I've been a loyal customer for several years (and tip very well every time). Most techs do an amazing job but DO NOT bother making an appt. They do not honor the time. Normally I walk in but I've attempted 3 appts and once my tech called in sick (not an issue), but they could not get me in with any others. 2 other times I get there and my tech is with someone else and it will be "30 min". Also couldn't get me in with another tech. I made appts for a reason based on my schedule . This is bad customer service. 5 yrs of loyalty does not matter. I will not go back. read more

I love going to this nearby nail salon for different services. They are always friendly and have plenty of employees to handle the amount of traffic they receive. Today's services were a pedicure and dip manicure. I also have gotten my brows waxed here and all services have been top notch. It is clean and I never have to worry about contamination. I have come here repeatedly for my nails since moving to the area. I've been to a LOT of nail places in the Wentzville/ofallon/st Peter's area. This is the only place that consistently shapes my nails properly (no lumps or crooked nails) and MULTIPLE capable staff members are always available. I have worked with Lana, Ruby, and Kevin several times, they are all very capable with dip nails and made sure I got my birthday discount. Another honorable mention about this place is their color range and selection. They have an incredible amount of colors IN dip powder, meaning they won't just paint a regular polish color over your standard white or pink dip nails. The only cons here are that they are a bit pricier than some of the other salons that I have been to, there are usually additional $5 charges like a length fee or a special shape fee on my receipt. I personally do not mind this because you get what you pay for-consistent quality results. I can't say that I have been able to find that at other local salons. If you're looking for any length dip nails be sure to ask for Lana, Ruby, or Kevin. They all usually work quickly but provide very exceptional results read more

I just got the fastest, laziest, and worst gel manicure ever. Young man did everything as fast as he could. I think it was 15 minutes start to finish. His tools are NOT sanitized between customers. I asked for the manager and he said that he is the manager. I doubt it. read more

New to Wentzville, so I did some research on all the local nail salons. I was drawn to this salon because of other reviews, the fact that they had their pricing listed online & I could make an appointment online. These things sold me and I gave them a shot. When I arrived they had me check in with a machine and I was to choose my services that I wanted. It printed me out a ticket and they sat me right away. I liked this check in service because they knew what I wanted and they could not charge me more because I already knew how much I should be paying. So we were off to a great start. They seemed to be pretty clean. The craftsmanship by the two ladies who helped me was good. I got a basic pedicure and a gel manicure and I was pleased with the service. The quality of gel is good because I have had the gel on my fingers for 6 weeks. Granted, I am not hard on my nails, nor do I pick at them. But hey that's pretty impressive. I attached a photo of the 6 week grow out. I docked 1 star because I did wear a brand new pair of Lululemon sweat pants into this salon. And when I got home, there were 3 small stains on them. I washed the sweats immediately and the stains did not go away. I'm not sure if it's nail polish or what, but I was very disappointed that it happened. But hey, shit happens. They were a little over grown on some but I didn't realize she meant so short they now look like stubs. Very disappointed she didn't explain how short she meant or understand toes shouldn't be cut so low below the edge. I now have orange looking stubs. read more

I got a pedicure here recently. The place was bright and staff warm. But my pedicure took 20 mins. I wish they wouldn't rush. Each client needs your attention. A basic pedicure should take 30-45 minutes in my opinion. This one did not. It was fast and aggressive and not the best. read more

I've been here only twice, but both times were pretty great. The first time I went, my nails were done by Tiffany (I think that's her name - the bottom half of her hair is silver). She took her time, was incredibly thorough and precise, and even went above and beyond to give me the shape I wanted but didn't think I could get with my length. She was very sweet and patient as well. I was in love with my nails (the white sparkles). She even got me a a towel to cover my legs during my toenail painting as I was in a skirt. The second time, my nails were done by (I think) Tom. He is also kind, and did a great job. He was able to give me the shape I was after and made sure I was happy with them. They look fantastic. I'm looking forward to going back and making this my regular salon. For $55 I got toenail polish change and dip powder change, which I feel is okay but a tad on the higher side since neither included any sort of cuticle cleaning (assuming that is only for manicures), lotion, etc. $45 for filing and dipping seems pricy but again, I am pleased with the results. read more

They're the best; it's been my home salon for years.... they are conscientious, always do a fantastic job, have never ruined my nails, and when I've gone to other places and have gotten bad manicures or pedis that have resulted in major nail damage, they've fixed me up every single time. I will never stray again. They do fabulous artwork for the holidays, and while they may not answer the phone periodically because they are busy I think that is a testament to their good reputation. I have been to this place several times. There is nothing major wrong with this place, it's okay, nothing special, it's okay. I do have two issues that I'd like to share. Although I know this is common, I find it rude when while working on you, the manicurist converse with each other in Vietnamese. I don't want to hear about me being respectful to their culture, that's not the issue. The issue is their being respectful to me as a paying customer. Secondly, when this place is busy, they have the practice of not answering their phone. I have tried to call several times for a next day appointment and been greeted by no answer and no phone message. But, on a positive not, i go here because it's close to home and the prices are reasonable. read more

My mom and I went to get our nails done for a birthday outing. The staff here was really rude and unprofessional. My mom wanted the same color on her fingers and toes, and the tech made a mistake and put the polish away before doing my mom's mani. They then wanted her to get up and find the color again herself. Her pedicure was still wet, so my mom was walking carefully with the little flip flops on, but she still got up from the chair to find the color. I offered to get the color, but I didn't know which one it was. Then when my mom came back to the chair to sit she struggled to get back up into it. She struggles with pulling herself up sometimes, even if it's just a short hop up. The tech then laughed at my mom as she tried. I was on my way to help my mom as the tech was just laughing for a long while. I told the tech that was not kind, and she didn't even apologize. My mom is the sweetest person, and I was really disappointed by this. Ageism and a lack of empathy when someone has limited abilities is not ok. You can't always see someone's abilities from the outside, and it is embarrassing enough without someone laughing and making you feel worse. The tech should have been able to pick the polish she'd just put away and confirmed with my mom that it was the one she'd used so my mom didn't have to get up anyway. read more

I strayed away from my favorite nail place because this was closer to my work. However, they could not do a simple design what so ever. They tried 6 times to do a Christmas tree and a star and could not do it and said they were going to have to leave them how they were. My friend got hers done with me and she showed them a pictures with diamonds and they got done and she asked where the diamond was and he said if she wanted them they'd have to start over ! This is a probably about my third bad experience out of 5 visits, it's just super close to work so I usually try to pop in there if I can't get to my usual nail salon which is an hour away. Two of the times I've came in there they've told me that my acrylic is old and I need a whole new set and that they won't fill them in which I've never been told in my whole life of having nails. This salon seems to say that a lot which increases their ticket price I'm assuming. Then it took her 30+ minutes to get my old nails off, she had to soak a few and then the last one she gave up on and left a chunk and just glued a new nail tip over it. For them being so old and needing to be replaced it took a lot for her to get the off. And they were probably 5 weeks since my last fill cause I haven't had the time to get them filed. I do get shorter nails and I always get them in an almond shape and she told me with how short I wanted them she cannot do an almond shape. Fine, whatever, just round them out which she barely managed. If you can't shape call someone else there who can to do it. All my brand NEW nails are inconsistent, my thumbs look like club nubs and I seriously want to cry over this. My overgrown broken nails seriously looked better than these. It's now a holiday weekend and I have to go out with nails that look like my child did them after paying FIFTY dollars. I do not recommend this place at all. Don't waste ur time or money. The first time I had nails lifting up near the cuticle and vs cutting them down or redoing them he left that gap for bacteria to get in and grow. So after two days the center of my nail started to fill in with after and I could feel it lifting. Seriously unprofessional. read more

Went in for a regular manicure and pedicure with polish. I was there from 9:45am until 12:30 pm. Way way too long!! The technician talked me into dip for my nails because she said it's better than gel even though I asked for regular polish, she said I wouldn't be happy because since I'm a nurse it would wear off and chip. After going through the entire dip process, she told me I was done and to go wash my hands. The top coat must not have been dry because after washing my new dip became tacky and discolored. I went to the desk and asked what it was and the guy told me to go sit at a different nail booth and someone different would fix them, which I didn't ask for. Her fix was dremmeling the dip off my nails and redoing a top coat with a different kind of polish. The dip powder was thick and chunky on my natural nails so I said if they're going to drill it off to just take it all off and put gel polish on. I then had to soak the dip off with remover. The first tech knicked and cut my cuticles causing bleeding & open skin so the nail polish remover burned. After over an extra hour of my time, I finally went to pay and they tried to charge me for the dip I never asked for, the gel re-polish to fix their mess up and the the dip removal the lady messed up on. There was NO way I was paying for service I didn't ask for and service to fix their mistakes. I still ended up paying $64 for the basic mani/pedi and tipped both the ladies that helped me $10 a piece because of the amount of time it took. So $84 total for a bad dip I never asked for that had to be re-done because the nail tech said it was dry when it wasn't. I won't be back. I don't think they should have charged me for the manicure at all but I didn't want to make a scene. read more

They were very rushed. My manicure took maybe 10 minutes. They didn't ask how I wanted my nails shaped and they made them square. My mom got a pedicure and they cut her while clipping her cuticles. She was going to get a manicure but ended up not after she saw mine. Overall it was a terrible experience and we will not be returning. read more

I have tried a few nails places in town since we moved here last fall. This is by far the best pedicure. Everything was clean, the environment was relaxing, and the tech was awesome. I got a jelly pedicure and he really took his time on each step, not rushing through anything and giving a great massage. And my nails look great! He didn't just throw polish on there and call it a day- he made sure they were perfect. I will definitely be back. I'm very happy with this place! Ask for Tom if you go-he is great. read more

While pet sitting for family this weekend, I decided to get a dip powder mani and Classic Pedi. They did not have matching color for my toes so I decided to get an American for my mani. They do not do that, only French. Hardly any "exfoliating" was done on my feet for the Classic Pedi but all in all, nails were shaped nicely even though I had to tell them how I wanted them because no one asked. Actually, I've never been in a quieter salon....no one talks. When I got ready to check out, the lady behind the counter told me it would be $82. I gasped and told them I get this at my normal salon for approximately $60 and I only got a Classic Pedi. Surely my American wasn't $57. Oh no, the total was $62. If I was looking for a salon in the area, this would NOT be my goto. read more

This was by far the worst nail experience I've had in my life! I walked in a little after open had some man who was extremely rude throughout the entire time I was there. When he told me to pick a color he corrected me as to which swatches to look at and said the other bucket had the right ones. I held up the two swatches of maybe 30 colors and asked are these really the only options he look at me and pointed at What I was holding and told me yes. Flash forward mom joins me and has an ENTIRE BUCKET OF COLORS. I asked y I didn't get to choose from those and he was rude and said he gave me those which he didn't. So he takes off what he has done I picked the color I want which by the way isn't what I got and he redid them leaving black all over my fingers I scrub them at the bowl and when he had attempted to remove the black I had to continue to point out the black on my pale skin and still he left spots I am still trying to get off. He was extremely rude when I pointed out he did no prep work for my nails for my powder dip and told me that wasn't what I asked of him and it will cost more to do that and was rude the whole time along with the manager. I will make sure everyone know how terrible they treat their clientele.... this was for my engagement shoot and they literally didn't do anything to fix it or make it right not even an I'm sorry read more
