She thoroughly explained every step of the process in the utmost professional yet chill manner. She made sure to check throughout the process if I had any questions, and gave an understandable and detailed aftercare protocol to follow. Fire alarm was pulled out of the ceiling. The whole room should be for storage. Massage was inconsistent. Normally they spend equal amount of time on each side and do similar things. My masseur spent maybe half the line on my left side than she did on the right. She also used different techniques on each side, and there was no reason for it. Also, I got the CBD upgrade, but I know she didn't use it but charged me for it. They say it is controlled, so the from desk lady poured it in a cup for the massage lady to add it to the cream. When I was dressing, I saw the oil still in the cup. I didn't question it at that point because I just wanted to get out of there and had a gift card, so I wasn't going to come back anyway to use the rest of the money.
