The UV device felt filthy when I stuck my hands inside, with the place I rested my hands covered with crud. I also think the price was extremely expensive. I came in to this location. I never really get my nails done and just started to focus on self care. The photos attached is one of what I asked for and then what I received, which is not even close When they were finished, I told them this is not what I asked for, and they did not say anything to me, and took me to the checkout. When I checked out, he asked me not once not twice, but three times why I didn't want to tip him. Then 5 people waiting but you still on the first appointment please be advised that you must have patience to go there. I want to give Ms. Tina great service. She gives you fair service and polish well. If she is busy you still won't feel rushed. She is not someone who tries to convince you of more if not needed just because it will bring in more money. Worst experience. If you want to be yelled at and harassed about not wanting gel then Vi Taylor is the one for you. Vi Taylor was incredibly rude through whole pedicure. Vi Taylor has no customer service skills. Left blemishes on my nails and was uncaring about my concerns. Color did not match sample but kept saying "it get darker " but guess what, it did not get darker did not match color sample , I asked for anything dark maroon and she offered me pewter color with a HUGE attitude toward me. Apparently she doesn't know colors and doesn't care if the customer is satisfied or not. Vi Taylor then just left me sitting there. Vi is the rudest nail tech I have ever encountered. Yelled at me, didn't care about my concerns for a service I then paid $50 for. Do not recommend this nail salon. Had a terrible experience 2 years ago two years and thought they would have improved their service with their "remodel" but the techs have gotten worse. Love my nails! The salon is clean and simple. For my nails, I wanted a nude dip set for an elegant look. Jo Jo was my nail tech. I wanted my nails to be almond-shaped, and usually they end up looking like claws, but Jo Jo did a great job shaping my nails and was very meticulous. She was very nice and social. Wow, just wow honestly I've been frequenting this shop and exclusively seeing kristen for almost a year now with no issues. Last Tuesday i went in for a fill and kristen was off and i let an older man do my nails and my nails got BOTCHED (pics included) and not only was my entire SHAPE AND LENGTH WRONG but then when i called the next day kristen as AMAZING as she is told me she would fix them FREE OF COST, when i went in on that Friday three days later i was told that to file them to the shape I ORIGINALLY ASKED FOR it would cost $35 (on top of the $55 I ALREADY PAID FOR THE NAILS I HATE) and that would leave me with absolutely no length :( and if i wanted a full set they would charge me $75 and honestly i was so disgusted i left. I went in here recently for a gift certificate for my daughter. She has been getting her nails done here for a few months and they always look amazing - the designs are next level! The employee that helped us was friendly and explained that there were many services to choose from so it's best to give a specific dollar amount in a gift versus a service like a mani/pedi. Worst experience ever. I booked a 5:30pm appointment for my daughter & I for dip nails and a polish change on our toes. After choosing a color I was talked into a different shade because it had a matching polish. When it came time to have my toes painted (over an hour later), they informed me that they ran out of the matching color. I asked to cancel the polish change for my toes & asked if someone could please do my daughters nails, as she has been waiting over a hour, while multiple workers are just sitting around & taking other appointments. They claimed they 'didn't know' even though I had two appointments scheduled for 5:30pm & verified this upon signing in when we arrived. The nail tech also made my finger bleed, after telling her 3 times she was hurting me. And now, 2 days later, the glitter top coat they put on top of the dip is peeling on my daughter's nails. Do NOT purchase a giftcard here- they will steal your money. I purchased a $100 giftcard for my mother in law for Mother's Day, she used $50 of it (when she used it the lady said "someone loves you, you still have a large balance"). She went back this week to use the rest and the lady told her that her balance was $0. The lady then accused her of giving the card to someone else to use, my mother in law was in tears because money is tight and paying out of pocket was not expected. I'm also frustrated that they stole $50 from my husband and I that we got for my mother in law. Go to Voncii down the street, it's much cleaner, nicer and they won't steal your money!!! They had my water a little too hot but fixed that pretty quick. . It didnt take them too long at all to do each of us. Nice hot towels. They even offer hot stone massage. Been going to them for a few months with pretty good results. I made a appointment at 2 Pm and they called the night before to ask if I could come in earlier because they had a group party coming in and I didn't have a problem it that. I arrived early for them and was sat down. The tech proceeded to dry rip the old acrylics nails off instead of soaking them which hurt pretty badly at one point I was tearing up. Then she did a terrible job putting the new set back on. Some of the nails arnt even glued to my nails all the way. she was just rushing to get me out of there and I find that terrible to treat your regulars this was to make a buck on parties. wont be returning. read more

I waited over 2 hours just to get a pedicure. When I came in they told me about an hour wait, but obviously didn't account for people that had booked appointments already. If I had been told there was a two hour wait I would've just went somewhere else or booked for the next day. The pedicure was nice and it's lasted a while without chipping. The people were also very nice. I just wish they would've told me the actual wait time so I wouldn't have sat there wasting my time. The wait is very long most times, so I would just say book ahead, but the people and quality of the nails are very good! read more
