I can honestly say I have never had a painful pedicure before but this, unfortunately, was my first. The pain was caused by roughly using a nail brush as part of the prep and trimming cuticles too quickly/closely, even causing bleeding. Something else that was odd about this pedicure-I had to strongly insist upon a second coat of polish. The end result looks great which was a positive. However, unlike my previous YELP reviews in which I strongly endorse establishments or services, I cannot broadly recommend the pedicure service here from the provider who serviced me. Hopefully this was a one-off experience or someone having a bad day.

Although I was disappointed I didn't get the color I wanted this is the best shaped manicure and healthiest my nails have looked coming out of a salon. I would recommend and look forward to coming back! I just hope they check the colors they have and maybe organize a book with the true options. Shop owners have changed since May 2024 so I think they're still getting the business running the way they'd like.

My aunt was so DELIGHTED with their service and work she even called me later in the day to thank me again for finding me Annie Nails.
