This place is so clean and so relaxing! I love it! I will be coming back for sure. I got a pedicure with my mom. We both agreed they are professional and friendly. Any bad reviews about this place are from dramatic people who need something to complain about. This place should have 5 stars! read more

horrible service, I went in for a simple design and overlay fill in. the lady did a horrible job and made my nails thick and had acrylic all over my skin! someone else was going to fix them so I'm explaining what i don't like and what needs to be fixed, the lady who originally did my nails comes over and they start laughing and having a whole conversation about my nails then keep telling me she can't thin them out because of the shape I wanted but like I told her I don't never get my nails this thick I've most def had them way thinner with square shape!!! they didn't wanna get me a manager they just kept laughing in my face like I was a joke. i will never go back the techs don't know how to do nails and they customer service is horrible! read more

They renovated their salon a little over a year ago. I kept hearing how nice it looked by my clients at work & friends (I haven't went here in forever) & wow, this place looks different in the best way possible. It's so cute & welcoming! Great choice for decor. Two of their nail techs have worked on me; Vivienne & Miranda. Both are very sweet & have done wonderful, I would absolutely book with either of them again. Haven't had any problems, they're easy to get into & happily take walk ins. The techs are fast, but my nails will always come out looking great for how quick they are! No nicks have happened to me either. read more

My first time going a few weeks ago was fabulous! But it all changed for my second visit. I made an appt with Vivian for yesterday, but instead, I was given 2 other people that did not introduce themselves and then I was made to wait for my fill after my pedi. I told 2 people I made an appt and no one explained why I was not given the person I requested. Blank stares and walked away. I even heard a woman who came in after me say she requested Vivian but it wouldn't let her book it online as she was taken. But her and her daughter were given Vivian and not me as I waited for them to find someone to do my pedi. I get they are regulars, but you need to honor appointments. The pedicure was not relaxing. The woman was on her cell phone 60% of the time. And I mean holding the phone to her ear! She coughed multiple times without covering her mouth, coughed on my feet. Ew. Then I was left at a foot dryer while no one followed up for 15 minutes. I was asked again by the gal at the front desk, did you want your nails done today? YES for the 3rd time I had an appt!! They told me to go to a chair they pointed at, not helping me carry my coat, shoes, purse, water as I hobbled in the throwaway shoes. Thinking I will still get the tech I requested. Nope. A rude man who was very tough of his grabbing of your fingers while he did them. They look nice, but no lotion, nail oil or cleansing. Once they dried in the UV machine, I was done. It was abrupt and odd. No instruction to wash my nails. They were never cleaned after the fill. Ew. I asked if I can put my shoes on and he said no, Wait until you get home. He didn't check them to see if they were dry or remove the toe separators. I won't be back. I was very hopeful but they disappointed on so many levels. Also you can't remove the nail colors when you are selecting a color. They are glued to the wall display and under weird lighting which distorts the color. The red I picked was not the tone I wanted, once I was home in normal lighting. They have their regulars and those people were treated very well and had priority over me. So making an appointment did not help. They also charge a fee for using your debit card. Sadly, this place is a no for me and I would not recommend it. read more

My daughter and I Went to get acrylic nails removed and they total damage my natural nails. The shaved them down so much my nails hurt so bad and broke my natural nails. My hands were place in acentone for the longest time they were burning. Soo uncomfortable read more

My mom, sister, and I all came to get a pedicure about an hour before closing. We called ahead and asked if it would be ok, and they were more than happy. They were quick, efficient, and affordable. Not to mention, they were as kind as can be for us coming in so late. Very satisfied!!! read more

I came in here with my bonus starter and her mom to get pedicures. We made an appointment for 630 and as soon as we checked in, they had us pick out a color and got us right back to the chairs The staff was very pleasant. They were very kind to my bonus, daughter and gentle with her. The only thing I would recommend is they have wine bottles. They have so much dust on them at the Friend and wine glasses. I guess they serve wine or used to. It just needs a little cleaning up and I think offering to customers would be a great bonus. read more

Pedicure was the worst! I could've received better service at a school. I feel totally ripped off. My technician barely even used the pumice stone on my feet. She seemed irritated that I asked for the basic pedicure and continued to try and add on additional services. Save your yourself the money and time. read more

My mom went in for a pedicure and was butchered. She came home covered in cuts. I get being nicked every now and again, accidents happen, but this place is a chop shop. Then the tech. repeatedly told her how thin her skin is (she is middle-aged) as if to gaslight her into why she was being cut. No, being cut is not the customer's fault unless they are dancing around whilst you are trying to nip at them. If a customer is sitting still and you repeatedly cut them enough to draw blood, YOU are the issue. Avoid this "salon" at all costs. read more

so everything was fine at first, than it came to do the design on my nails (I had an inspo pic) and the guy I had completly butchered the hearts I wanted. they're uneven, wide, not clean at al, and look nothing like the inspo pic. they also charged me 70$ when my nails would only cost 50$. read more

The messed up my daughters nails 3 times in one sitting. When my daughter asked to have them removed and to just cancel, the lady doing her nails stood up and yelled at her, an underaged girl. Needless to say, it's a good thing my daughter did not tell me that part of the story when she called me at home to come up and talk to them about why she had to pay for a crap job. Literally lost 5 customers over this. read more

I made an appointment and when I arrived the lady at the front was so rude and nasty like I didn't make an appointment. She then went to the back and started yelling at me to go to the back. I do as instructed. Then I get to the back and I take off my socks and shoes and put them in the water. The lady then tells me to hurry up and get up to the front to get my manicure. I was confused and she put her hands on me in an aggressive manner. I then set my nail polish down and left. I will never be back. I will be filing a formal complaint with the state. read more

Horrible. First the nail tech argued with me about how I wanted my toe nails cut short. She was mad because I like mine short. I walked away with jagged edged nails from not filing properly and cuticle all around my nails. The paint job was horrendous with with bubbles in the paint and did not paint hte edges of my nails so it looked like an not complete pedi/mani. My nails were not squared when filed. I paid $96 for a pedi and mani. The pedi, I upgraded which should have included a 15 minute massage. She didnt even rub my feet. I was disappointed with the service. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I'm giving one star because a sweet lady (i think her name was Thonya) spent more time filing and fixing my nails than the original man who did them took to do my nails. I had fairly long natural nails and he filed them so crooked that to even them out my nails are now stubby and short. He was so rough with my fingers it actually hurt when he would grab and bend my fingers to dip them. They were so uneven and bulky. Still not super happy with them BUT they are even and smooth and she did the best she could to fix them. Took 2 hours for me to get out of there. read more

Went here a month ago since the lockdown. I had been once before and had a great experience. This time was not a great experience. My tech was very pushy about doing the next level up on a pedicure so I finally gave in and said ok. It wasn't worth the extra money. I know I told her at least 3 times I just wanted the basic pedicure. I gave them my credit card at check out. They didn't give me a receipt. When I was almost to my car she comes running after me to come back because they only charged me 4 dollars accidentally. I had to shuffle back in the 90 degrees temperature to stand there another 10 minutes while they recharged me. It was ridiculous. I will not be back. However, I do feel the atmosphere in this salon is the nicest of anywhere in Wentzville. read more

Wait was long but it was busy so it was ok but I asked for the $30 basic pedicure and ended up being charged $40 because she said I asked for that one and I know I didn't. My first time in and the the atmosphere is more calm that I am used to and much appreciated. I love the waterfalls, the sounds of water and beautiful music. Snow took care of me and she talked with me while I was there. She also did a fantastic job on my nails and for my pedicure. They use individual wraps of wax with pedicures, too. The prices were much more affordable then I thought they would be and the service and atmosphere are 100% worth it. read more

I just moved to the wentzville area and needed a new nail place, so I decided to try Nail Pros for a dip manicure and I was extremely disappointed. The lady rushed through my manicure, and seemed in a hurry and annoyed the whole time because I wouldn't add on getting my eyebrows or toes done as well. Only two days after getting my nails done, they started peeling and cracking, which has never happened to my nails before - with dip they can usually last up to 3 weeks. I will not be returning to Nail Pros. read more

I walked in for a gel pedicure. There was no wait so I was seated and first thing I noticed was there was no bowl liner and the tools were already sitting in a container under a crumbled towel. Not sure if they were properly cleaned or what. ( FIRST red flag, i should've left lol) I asked the lady not to cut my "ingrown" she swore i had on both feet, due to safety and cleanliness reasons. She consistently kept cutting into my toes and cuticles, she cut my nails very short and tried to file them when there was nothing to file! Not to mention i was there for an hour and a half, of her cutting, picking and filing. The polish was on the sides and my nail bed and she constantly filed it off, along with the little skin i had left. Hoping i do not get an infection and DO NOT RECOMMEND! read more

I don't recommend this place. Not only are their prices bizarre but it's a different price every time you come in. They rush everything they do. I went in once for a polish change for me and my niece and somehow it was 100$? Makes no sense. Another time I walk in and ask for a certain color and a lady says 'gel right here' and points to a box of maybe 30 colors in a clear frame. I know you have swatches fullllll of colors. I even asked for a certain color and even said the number of the dnd gel. And she still insisted I pick from this tiny selection of color. I walked out. This place is just awful Everytime I try to give them another chance. But there will be no more. Go elsewhere. read more

I Love this Nail Salon. I had a lady do my nails for 16+ years and she sold her Nail Salon and moved to Florida. I never let anyone else do my nails in those 16+ years unless she went on vacation and something was coming up or a holiday, when I did go somewhere else they were terrible!! I have went to the surrounding nail salons and come out wanting to rip my nails off cry and felt totally sick on how they looked has bubbles in them to thick or wide etc.So I looked up reviews read about them decided this was the place I needed to visit...Well I won't be going anywhere else because I found what I was looking for.Tanya does my nails she does an Awesome job.Miranda is also good but, honestly I have watched the nail techs do nails and I haven't seen a bad set of nails yet! Make an appointment don't go in thinking your going to get right in you make an appointment for a Doctor or a Dentist so make that appointment for a good set of nails and an amazing pedicure. I guess I'll go home and give myself a manicure after my manicure. I washed my hands three times and my fingers on my left hand were still red, so I had to buy some acetone to get it to come off. I believe it happened because he used the top coat at first instead of the base and wiped off the mistake with toilet paper, but it stained my skin. I feel like when I get a manicure I should leave with beautiful nails-- I shouldn't have to go home and fix it. To be fair my right hand looks great! read more

I will never go back to this shop again. My 1st visit I had a tall man do my nails. Yes I needed a new full set, but while he did my nails, he constantly was talking in his own language-never engaging with me, also worried about his phone being charged up, then recving a call-all of this during my $50.00 visit. And foolish me I tipped him $10.00. My nails had 1 coat of which I agreed to do, then the right side was thicker therefore the color looks different and it's gel, then my nails were to be square round, they look like club fingers-all around a BAD EXperience. Also this was on my Birthday 3-23-2023. read more

I have been here a couple of times but probably will not return. Each time they constantly try to upsell through out the entire service and it's annoying and not relaxing. Everything is $5 more. I say no and they keep trying. read more

Well we gave it another chance and regret it completely. Two of my three girls asked me to take them to a different salon to have their acrylics re-done. One daughter's nails were done by the owner herself and were filed down 1/4" shorter than what she requested. One hand was squared and the other was coffin shaped. The other daughter's are so thick they look like bubbles and are also too short. Their door says 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. Nope. I told the, I assume, manager that my daughter hated hers so much she actually cried. All he did was make excuses on why what she got was just fine. 0% satisfied here. We will never go there again, period. read more

Not sure why people come here?? Horrible service. Won't ever come back. Zero stars!! Showed a picture of what I wanted(let me explain, that it was a picture of my OWN hand - got my nails previously done from out of town nail salon) This lady tries telling me that MY picture is acrylic and I repeatedly told her - no in the picture it's just GEL tips . So...bad start from the beginning. Then the lady kept trying to up sell me, and tried to get me to do "acrylic $50.00" and said "gel $40.00 , not sturdy, it break off faster" 1. that's POOR advertising if you literally say your own job of gel is that bad. Which is total B.S. I've been getting wonderful service from other nail salons and their work lasts 2-3 weeks no chips at all!!! 2. She started manicure and hardly even did the job of a manicure. I had to ask her 5 times to clean up my nails correctly. She said manicure doesn't include clipping off hang nails???? Since when???? Her idea of manicure was literally just cleaning up a little bit of cuticles. 3.She tried doing the French tip in a very odd fashion, and they looked awful, and crooked - I had to ask for better job , and then she got frustrated. Then a different , nicer, lady tried the correct approach, but the French tips still weren't looking professional , and I had to ask to have better tip shape , so then they offered to take it off for no charge. 4. Then this manager guy comes walking up asking to see the picture of what I wanted and he said "that's easy I'll do it" ... I know it's easy , but I was kind of just done with it all. I don't want to have to show someone how to do French tip and constantly ask for a good job. That should just be a given. read more
