Asked locals for a referral & told they do a good job. I agree. She spent a long time cleaning up my toes & soles...1st of the season so she had a LOT to do. I like their metal file more than the dremmel type devices, but other staff were using those, & she did use one during mani... Grateful she so good with details, especially during pedicure. Longer massage with lotion than sugar scrub. Busier than some other salons I have been in, & ALL staff were friendly & kind. Prices were higher than listed online. read more

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit to your establishment. Upon arrival, I was asked to place my feet in the soaking tub in preparation for a pedicure. I complied and waited patiently for 20 minutes. During that time, several other customers arrived after me and were attended to before me. When I inquired about the delay, I was told that the male employee on duty "does not do male feet." This explanation was not only unprofessional, but also offensive. I came in expecting a routine pedicure--not to be profiled, ignored, or subjected to assumptions. I wasn't requesting anything inappropriate; I simply wanted the same service any customer would expect. The overall experience was humiliating and unacceptable. I left without receiving any service and will not be returning. Bought the luxury pedicure. 100 short of luxury. Fastest pedicure ever experienced. My massage was 3 minutes timed and felt like a child was massaging me. I kept requesting more pressure. I dont think he understood. My feet were never massaged. I work hard 6 days a week it's my birthday. I haven't had a pedicure in awhile and was looking forward to it. Very depressing. I will go elsewhere today to get another pedicure. read more

Got my nails done for prom and are very happy with the results! Asked for short stilettos and they delivered. Very gentle and didn't absolutely tear up my nail bed. The new management is very good and did a wonderful job. Very polite and well priced. Highly recommend. read more

i hv been here three times trying and each time it is worse service this time i left without even having my big toe painted all the way. im so annoyed i have to put glasses on to see the work - and they did not scrub the callous at all on a LUXURY pedicure - just pretending thru the motions! there was no massage on my feet just rubbing on lotion / oul lightly. I am so glad I gave this new salon a chance. Today was hands down the best experience I've ever had at a nail salon. Gigi was super nice and did an amazing job. My full set with gel polish nails turned out flawless. She took her time to make sure they were even and thin. There were lots of color options, the salon was fresh and clean and comfortable. What more could you ask for?? This was great service! There is a new boss, I came in 30 minutes before closing just see if they were able to take me and they were very kind to take me!! I got a full set of acrylics with a design and whenever I do not like the design on one of my fingers they took the time to buff it out and redo it it was very nice of them! I really enjoyed the service and the set of nails were very carefully done so that there was no imperfections! Great service 10 out of 10 would recommend!! read more

Wouldn't waste your time or money. I get a mani & pedi every 2 wks. My friend decided to check this place out since we had a 10% off. Busy, with 3 girls working on a weekend. Told us to pick a color, but I was confused when I told them I needed a dip mani & they still told be to pick from the wall colors. Anyhow, they did great on my feet- it's a requirement to ask for them to do it right tho. The razor to get extra dead skin off. $13 more to get gel on top of the 25 your paying. Didn't do that, so was charged to get my gel off. When doing my nails she made me get my own paint off! Not even 3 days later I had two nails messed up, went in to get fixed on the 4th day & had to pay. Never will I go back again! read more

Clean salon but worst fill I have ever had, had to go back in and have another worker file off the excess gel polish around my nail. The nails are all so uneven and the paint job is bubbly. Will not return. read more

Just had the paraffin wax pedi done and i loved it! The atmosphere is very relaxing and the massage was outstanding. My polish looks good and I am overall happy with the experience. The place has a spa-like feel, a great way to take a break and relax! Happy Mother's Day to me. :) read more

This place is horrible sat for an hour with our feet in cold water and no one checked on us. When we ask to worker when she walked by if we could have a towel to dry our feet that we were just going to leave she drain the water and walked off. I had to get up and get a towel and only then did the lady walk over and tell us, just a little bit longer she almost done. Horrible customer service, will never go back again read more

So I really wanted to like this place because not only is close to my house but my gym. Well I have been twice now; 1 time for a manicure and pedicure and yesterday just for a manicure. No gel, no acrylic, no dip. Just simple stuff. Not only do they not speak to you but the job is mediocre at best. I had to go home and file my nails because there were rough edges and uneven parts. I can still see some of my old polish and see through some of the new polish. Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else. read more

Was just there with my sister who got a pedicure that took only 5 minutes and the lady complained to my sister that I was running her customers off, I was just sitting there on my phone. O.o One of THEIR customers asked me if I knew how long of a wait because no one would answer her. All I said was "I heard them tell that lady there like 20 minutes or so" that's all I said. The employees are rude & my sister ended up having to go somewhere else to get her toenails repainted as the polish was all over her skin, the other nail tech was shocked at the crappy job they did. This was the first time I ever used this place and it will be the last. For one my daughter got a full set and they filed pretty much everything off and they didnt blend the whole nail well. It looks like she needs a fill and she just got them done 2 hours ago. My daughters friend got a manicure and they cut off all of her long real nails without her permission. I got a full set and the acrylic was not even on top so i looks like the nails are warped, the length of my nails are way too long and they dont match. I am highly pissed off, and my daughter is not happy and her friend is devastated. Let me put it this way...I want to rip off all my nails that I just got done 2 hours ago because I am that pissed off about how they turned out. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I watched the owner yell at another customer when she was unhappy with her nails, no one greets you when you walk in or even speaks to you, they play the most awful music the entire time (some American television might have made the extremely long process a little more pleasant ) and when I FINALLY finished and paid, no one said thank you, good bye or have a nice day. There are several nail salons in the Arnold area, this one is the worst and I won't be back. When I get a chance to get my nails done I want it to be an enjoyable experience and that is not what they offer! read more

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! I believe it was the owner who did my nails. There were so many imperfections and when I raised concerns she told me I wasn't a model! I've had my nails done for years, they just thought the could do a poor job and expect me to pay. read more

Gigi is awesome! She was able to take care of me (full set with gel) and my mom (fill with gel) in less than an hour and they look great! Huge gel polish selection also. Right now they also have 20% off. This is my new place for sure!! read more
