This is the best nail salon that I have been to. As soon as I arrive, I am taken almost immediately. The chairs are very comfortable, there are a lot of polishes to choose from, and the salon is very clean. The nail technicians use clean tools every time (the package of tools was opened in front of me each time I came in). The technicians are very talented and I always leave happy. I took my 11 and 9 year-old for a child Mani Pedi and an adult Mani Pedi for myself. I have made an appointment for 10 We got there and I signed in , but nobody had said anything to me so I went up and said well we've picked out our colors and she goes. It'll be a little longer so then at 10:30 they finally seated us at 10:45. They came over and started on mine then I said well could you do the girls so they brought another one over for the youngest one and my other granddaughter was patiently waiting, but I felt bad. So I said to the lady who I found out her name was Kaitlyn. Nobody gave me their names. They were all speaking in their native language only and I said, could you please start on my other granddaughter I would rather wait cause I want them to feel special she said NO! we really didn't get started till 11 o'clock so I learned later on the reviews that they always say yes to your appointment time even though they're not prepared. Then I also realized they weren't giving the girls the child's pedicure and I said something and they just looked at me. Nobody answered me. I said I even registered when I came in that said the child so they did that for girls sitting patiently waiting for me and they want to come over and sit by me and their nails were dry she said NO . they have to stay even though there were other children running around. I felt bad because it was not a great experience and then before they started my manicure, they said you need to pay first then you won't mess up my nails. I said OK I'm used to that and they had done an excellent job on the pedicure, the manicure was terrible and then to make it worse. I accidentally hit my right hand and I said I'm so sorry and the only thing she did was wipe it off a little bit there was still a ridge like a hole in the because she only put one coat On top of it. She was angry, and I had already paid and given her a good 18% gratuity in good faith before she did it --we didn't get out of there till 1220 and I just didn't have it in me to say anymore, but they had charged the girls for a full pedicure, but I didn't want the girls to know because I wanted this to be a lovely experience. It was I wish I would've read the this happened in March 2026. Beware the one girl I asked her name and her name was Anne and she was very sweet and took very good care of my 11 yr old the others just ignored us. and Kaitlyn was mutttering in her native language the entire time there and looked very unhappy. It was not a comfortable place to be. I called back them the next day when the girls weren't there and they said you wanted water I said anytime I've taken the girls for a child so they let them play in the water a little bit with their feet but they don't charge extra. She goes well you should've asked and I said I've taken them to three different places and they always let them play in the water with their feet and then they just give my child's Mani pedi . I can't tell you how many times she said to me you should've asked what was I supposed to the always has been every place I've ever been. It was not a lovely experience and I feel bad that my girls were so good and didn't complain when we left to go. Why did it take so long? Go anyplace else don't go there. I am currently in dispute over paying the bill. I also want you to know that I always write excellent reviews for everyone, but this was so bad I had to speak out. read more

I've always been happy with the service here. however, they got new chairs (pedicure)that look very nice but are EXTREMELY uncomfortable! plus there is no padding on where you put your feet, so that is uncomfortable and when they put a towel under your feet, it slides off. Service was great and the lady was very nice, but the quality of my polish change was very disappointing.. the polish is all over my skin and there's a sharp thing on my small toe? May be from the gel but once I get home I'll have to file it because it's cutting my other toe. I am now back not even 2 weeks later and two of my "polished" Gel toe nails have completely fallen off ... I am very lazy about getting my toes done so I usually go 2 -3 months in between getting them done and just allow them to grow out then cut them down. I have never in all of my years experienced this.. mine don't even chip in those months just simply grow out! This place is horrible. Save your money. read more

I like this salon a lot. The only issue is scheduling. They always say they have time but do not actually always have the time. Tonight I called ahead and they said come in 30 mins. I did and still waited 20 minutes for them to call someone in because they were so busy. It was evening and near close but they had 5 customers. I wasn't able to get my pedicure because it was so late. I do love the atmosphere, HGTV always on and the ladies are very kind. New check in system is nice as well. Worse pedicure I've had in a long time . First time at this location . I usually do a gel pedicure . This time I did regular polish . The girl asked if I wanted my nails cut down , well she butchered them . Uneven , not shaped evenly , polish isn't bright , she didn't use a proper top coat . It will take me months to grow my nails out to the proper length . The pedicure cost $41 -- no gel just cheap polish . Totally over priced for what you receive in return . This place is amazing! I came here with my mom today Wednesday around 2pm and they were able to get us in for a mani/ pedi right away. I was very impressed that before starting the service they ask you to wash your hands, they definitely take all the covid precautions which we really appreciate. My nail tech was Becky and her massage for both the mani and pedi services was amazing. We upgraded to the spa pedicure which definitely was worth it, I definitely recommend treating yourself on this I was legit in heaven. Literally worst pedicure I've ever had. The nail tech (male) had the longest nails that he couldn't even really rub my legs or feet without his nails digging into me. One time I even had to say "ow" because he was pressing them into me so hard. Then proceeded to cut off any toe nails I had and left barely enough to paint. When he did paint them, he put atleast four or five coats (gel) because the nail polish was clearly either running out or had gone bad. Ive gone to a few in the area and Ive been dissapointed with them all for years. I wish I would've found this nail shop sooner! Joe was my technician and he IS THE REAL DEAL! I have been going there for several years and have not had a problem. I took my girls there the morning of their prom to get their nails done and they did an absolutely terrible job. They were overbooked and rushed through the process. We showed pictures of what we wanted and the the one design looked nothing like picture and my other daughter had color all over the edge of her nails. Not to mention the last 2 times I have had a powder dip done they have chipped within the first week. After spending over 200.00 for a less than mediocre job we will not be going back. read more

Well, I'd give them 1 star if I could. I gave this place a chance after I got a full gel set for prom. They forgot a step in setting the gel and they instantly peeled off about an hour later. I went back and they fixed it, but they chipped again! So I went back today, a year or so later, to get a pedicure. My feet are butchered. The nails were bleeding from the trim, paint is messy and all over my toes, and the lady used her hands and not tools to pick at my nails without gloves. The gel was chunky, there was dirt in the dried gel! Two hours later the gel fell off of three toes when I was wearing sandals! I went back in to ask for a refund because I didn't have time for another pedi and they refused a refund and argued with me in front of customers. Incredibly clean nail salon. They use disposable plastic liners for the pedicure tubs, all customers are required to wash their hands before manicures. Masks are required during COVID-19 and they even have loaner masks if you forget yours. I've always been happy with the service. I get pedicures, acrylic nails and eyebrow waxing done here regularly. She insisted my daughter get dip nails. (We had no clue what dip nails were except they were 5.00 more) At any rate she does these dip nails. It takes twice as long as my nails and they were sooo bad. She kept asking everyone in the shop if they looked alike, did they look good, did they look right, to which they all had various opinions so then they would give advice and changes would be made...this was a nightmare! My daughter was giving her opinion as well but it just went on and on(much like this review). Finally she let my daughter leave. The all came off in the end. This salon is so pretty and so clean! They have the most comfortable chairs And just a nice atmosphere. However....even with an appointment I waited a half hour before I was called. Then I told the tech I wanted a full set but on the shorter side. I've done this before at other salons and it's never been a problem. The tech laughed and laughed and said if I want them short I'm not getting a full set. Ok I told myself this was fine.
