I received a gel manicure and I love how they look and the sparkly color! For $35 this is the best price I could find in the neighborhood! I'm taking away a star only because while doing my cuticles she caused my finger to bleed pretty bad and it then left a small mark that is still here a week later. I know that this kind of thing can happen pretty easily but I expect them to be a little more careful. However, she was very sanitary and did the right practices to clean it and prevent getting an infection. Overall, I will definitely be coming back here! read more

I just want to express my disappointment of this nail salon. I was sitting in the pedicure chair next to a chair of a lady who was also getting a pedicure. The nail technician was filling her foot bowl with water, and the sprayer (which was not in her hand as it should have been) raised out of the bowl, and sprayer both myself and the lady in the chair. This wasn't just a "small spray", it wet my shirt, my jacket that I brought for my daughter (in case she got cold), my shorts, the left side of my hair, the chair, and my water bottle! The lady in the actual chair described it as they had just given us another shower! When checking out, I left with wet clothes and I asked if they would compensate me for the "un-asked for shower" and the nail tech refused! I understand that it was an accident, but she could have taken off at least $5 for the inconvenience caused by THEIR employee. SMH. Shame on Anna Nails. Where is your customer service? I would rate them ZERO stars if I could! read more

I have been coming here for a few years now. I never think very far ahead of time to make appointments and they are always able to fit me in, even if it's last minute. I don't have hours to spend, so I like that I can get in and out quickly with a basic manicure or pedicure. I've had different people do my service each time and I'm never disappointed. read more

I always make an appointment. 3 times in a row they have had me wait at least 30 minutes past my appointment and then put me in chair and either take a walk in or start me and then start another person. when I asked about it they said well we are busy! very rude. if you don't have 2 hours don't go !! read more

Everything is great there my nails turned out perfect every time and so does my pedicure!

walked in with an appointment and two people got served before me. unbelievably disrespectful

I can't say enough good things about this place! The music/video they play is so calming and relaxing. They are clean, neat, organized, and professional! They do a outstanding job! Customer service is TOP notch! read more

Loved the atmosphere here. Spa music was very relaxing. Kelly gave me a beautiful gel pedicure. She also and gave my manicure much needed attention. Prices were comparable to others while service was above others! read more

Had some time to kill so I got a pedicure only at this little nail salon tucked into a nice little strip mall area. I thought it was just your typical routine but found that if you give the general color- THEY pick your shade- the nail salon is not my first rodeo kids but maybe it was a good thing to have them pick the color instead of standing there picking between santa red and masai red and big apple red for half an hour....there's a difference please dont judge lol. The pedicure was pretty standard nothing special hence the average star review. I dont know if most salons just aim for this quality of work or what. Nevertheless it was relatively clean - I can be understanding about 1 fly that got in but maybe let's mitigate the flies? And the motorized callous remover grinder thing- I dont know if they just go from client to client on that one- I tried not to think about it but then my anxiety kept screaming about a certain pox of the monkey kind. Yikes. Over all just ok. Plenty of parking, nice staff. And the pedi looked nice as well. read more

I moved to lake Stl 6 months ago and I have been coming here to get my nails done ever since. I get a full set from Kevin and he is amazing. The staff is very personable and does great work. I recommend to everyone that is looking for a place to get their nails done. read more

Horrible experience. The lady that was doing my nails wasn't paying attention and drilled my cuticles to the point of bleeding. A lot of yelling and harsh workers with an extremely dirty work environment. Would not recommend. read more

I stopped going to this salon about a year ago because they have no respect for their patron's time and overcharge. I spent 3 hours there once hostage while they took me and barely started my nails, then sent me back to the waiting area, then back and forth with different techs. Last week I decided to give them one more try and they gave me what appeared to be a new tech who had no skills. When I left, I had squared nails even after repeatedly asking for rounded and she also gave me super thick gel, and in the end my nails look like they have chiclets on them-not attractive. To top it off, she didn't do the cuticles. All the while I was sitting there, the owner stopped by several times to say they haven't seen me lately. I wonder why. read more

Was recommended...will not come here again...super rough my toe is bleeding and then on top of that they didn't give me sandals even when I asked and had me walk around their shop barefoot. My pedicure will be ruined when I get home since I need to clean the cut on my toe now read more

I got a gel manicure on Saturday. My nails looked great. The staff was friendly. BUT... One nail (thumb) chipped by Monday morning. I went in that evening and they fixed it with no problem. Tuesday morning, not only had that nail re-chipped, but my other thumb nail chipped as well. I'm not sure if it was the nail tech or the entire salon. Or maybe something I did. I really don't think going in for another "repair" is going to help with the distinction. IF I go back, I'm I'll update my review. read more

I've been getting my nails done every other week for over 10 years and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I'm assuming since I've never been in before -- as I am traveling -- they decided to give me the new guy. Not a problem! Except my nails have never looked worse. If you're not a regular here, I would stay far away. It also took over 2 hours and I got in right away. read more

I was there yesterday and paid $65 for the pink and white acrylic nails. My two pointer finger nails are two different shapes and sizes. I'll attach photos. It is a noticeable difference. Wonderful nail design from Anna Nails once again. And lots of new colors to choose from!!

these are the worst nails i've ever gotten. the lady didn't shape my nails correctly and over charged me so much. i asked for long nails and they cut them the shortest they could be. i don't recommend. paid $90 for a pedicure and nails that was worth at most $60 read more

I used to go to this place pretty regularly to get pedicures. When the lady I usually went to wasn't available I just went to whoever could get me in. When I was getting my pedicure I felt as though the lady doing my toes was talking about me. I recorded it and found out she said that "she's been in here before" "I don't like her". I had 2 different people listen to it and they both said....I wouldn't go back. I think the lady's name is Kelly. It was a horrible pedicure too! I won't be back! If you don't care being talked about and feeling uncomfortable-this is your place. I have since then moved on to another Nail Salon and I couldn't be happier! read more

Ok, so straight up, I did not go personally, but my wife went there today, and came home very unhappy. She seldom goes to get her nails done, but decided to treat herself -- this, however, was not a treat. Key issues: 1) she felt she was rushed through, 2) she was not pleased with the outcome of the way they looked - not what she asked for (this could be, because of the language barrier - I get the impression that the person spoke just good enough English to take a basic order and collect the money, but not really communicate about the service), 3) when my wife further examined her nails she realized they were not even (different angles / curves, different lengths), 4) when she went back to complain, she was told that she was wrong and that they did a good job (so much for "the customer is always right), and one of the workers was even laughing at her. Based upon what I saw and what my wife communicated to me the 1-Star is really too high - I wish I could give it zero. read more

Went one time as I was unable to get in where I normally go, and was heading out of town. Nails were chunky and only stayed on one week, where normally they would stay on at least 2 1/2 weeks. I definitely paid the price for waiting too long. Plus was a friendly staff. read more

Anna the owner very rude, made me feel very uncomfortable, and unwelcome. Gave them multiple tries, I'm done! I refuse to pay money for rude comments, and bad service. My nails were wide and separating within a day or two, and they looked unnatural. Will never go back. read more

Since I moved to this area, this is the place I've always come to for my pedicures...The staffis always friendly and recognizes me when I walk in the door, even if its been 6 months. Anna updates her salon every few years also, so it's always a nice inviting experience. There is one girl here who is a little rough on the massage, but I'm sure that's a matter of personal taste, although my calf was bruised the next day! lol! I really do like this place an recommend it to ask my friends! read more

The very worst service. They dont care about making their customers happy. Very bad job!

Great experience today! The staff was very friendly and kind. The tech took her time and did an awesome job. I will be back

they cut my friends skin on the finger while filling it down, to stop the bleeding they put nail glue on top. i do not recommend.

I love this nail salon. The staff is extremely friendly and it's very clean. The ladies all have fun with their client and even when busy maintain a positive attitude. Not to mention I'm always happy with my nails:) read more

I've been going to this salon for 3 years now, but lately the service I've had has been terrible. The staff is very rude. I had to ask twice to have one nail redone because the lady doing my nails didn't remove the polish that was previously on the nail. Once she had my payment she couldn't run away quickly enough- without saying good bye or thank you. Nail salons are a dime a dozen and I won't be spending any more money with Anna nails. read more

Overall poor experience! You walk in, early to your appt, and they immediately yell at you to pick a color, no greeting. Mind you they give you no space to do so & when you have 4 other people standing there it's kind of hard. The technician rushed and made me bleed in 3 different spots, disconnecting my nail from the skin. Had to walk around barefoot bc they didn't offer any flip flops. Def felt as though they were talking about me. Then it comes time to pay; 2 receipts bc she has to change the paper (for my records- I wanted to keep a receipt that shows me what my total for all my usual services would be for comparison) she told me she has to keep that one as well?! Of course they charged the incorrect higher amount (I had a feeling that she would do that), I noticed they in fact did do that, clever. So I called and they refused to correct the transaction amount bc they can't do it over the phone? I had all the info they needed so Why, idk? I can assure I won't be returning to this location. They are obviously nice to their regulars, just not sure how they expect to continue to develop relationships with this type of 1st impression. read more

I took my mom there and we had a very poor experience. The nail technician actually made two of my nails bleed and left nail polish on many of my fingers. My nails are very sore today and they look terrible. My mom had a bad experience with her pedicure as well--the lady was extremely rough on her and very rude. Overall, the staff was very rude and we will not go back. read more

My mom and I have gone to Anna nails since I was a kid for pedicures and the employees all know who she is. This past weekend I went into to get a dip gel manicure and it is truly the WORST one I have ever received from any nail shop. I have been getting this manicure for nearly four years now and never have I had any nails crack within a day. Here, I had two nails crack in less than six hours. It has now been one week and now I have had five nails crack and damage my nails. This is after I went back in the day after to have him fix my cracked nails. My friend who came with me also had a bad experience where the nail tech dipped her nails before she even drilled them, cut them or shaped them and just kept filing her nails down until they were short and stubby. We both left so disappointed and feeling like we had wasted our money. I literally never write reviews but this is a crap manicure. Now I have to go get my nails redone somewhere else and pay to have someone else fix their mistake since I have no confidence in them whatsoever. I would love a refund. read more

I went to Anna Nails for the first time yesterday- never again will I go there. I had an appointment and literally felt like I was rushed through. I was getting a pedicure for my wedding on Sat and thought it would be a nice relaxing time. They barely asked me what I wanted- or really talked to me at all, Then when the girl was finished with my pedicure she just left me in the seat and went and took the next person. After ten minutes and watching other ladies walk their person out- I finally just got up and left myself. So not the experience I was looking for. read more
