She also has the kindest soul out there. She not only gave me the best wax, like EVER but she proceeded to remove my ingrown hairs for me. (Which I was not expecting her to do, since I was just expecting the wax.) Jasminka is a true perfectionist and is possibly the only waxer who made sure the entire process was painless. She does countless different things aside from waxing, like facials, laser hair removal, etc. Dont sleep on this salon, it's awesome!! Also, Zina does my haircuts. All I can say about her, is that she's a god-send. I never realized how badly I needed a haircut due to some minor hair damage from bleaching. She layered my hair and gave it life, if you can get the chance, Zina's a great hair stylist. She bleaches my sister's hair, and she refuses to go to anyone but her. I went to AİDA İBİSEVİC with a picture and clearly explained that I wanted a beautiful, buttery gold-toned balayage. Instead, I walked out with hair that was gray, ashy , and full of unwanted copper tones. It looked nothing like the picture or what I specifically asked for. What made the experience even worse was her attitude. The moment she realized I was unhappy with the result, she became extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of taking responsibility and trying to fix the situation, she told me she didn't have time because another client was coming. I asked her to correct my hair, but she refused. Afterward, I read some of the previous reviews and was shocked to see that other customers described very similar experiences. At that point, it became clear that this is not an isolated incident. I paid for a service that I was extremely unhappy with, was treated disrespectfully when I expressed my concerns, and was left to find another hairstylist to fix the damage. PLEASE, DO NOT TRUST YOUR HAIR WITH THIS STYLIST. I would never recommend her to anyone. Save yourself the money, stress, and disappointment
