Wow! A friend of mine invited me and another friend out to get a pedicure. First time here I should mention. We walked in and were blown away. This place is top tier! It's giving, Florida and California vibes. It's huge! We were welcomed by the most friendliest staff. We were asked to sign in. We did and went to the bar for a cocktail until they were ready for us. Once we were notified that they were ready for us, we walked to the back. It just kept going. Beautiful decor everywhere, the chairs were amazing, and the pedicure was awesome. The chairs were an added bonus considering how well it gives a massage. Overall, our experience was beyond what we were expecting. If you're in the area definitely drop in. You won't be disappointed. Needed a Mani-pedi before I left for the Bahamas and this place is close to my home so I decided to check it out. It was wonderful! I had a relaxing rosè mani and pedi with gel on my toes and a dip on my fingers. What always makes me nervous about a dip powder is how thick it makes my nails, so I was hesitant to do it. Mike who did my nails assured me it would be thin like a gel but better for the health of my nails. He was not wrong! He did a great job and even recommended a lovely color. If Voncii was the last nail salon in Missouri, I'd stop getting my nails done before I'd go back there. I called before going in and asked how much for a fill. They informed me it was $40 for shorter/square shape. Perfect, that's what I get. I get there and the tech doesn't even ask me what shape I want, she just starts doing them.. but does them square so no problem. I decide to add on chrome. I know there's always a charge for this, I've done chrome a dozen + times before. Everywhere I've been it's been $10 - I assumed this would be about that. She finished and I go up to pay. The girl comes up and says $75 is my total. For a fill with chrome. I said "I called ahead of time and they told me $40 for square" She goes "yeah, you did get square.. I don't know? Oh chrome. That's $20" Which $20 for something that took her 15 seconds to do is crazy but whatever. I said "ok, so why is my total not $60?" She goes "let me go check" Comes back up and says "she said she'd do $70 but it's more because she trimmed your nails" I'm sorry, $10 to "trim" my nails? I get my nails done every 2 weeks - this time was a week & 5 days. Yes, she barely shortened and shaped them but I paid $10 for that? Is that not part of the service? What are they going to charge you to paint them next? I've been to at least 50 nail salons and I've never experienced anything like this. This is by far my worst nail salon experience of my life... coming from a girl who goes every two weeks for the past 10+ years. Oh and the best part? I got them done Friday & as of today (Monday - 3 days later), 4 of them are chipped, 3 of them have bubbles & 2 of them, the chrome I paid $20 for is coming off. This place is horrible and I wish I would have thrown a bigger fit about how insanely uncharged I was. The pic is 5 days after. You can see that the quality is pretty terrible in the pic but can't see how many are chipped. As of today (6 days after), 7 nails are chipped. literally disgusted that I spent $84 for nails that I'm embarrassed for anyone to see. Spent almost $200 less than 2 weeks ago on dip manicure and gel pedicure. The dip manicure started lifting 6-7 days in and I lost one just now (9 days). The woman who did mine was incredibly rough when massaging my legs and kept putting all the pressure on my shin bone to where I had to ask her to stop multiple times because it was so painful. I wish I took a picture. When she did the next leg, it was the same thing. I told her she was literally rubbing my shin bone and that it was becoming red and would bruise. Which it did. At the end of the pedicure she interrupted a conversation I was having with my sister to tell me "you have very bad skin," pointing at my feet. I was in disbelief that she actually said something so rude out loud. Overpriced and rude/unwelcoming employees and atmosphere. We will not be back. read more

Yikes, not sure where to start. The staff are quite friendly but that's where the good part ends. Incredibly pricey for lackluster service and poor quality nails. We got two of the "nicer" pedicures, I got gel-x nails and my mom got acrylic. The pedicures were so rushed. We sat for almost 30 mins without any kind of water, and when the pedicures finally started they were so "meh." I am happy to pay for a high quality service with good results when I am able, and tbh that is what we expected here but it wasn't the case. My tech, Dee, is the only tech able to do gel-x. She's kind and patient, so I don't hold this against her. She said they were trying a new technique. But my nails started popping off like popcorn kernels. The NEXT DAY two came off, then two more after that, etc. I had to make an appt to get them fixed and she had to replace 7 of the 10 nails. Got them done Sunday, 7 were off by Thursday. After that they did last thru the weekend wedding I went to because I brought nail glue with me. But I am so incredibly disappointed in everything that I simply will not be back. I've been meaning to do my nails more at home anyway and this was the push I needed. I recognize others have had great experiences and I love that for them. Best place to get your nails done in St Charles County. They can do everything the other nail salons cannot. If you dream it, they can do it. The inside is beautiful, modern, and clean. I have never had to wait and have never made an appointment. They have a very large staff for pedis and manis alike. All of the techs I have had are a 10/10- I have yet to have a bad experience with any of them and my nails consistently last a very long time. On the left you will see a golden long sofa and to the right of that a long top shelf bar (yes, the drinking alcohol type of bar). In front, there are brand new seats and tables in rows, VIP private room behind that, which would be great for groups (bachelor/bachelorette, family, girls day out), and next to that there are rows for Pedicures. My friend and I had the opportunity to get pampered before our trip and the ladies that work there were all friendly and attentive. We also ordered 2 drinks while getting our nails done. Most places I've been to NEVER sat my friend and I together, but they made sure the whole time we were sat together and got our nails at the same time. The prices are towards the expensive side, but affordable. Definitely worth the experience of being there. The salon is incredibly cute and the option of having drinks is why we chose this place. We were getting our nails done for my wedding the next day. While everything seemed pretty great, the nail artist I had did a subpar job. I pointed it out and the guy asked if I wanted it fixed but we weren't going to have time for her to fix it. It's not very obvious, but the nails are bulky on the nail bed and not smooth on top. They give the appearance of "one size fits all" press on nails. I also got a pedicure - they use these straw like things to get the jets going but it wouldn't stay in so I didn't even get to have the jets on but about three minutes so that was pretty disappointing. It's hard to give an accurate rating. I'll say now the pedicures are not worth the price at all. I only get acrylics from here after trying a pedicure once. For the acrylics, it depends on who you get. I'd say 90% of the time they do amazing, but that 10% depends on the person you get. Came in at 6pm for one adult gel pedicure and one child gel manicure and gel pedicure. the woman who worked in my daughters gel service didn't take off the nail polish and painted right on top. She didn't prep the nails (no base coat). the gel was coming off after 10 minutes. The woman who worked on my toes must've been newer to the industry because she had no clue what she was doing. One worker filled the acrylic on my toes. A male worker had to come over and fix the thickness. I still have old bright pink nail polish on my toes that i was told they couldn't get off. Stay far away from this place. they had the audacity to try and make me pay full price and I had to explain that I'm not paying full price for these services. I had to pay a "discounted" 95$ for these terrible services compared to the 120$ I was also asked why did i not tell the woman who was working on my daughter why didn't she prep the nails and my response was it's not my job to tell her how to do her job. read more

First I was skipped three times and then the man who did my nails broke my nails because he just ripped off the previous overlay I had on. Chipped nail after only a week. And I paid extra for dip to ensure there would be no issues. I travel for work and rarely have opportunities to get nails fixed at the original salon they were done at. This is why I get dip nails, they last on average at least two weeks before I have any issues and more often than not, they last until I want them changed without any problems. To have a nail on my non-dominate hand break this soon is pretty rough. In addition to this, the top coat was put on so thinly and unevenly that it left brush strokes on my nails deep enough to be noticed and for lotion to get stuck in. I fixed this already myself by putting on my own top coat at home- which I shouldn't have to do after paying to have it done ya know? Good luck. I don't typically write reviews but I felt I needed to in this situation. My daughter and I went to Voncii for nail services. My daughter wanted a nail dip and I had an appointment for a pedicure. My daughter was upsold without being told and was charged $60.00 for a dip. She wasn't told that the manicure they added on cost more. She specifically asked for a dip and was charged for an additional service she didn't ask for. I had an appointment at 11:00 for a pedicure. I was brought back to a chair and no water was started. I sat there for 15 minutes and then asked how much longer it would be. A technician came over 5 minutes later (20 minutes after my appointment time) and gave me a pedicure that lasted 16 minutes from start to finish. (and that 16 minute pedicure cost $35.00) I was too irritated to talk to someone at the time. So I called and asked for a manager after I left. A manager called me back 6 hours later and did nothing about either situation. He tried telling me that they looked at the cameras and my pedicure lasted 20 minutes. I can assure you that it didn't but even if it did, is 20 minutes all you get for a $35.00 pedicure? When I asked that question, he said yes. Needless to say, we won't be returning. They could've made this right with an apology and admittance of error but they did neither. I would not recommend this establishment for any services. read more

I picked out a rainbow style design that I was super excited for. I showed the male nail technician the picture, and he immediately seemed irritated. In the past when I have showed a photo of a nail design, the nail technician will find colors that match the photo. This man slapped down a color pallet on the table and told me to find them. This stressed me out a lot as he seemed very rushed. I asked to look at the colors on the wall instead, because I really wanted this design to look good and wanted to make sure the colors were correct. I felt insanely rushed by him at the nail wall as well. He kept pulling out colors that were not at all the same as the picture. I felt so rushed, so I picked out a color I really wasn't sure about for one of my nails in the rainbow design. When it came time for that nail, sure enough it did not match the design and I did not like it. I told him "I do not think that color will work". Instead of offering to find a new color, he just told me "it will be fine, it matches", even though I clearly did not like it. The worst part was at the end of the experience when the man told me to help him put everything back. At first, I thought he was joking. But then he left 4 colors on the table and told me to put them back. My hands were covered in oil still, and I felt uncomfortable putting these colors on shelves as my hands were very slippery. Never in my life have I paid for a service and been treated like an employee. I am now stuck with colors I do not like and will unfortunately not be returning here. read more
