First time visitor and I went into the salon an hour prior to closing on a weeknight, and I still received the best service. I was extremely happy with the entire experience and service. Not only dig at my cuticles with full force without even looking up at me when I clearly was flinching and stiffening up, at one point he had my leg holding it in his palm at my heel, said something to the guy doing my daughter's pedicure next to me and started lifting my leg up and down and started laughing. As if showing how strong he was maybe? Not my imagination. My daughter noticed also and almost said something. Paid $47 for the extra care on my calluses and don't think I got that. This is the worst nail salon. I've been here 2x in 3 years, but I'm done. It's disgusting, so unclean and nail polish and supplies just thrown everywhere. Then the girl doing my nails, kept giggling with her friend and stopping to type on her phone, that she forgot what nail she was on. I was tempted to get up and drop some cash and go someplace else. Don't get me started on the guy who did my pedicure. He painted my nails before any of the other things. I don't think he ever even spoke. So strange. read more

The salon is disgusting. They dont sanitize between customers. I watched them use the same nail tools on multiple customers without getting sanitized. I was getting a pedicure and had to ask for clean tools. The guy didn't understand what i was saying, the owner or manager of the day if you will, had to tell him that i wanted clean tools (nail clippers/cuticle nippers, etc) he took them to the back and came back with them in a package. Not sure that they were sterilized yet alone even cleaned. Everyone in the salon was coughing and not covering their mouths. Me another customer kept looking at each other knowing that we both wont returning. I was schedule to get a gel manicure and decided after the pedicure i couldn't endure anymore. I hope i dont get an infection. I cant believe they pass inspections. I would not advise supporting this place. read more

Hannah is the best nail technician by far. If you take her a picture of something, please believe me, she will I'll do it and then more! She's very attentive, creative and energetic. She's amazing when it comes to picking up on your vibe and coming together to create magic! Are very unique, and she knows what she's doing. I've only been going to her since this year however, I have taken my children and her friends I have taken my friends. They're very patient and kind and you can crack a joke laugh and have a good time or if you're tired, you can take a nap while you get your nails done. Went here last Saturday to get a pedicure and full acrylic set. My pedicure was fine but my full set was less than subpar. I will say due to COVID I accepted that they were busy, but that should be no excuse. First, the nail tech did not put enough glue on the nail tips and one kept falling while she was filing. Next, I asked the nail tech if she could do designs and she said yes. I showed her a picture and she agreed she could do them. When she finished painting, she pulled a sticker out in which she could not get stuck to the finger. She then proceeded to stick on a different design that looked nothing like the picture, but I accepted this because they were busy and I figured other techs who normally freehand designs may not be available. I left the salon somewhat satisfied. But the reason I will not be returning is because it has been a week and 5 nails have fallen off! Not split on my finger from them growing out, but literally just falling off. I feel this is just lazy and rushed work. read more

I typically try not to leave negative reviews but if i could give 0 stars i would. I went to magic nails 6 days ago and had my old acrylics taken off and new put on. The lady that did my nails seemed to be in a huge rush and my acrylics were so thin. I thought maybe with the gel color on it would help thicken and strengthen them. Definitely not , i rarely ever break nails and a day and a half after getting my nails done i had to go back and have my pointer finger fixed. A day later and another broke. Again like i said now i'm on day 6 and i have 4 nails still left on. I also paid 65$ BEFORE tipping and usually wouldn't mind if was good quality. Went in for a soak off with nails from a different salon. The nail tech proceeded to forcefully rip off my nails with a nail tip. My nails are now so thin I can feel when air touches them. Two of my nails are completely ripped off and started bleeding because the nail tip dug so deep and punctured the skin. Even after seeing the bleeding she continued removing all the nails with the same technique and same nail tip with the blood on it. She even tougher the bloody broken nail with NO GLOVES. (I did not see her wash her hands before moving onto the next client) She then was about to put new tips even on the broken nails. Safe to say I will never be back because of this insane experience. Very unprofessional and they refused to tell me her name over the phone and told me they would tell me when I come back to get my new acrylics. I guess I'll just never know!?! read more

I got a full set and a eye brow wax. My eyebrows look amazing and for 9.00 can't complain but my nails on the other hand oh my. So I get my eyebrows done and go sit back down the nail tech says okay come on about 5 minuets after no biggie. She starts on my nails she gets a a smudge under half way done and goes and helps another customer. I sat in my seat for 15-20 mins till finally another nail tech finished with another customer and he finished the rest of my full set after drying and everything it took 2 hours for me to get my nails done. I've gotten my nails done for years and have never sat in a salon for an hour tops. Anyway I get done I let my nails dry for 20 minuets leave get home each one of my nails has a scuff something. I'll go back for my eyebrows but I'll never go back to get my nails done. read more

This is a wonderful nail place! My aunt brought me here for a mani pedi for my 30th birthday. We were greeted immediately and seated in a pedicure chair almost immediately, which is amazing for a busy Saturday. My technician was very gentle and detailed. I chose a regular polish for my toes. They use OPI a great brand. Then for my nails I chose a gel color due to the rough work I do with my hands. They have a lot of trendy and traditional gel colors. This is definitely a nail salon that I would come back to. read more

This was my go to nail salon but after today's appointment I will never go back here. I showed the man doing my nails a picture of what I wanted and he just glanced at it for a sec. He did a good job on my fill but when it came to do the design he first started to do French tips on my nails which was not what I wanted so I told him and he got very annoyed. I told him exactly how to do the design and it looked so bad. All the glitter was messed up and definitely nothing like the picture. I understand that they can't recreate the exact design but this wasn't even close. I could have done a much better job at home myself. So I told him I didn't like it and just to do glitter on the whole nail (which is such an easy fix). He then told me that "he didn't have all day to do my nails" and "it not my fault you keep changing your mind". I never changed my mind on what I wanted, he didn't know how to do the design so he could have told me that from the start so I could have just done a simple color. It is never okay to scream at your customers or blame them for something that is your own fault. Don't waste your money here, there's much better places in town. read more

I have never had an issue here ! Actually I've always been more than happy. They always take their time and use at least three different techniques I had never even seen until I started going here ! They make sure to get rid of the growth of your natural nail with your fill and will completely break off the acrylic if it's detached from the real nail. Also, if you're getting a full set they always add extra glue to the corners of your tips before adding the acrylic. These are the extra steps that make my fills last!!! read more

Not sure how this works but my nails look worse than they did before I got my nails done. Went in for a simple cleanup mani (take off current nail polish and put clear on) so toward the middle of the mani the lady started putting clear nail polish on I thought, "Already? Still see pink nail polish." Showed her and she seemed to not mind. So as I go up to pay I ask another lady "is this leftover nail polish on bc it won't come off?" So she had to leave her current customer and "cleanup" the "cleanup". Leftover nail polish, uneven nails...At this point I was livid so I just paid and left. However, when I did pay, it seemed as though they minded what I paid them. Apparently that was much more clear than the leftover polish. So yeah, by the dirty looks it didn't seem like anyone benefited from this "cleanup" mani. I consider myself a pretty patient person and I do not like the idea of bashing businesses. But I couldn't have asked for an easier task that I was too lazy to do myself. I was more than happy to pay someone else to do it. Now after driving and paying and driving I get to start where I should have just done it myself. Lesson learned I suppose. Hopefully if you decide to go here they will take the time and care about what you want them to do. I'll save some of your time and say don't bother. RANT OVER. read more

I went in with a $20 gift certificate. I said I wanted a regular manicure. The lady started using the dremmel sander on my nails and I told her NO, I just wanted a regular manicure. She said ...I will give you gel nails for only $5 more; that is a good deal, I will do this special for you today. I then agreed to gel nails as I needed my polish to stay on for a few days. When I looked at their prices, the gel nail manicure WAS $25 so she was NOT giving me a 'deal'. She did not have me soak my hands nor did she push back or trim my cuticles. She did not massage my hands and arms or have me put my hands in hot wax. She squirted oil on my nails and gave me a towel that was over her shoulder and told ME to rub the oil in. SERIOUSLY? She painted my nails, had me use the UV lamps to set the polish. It was AFTER the polish was set that she cleaned/trimmed my cuticles (barely) without soaking my fingers. She didn't remove polish that had gotten on my fingers when she painted my nails...which is usually done with some polish remover and a fine brush. To end this joke of a manicure, she held a bottle of lotion above my hands and squirted a few squiggly lines of lotion on my hands; and told me I was done. I cannot believe I didn't ask her what the heck was I paying for, as I am quite verbal. Instead I have decided I will no longer go to this salon. I was sharing this experience with a friend and she told me the last time she went to this salon, she was given a cotton ball with nail polish remover on it and told to take the polish off. OMG!!!!! I want to add during my visit, the lady used profanity while talking to the man that works there. How unprofessional!!! Horrible experience all the way around. Now I understand why this place is empty when I drive by. read more
