegant and pretty). Not a realzed time at all so I won't be going back. There were no other customers in the salon when I arrived, that should have tipped me off that the service was crappy. I have been wearing gel nails for over a year straight, and needed to have them redone. The man barely did any prep work to my nails except removing the old gel and trimming a few cuticles. I asked for the nails to be short, and he clipped a couple with the clippers. I assumed he was going to file them all down to the same legnth after that, i was wrong. All of the nails were different legnths. He used the buffer/file for about 10 seconds. There was no oil for the cuticles, he didn't file the tips exactly square they were roundish, and there was no lotion used at all on my hands/arms. He didn't use a base coat for the gel, he started with the color first. After three coats of color, he then did the top coat for gel. There was also no lotion applied at the end of the manicure, he dabbed a tiny bit of oil on the back of my hand and proceeded to rub it into my hands/arms. It was like the beginning of rug burn since there wasn't enough moisture. After I left, some of my nails were rough around the edges and I had to file them myself to get them smooth. I also don't think my nails are as shiny as they usually are. Overall bad experience, I would skip it next time. read more

A few years ago, this place was great but, over the past 2 years service and results have been very poor. Went in for a acrylic build for short nail and pedi-mani. There was only 2 people in when I arrived and 3 others arrived after me. The lady kept working on them first because I presume, the services they asked for was faster while leaving me soaking in water. The young man she would send over to do various services in between ( lotion massage, remove nail polish etc) could not have moved slower and it was painfully obvious he was a stall to prevent complaints from customers. 1-1/2 hrs later, I told them I must leave (pedi still not completed and mani yet to begin) she slaped the acrylic on, filed but didn't built up nail nor shaped it properly followed by a polishing my 6yr old nephew could have done better. All for the cost of 38 bucks. I didn't bother getting the mani as I had no interest in spending my entire evening there, especially with the obvious poor job on my pedi. I'm not sure how much longer they will be in service but, it will not be because of me. read more

This place is crap. Me and my friend went to get our nails done here. Right when we went to choose a color for our manicures a male worker stood behind us and kept rushing us and tryin to get us to get "long nails" we said no thank you about 5times but he kept asking. Then when we stared our manicures she put on smelly location. And was about to start painting my nails. I stopped her and asked her to cut my nails. She asked me "why would you want your nails any shorter" once I eventually convince her to cut my nails she jump up from her chair and stated yelling to all the coworkers as she walked across the store they all looked straight at me so I'm pretty sure I know who she was talking about. She came back and instead of using nail clippers had a full on drill. On my thumb nails she said she would draw flowers they looked like a toddler drawing. Then I had a hangnail and instead of leaving it she first attempted to rip I off with her hands then with ear nail polish she stuck it back to my skin. My friend came in just wanting a manicure, the guy doing her nails kept trying to get her to get acrylics so he handed her his phone to call her mom to ask she rejected and used her own phone. He aggressively and messily put them on but in the end thy look nice. I had to get them to redo my thumb nail and I had to explain 5 times that I don't want another flower I just wanted it painted. We're we're both asked at least 5time if we wanted to get our eyebrows waxed. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. read more
