Surprised at the low star ratings of previous clientele of this business. As for me, the nail staff is very friendly and business is clean. Sanitary cleaning and disinfection of foot tubs following pedicures have been observed. Utensils used during manicures and pedicures are individually cleaned and wrapped for each client. Towels are also washed on site. I am very pleased with this business for the services and price of the service I have received. I recommend and will continue to frequent this business. read more

I definitely do not recommend this business my nails creaked about 2hrs after getting them done. They used some press on nails to do my nails , which I've never seen before especially when getting a full set. My nails was not smooth it looked like my 4 year old cousin did them. I'm surprised at the negative reviews of VN Nails; I've gone to four other salons to compare the service and in my opinion VN is the best. The dip powder polish lasts for four weeks and is applied so that it looks natural. My go to technician is Lee. He always does a great job. Came here and they fixed another salons screw up! They made my daughter's nails look amazing after Diva nails wrecked them. Cannot recommend this place enough!!!! Awful experience, awful manicures. I had dip nails, asked for dip only but the staff did dip/gel combo. If she had paid even the slightest bit of attention to detail it would've maybe been okay, however she didn't smooth out the areas close to my nailbed, so what should've lasted 3 weeks, looked god awful by 7-10 days. Was also there with my 8-year-old for her bday, paid extra for her to get gel polish (toes and fingers), so that they would make it a few days until our vacation. Every single one was chipping with a few days and most were completely peeling off within a week. The nail art she asked for looked like something my daughter could've done herself. my friends and i went here to get our nails done for homecoming and everyone was so nice! The woman who did my nails was asking me questions to be sure that i liked my nails and that she was doing okay and so was the woman who did my manicure! the place was very clean and you could tell that the people who worked there put a lot of effort into what they do. Worse dip nail set I have ever had. I visited this salon about a month after they opened originally. I am going to guess someone's mother was doing my nails. They were all different lengths and filed crooked. My fingers were cut up from the drill and file. "You like?" No! Someone else came over to try and fix the disaster that was on my fingers. I am leaving this review now because they still keep texting my phone despite the numerous STOP replies. You have lots of choices on Hwy K. I suggest you try a different salon! read more

Got a full set and it was different lengths and the nail was put on so uneven and went back in the next day to get them straightened and still where not straight i've had them on for 3 ish weeks and it's ripped off my whole nail bed and was gushing blood i will never go back read more

I love getting my nails done here. They are quick and clean. I love Lee. He already goes above and beyond making sure my nails look amazing and that you're happy with the color. My dip typically lasts the entire 3-4 weeks but I get them redone because of the grow out. Many places my dip chips. I love that i know the quality and customer service is friendly that's what makes me return each time. read more

Took way too long. Overcharged me. The paper said $34, and they charged me $55. I asked him why it was that much and he put my card in for me. Left no tip. I loved this place at first. I always got Nina and recently my nails will break (in half) and I will go in to get a fixed and I get charged. My nails were a week and a half old and half the nail was still on my finger. There isn't much of a charge difference for a full set or a fill. My nail that she fixed was very rushed and looks HORRIBLE. read more

I heard about this nail salon from a friend and I'm so glad I tried it out! I walked in and got my toes done right away and then was able to immediately get my nails done after. They were very helpful and patient recommending the perfect color to match my prom dress. Everyone was very nice and ready to assist. The prices are also reasonable and I even got a student discount. My nails look great and I would definitely go back and recommend this place to someone! read more
