New Ownership as of May/June 2019! I decided to give them a try today. The only other nail salon in Eureka I've been to (multiple times) has not been satisfactory. Because I didn't want to take the time to try a new place, I've been driving 30 minutes away to a salon I know and like. I'm happy to say that I expect to be able to stay in Eureka for my pedicures now. I was a walk-in on a busy day and had a slight wait (under 20 minutes). The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Best nail salon in Eureka, Missouri by a landslide. I've never ever had a bad mani or pedi here. The staff are friendly, prices reasonable, and they give you just what you want without snide or rude comments like the folks at Eureka Nails do. The inside of the salon is clean, and they properly care for their tools and ensure cleanliness. Eureka Nails isn't, doesn't honor appointment times, and rip your tips off instead of soaking them. I always have gone to eureka nails but I got tired of the wait. Decided to try here and I'm definitely coming back. I got a pedicure and it was amazing. I always get a little nervous since I'm and athlete and my toes are in rough condition but they were so gentle and detailed clearing all the dead skin and rough edges. I got the cheapest option which included scrub which was a nice surprise. This experience was so relaxing and beneficial I can't wait to come back! Only thing is it was a little understaffed with only 4 workers but it's totally worth the wait! read more

We moved and I have been looking for a place to get my nails done and I have found it. The staff at Nail Idol in Euerka were awesome. My daughter and I both got our toes done. We walked in and they were able to get us in right away. I got a Deluxe pedicure and my feet feel so soft and I love the color. They did amazing work. My daughter who is 6 got her toes painted only. It was her 1st time getting her nails done professional and she was a little nervous, however the staff made her so relaxed that she almost fell asleep in the chair. She loves her toes. This is a pretty nice nail salon with comfortable massaging chairs that seriously almost borderline hurt your back. The place was really clean and they offer the usual services like solar, gel and clear gel nails for 30-40$. They also offer eyebrow, lip and chin waxing for 10$ and of course the usual pedicures with hot stones, heel and leg scrub and of course your choice of tacky polish. I did like how they carried OPI nail polish as I won't use anything else. (It lasts forever!) They were closing at 5 on Sunday and when I walked in at 4:20 for a full set, pedicure and eyebrow waxing, they didn't hesitate to fit me in. It was seriously the quickest full set I've ever had done and she did a great job. I was out in an hour. They have two really neat fish tanks (which needed cleaning, poor fish), a flat-screen which was showing NASCAR and a good Chinese restaurant next door. I'll be back because we can park our truck in the lot and they were all very nice, though quiet and did a great job. read more

THIS DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!!! My friend and I were just in there less than two weeks ago, we also felt as if we were a bother!!! Tina, the owner, huffed and puffed at anything we said. We both went in for a fill and I can tell you this was the absolute worst job ever!!! I have pretty much NO acrylic on my nails, I might as well have got gel overlay on my nails. I was getting the fill and headed to Florida...naturally I wanted a design. I asked for one thing and got something completely different!!!! She was mad that I even asked if she could paint a palm tree..she squeezed my fingers the entire time, my fingers were red when we left. Within two days I had several nails lifting, GEL polish chipped and my nails looked like crap! Never have I had gel polish chip! I clean with bleach, play softball and raise three boys and it has never chipped. My friend called up there the next day as her polish had chipped and one nail was lifting all under 24 hours later and TINA the OWNER blamed it on the customer and said she didn't have her hand in the uv light correctly. She refused to fix it without a fee. Worst customer service and nail job we've EVER had! I've contacted my bank to dispute the charge. I did receive a service however it was not even close to satisfactory. To top it off I think I have a fungus on a couple nails as she didn't even attempt to make sure my nails were clean before applying what little acrylic she did. I'm going today to SOHO NAILS to get the correct services! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR EFFORT IN NAIL IDOL. I have never disputed a charge like this with a bank and business, but I feel it is due this time! read more

I've been going to Nail Idol for a couple years now and I always recommend it to everyone around Eureka. The owner Tina is probably the sweetest and hardest working woman I know and she never fails to squeeze me in even on her busy days. All the women here care about their costumers and really spend time making sure your needs are accommodated (versus just getting you in and out as fast as possible with a mediocre job like Eureka Nails across town). I do acrylic nails with a gel polish and my nails last me 2 weeks + with no chipping/breaking and I NEVER fail to get compliments on them no matter the shape or color I choose. There was only person there and I had to wait and sit there while she did someone elses nails for 40 min after she had said over the phone that she could do my nails right when I got there. Over the phone she also lied about when they close. I got acrylics and they took forever to do first of all and secondly is they weren't even well done after it took two hours. A nail chipped a couple hours after getting them done. The next morning I went to get it fixed. I got there right as they were scheduled to open. No one showed until 15 min after they were supposed to be open. The man who opened the place up did not speak any English and when I was trying to ask for him to fix it he just refused and told me to wait for Tina to show up. When I asked multiple times why he couldn't fix it himself, he called Tina and gave me the phone. She preceded to be rude and not be apologetic at all about not being there for her own business. She said she was "stuck in traffic" and it would take her another 15 min at least for here together. After being there a half an hour after they were supposed to be open for business and ready to serve I left without getting any help from anyone and just more annoyed and unsatisfied with the service. They are extremely unprofessional, rude and clueless about how to please and keep customers. read more

I wanted to clarify some of these reviews. I am 21 years old and have been going to Nail Idol for easily over 6 years. Tina is an incredible manicurist who is struggling to keep her business going because she cannot find anyone talented enough to work for her and has had bad luck with people quitting randomly over the phone, leaving her in difficult positions where it makes it difficult to complete a lot of manis and pedis at once. If the people who are leaving bad reviews actually took the time to talk to her, they would know this. She tries her best to give every customer that walks in the door time to get their nails done, but it is extremely hard when it is literally ONLY her working there. She is not only trying to keep her business going, but trying to support 3 sons, one of which has autism. She tries her very best to smile and greet each customer, but it is no wonder why that can be hard in the position she is in. If you want to get your nails done, Tina is the perfect Manicurist for the job, and is the kindest, most gentle one I have ever been to. That is why I never go to anyone else. She knows me, my mom, and sisters by name and has always made us feel at home. Walk-ins are tough because she is running her business alone, so schedule an appointment with her so she is able to give you her full attention. She is a wonderful person, manicurist and mother just trying to do everything she can to support her family. read more
