I was an afternoon walk in I have kinda big hands and the tips that the tech used were way to small. made the nails turn out super weird disformed and small. in addition, my right hand thumb is super crooked. For over a hundred dollars, this was definitely not worth the trip. A free tube of cuticle, oil at the end doesn't make up for sloppy work. This was a christmas treat for myself. Literally no effort was put into my pedicure. My toes weren't fully painted. Would not visit again

I'd like to give this place a zero due to the worst customer service ever. They refused to accept a gift certificate I had received from a silent auction at a local high school. I actually paid around $30 at the auction, and was then forced to pay $32 for my mediocre pedicure, after they refused to take the gift certificate, stating there's a new owner. Then they said the certificate expired which was a complete lie as it was dated December of 2022, and clearly stated it was good for one year. I was told I could email the owner, which I've done with no response. I will never step another foot in this place again. I will likely report them to the Better Business bureau as well. Terrible customer service, don't waste your money!! read more

I know so many people who love it here. I have been 3 times now and it's not bad but not great. There is always a smell I notice as soon as I walk in. My daughter didn't notice it, but I always do. I had just a pedicure the other day while my daughter had a manicure and tips. I waited in a pedicure chair about. 20 min before someone came and turned on the water. Once she started, she asked me to pick out the type I wanted. I picked the second one next to basic and told her she then says oh yes, and she speaks of the next higher up one I said no I want the second one and again she said yes yes you are getting this one. At that point it was 10 more dollars and I was just like yep fine. I just did not feel like explaining again. The pedicure was fine. My daughter had her nails done based off of a picture and they came out really good. So if my daughter or a friend wanted to go there, I would go, but it would definitely not be my first choice. read more

The second you walk in it smelled disgusting. The workers were talking to each other the entire time neglecting their job. What should've taken them 20 minutes to do took them over an hour. I saw a roach crawling on the floor. I'm genuinely surprised this place is still in business. read more

Was really excited to try Nail Loft. I rarely get my nails done but it's my birthday week so I decided to splurge on my only gift for myself and go in for a gel pedicure and full set of acrylics. Place was very clean and most of the staff seemed very nice. The man who did my acrylics was a little rough on my cuticles and two days later I have minor scabbing where he made me bleed. It wasn't horrible though, and my nails looked pretty good. I got them done on Sunday with hopes of them staying nice til my birthday on Thursday. By Tuesday afternoon two of the toes on my gel manicure have peeled :( I'm really upset. Chesterfield is a drive for me and I'm busy the rest of the week with work so I'm going to have to deal with it I guess. I was expecting a lot more for the price. Cost me $97 before tip, which surprised me but I was ok with it & am unfamiliar with what the average price for these services are. After my pedicure already peeling off though, I am genuinely disappointed. I might call tomorrow but If they can't do anything for me I sadly won't be going back. read more

Relocated to Missouri last year, found this gem and have been quite satisfied with services. Very friendly and I really like my mani/pedicures. The pedicures are the best, no rush job and the foot massages are fantastic. If you want a gel or dip, they have plenty of color choices! My mom and I just got manicures done. We wanted a spa manicure and both our technicians rushed through our service. It's almost like they would have preferred us to have done the dip or gel - don't have a deluxe manicure on your menu if you don't know how to properly do one. We were supposed to get a massage and we didn't. We definitely overpaid for what he had done. $22 for a rushed poorly done manicure. read more

On the first visit the technician did a great job and gave me a 20% off card for a follow up visit. I can easily get in and they have always done a good job. read more
