This nail salon was the first I've tried in the area in a while. The people were friendly and talkative. I picked out a color that I really loved after looking for a while but turns out they didn't have it. They tried to get me to pick out another color which I had a harder time doing with the way they showcased the options (this could use some work and attention to what they do and don't have) but they suggested one we ended up and I was happy with it! Although I was disappointed I didn't get the color I wanted this is the best shaped manicure and healthiest my nails have looked coming out of a salon. I would recommend and look forward to coming back! I just hope they check the colors they have and maybe organize a book with the true options. Shop owners have changed since May 2024 so I think they're still getting the business running the way they'd like. read more

I think it's shady!! I don't understand why they don't paint to the cuticles. I feel as though they do this so you have to e to come back sooner. I would not recommend, it looks like you need to paint your nails as you walk out the door. read more

I recently stopped in for a manicure and pedicure on the day of a friend's wedding, and my experience was not all that great. My nails did turn out looking okay though, so at least there's that! My sister and I had an appointment at 11am so that's when we arrived, and we sat with our feet in water without anyone starting on our pedicures for over 30 minutes - totally unacceptable, and who wants to sit with your feet in lukewarm water for that long anyway? Once the pedicures were in motion, someone came over to "start" my manicure, and it was anything but pleasant. She filed my nails so fast my fingers hurt, and then once my pedicure was done, sent me over to another chair so my fingernails could be finished up. All that was really left to do was paint them, so that's what happened, but I do not believe they should be charging someone full price for a manicure if half of it is done at a very unpleasant turbo speed while a pedicure is still happening. This place is fine if you're in a pinch, but my experience was not all that pleasant. Defintiely do not go if you're in a hurry. read more

Tonight was my second trip in to this salon. Hands down the best service I have ever received at any salon I've ever been to. I had Nancy for my pedicure and she was very sweet and the massage was so good!!! Mindy did my nails and she is awesome! Not only do I not feel like a burden to her I also feel like I can tell her if I don't like something with out offending her. We talked the entire time and I felt more like I was sitting there with my closest friend than a nail technician! She makes you feel more than welcome! I've found the perfect salon for me! read more

I'm very confused. I called to ask if they did appointments or walk-ins and was asked if I even been there before (very rudely). When I said no that lady said "oh then it's appointment only" I said ok and asked if they had any openings. The lady then said "uhhh...do you have cash on you?" I made an appointment to get nails and eyebrows done today and AFTER my nails were done I was then told that my eyebrows couldn't be done because she was busy. The only reason this place gets 2 stars is because of the pedicure. The lady who did that was wonderful and did a great however my full set is terrible. So uneven and the paint doesn't even color my whole nail. I didn't have my contacts in so I thought they looked great and I can home to a mess. Worst customer service ever! First time customer and I was told they were busy and come back 2 hours later but there were 2 just sitting there alone. Came in later and was talked into a gel dip. she ripped off my acrylics and didn't apologize for the pain. Cut my nails real low and uneven too. I paid $40 for that and had a coupon but it was one day expired and she wouldn't honor it, (i couldn't read the small print) You would think for a first time customer they could cut me some slack. That evening after looking at my nails, I decided I didn't like them since they were done so poorly. Called the next day (by that time, one nail was cracked and the gel coat was lifting) and she wanted to charge me an additional $30 to take it off and put acrylics on. Ridiculous!! The owners were not in to talk to, how convenient, and found out it was the manager who had done my nails. Finally Nathan offered to do them for $20 and since I hated my nails so much, I had him do it. The one star is for him, he was so pleasant and did a good job. I'll never go there again. read more

****DO NOT DO IT, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE**** I called and initially asked for Van but he was on vacation so I booked my appointment with Mindy who answered the phone. My appointment was for noon, I arrived a couple minutes early but didn't sit in her chair til 12:30p. I patiently waited a half hour. She was apologetic. As she started to do my nails I noticed she was going super fast which made me feel a little rushed "rush job" After she polished I noticed my nails were a little lumpy and not smooth. I'm very picky so I notice EVERYTHING. I normally get gel polish but glad I didn't and brought my own bc it was pretty pricey. Mindy suggested a matte finish but failed to tell me it was extra, I had to ask! Those kind of things should be disclosed upfront. If she would've taken her time and slowed down on my nails the end results would've been better. She was cool for the most part but made smart remarks a few times. She also spoke negatively about a client (my friend)...the person that referred me. She shouldn't speak bad about anyone that brings business in, she should know better. Of course I didn't tip her, I should've been accommodated for the unexpected wait. She charged me extra for shaping my nails a particular shape and for the clear matte coat. Do not recommend. Too expensive for a minimal manicure. Barely used any products and unprofessional atmosphere.

4:00 pm ... I was in the area for a meeting at 5p so I decided to stop in 355 for a quick fill-in which would normally take about 40+ mins including the drying. At 4:15p I decided time was running out and I can swing back after my meeting. The young lady at the first chair said "Oh he'll be done in 5 mins". The pedicurist was attentive and kind. The LITTLE side swoop feminine guy is the worst! His disposition was less than welcoming! Was he upset that I wasn't there at my leisure? He let me know he didn't like short, natural nails. Whatever the case, he was definitely not pleased and it showed in the results. Nails were thick and uneven. Would definitely not recommend this salon. I asked for their deluxe pedi which came with a 10 minute massage and a full set. The young man who worked on me did not give me a massage at all and did not bother to cut my already too long toe nails-he half heartily filed them and I assumed it would be enough. That same night I was traveling and I discovered when I got to my destination that my big toe nail on my right foot tore off due to it still being too long. My full set looked awful when he was done, they were super thick and not square and short as I requested and looked so cheap. I could not pick up anything at all with my nails, they looked just so big and awkward. The entire time he was working on me he was loudly flirting with the other guy that worked there or screeching at the other young lady to feed him prunes out of a bag while he worked on me. Came back in 30 minutes and was told there would be another wait. So if you are not wanting to hang around and wait in the heat because they are not a fan of AC this is not the place for you. I asked for Pink & white acrylics & the pink to look very natural. The pink was way too bright and two of my nails were bleeding from the sides as the acrylic stuck to my skin. I also had a Pedicure, which was awful. The guy didn't even clean under my nails and each nail was filed uneven and he never cleaned around the cuticles for the excess polish, WASTED $70.00.
