Well... several people came in and had an appointment which I understand but communicate if the wait will be an extended period. They put my feet in the water and I waited for 1 hour with my feet soaking. This was ridiculous and the failure to communicate is not acceptable. They know how long or should know how long the wait will be, then say something. The only reason I stayed is I was traveling the next day but if they would have communicated to come back in 1 hour instead of not saying anything left a very poor customer service experience. I could have easily came back 1 hour later. Since my feet were soaking I felt trapped and should have left after 30 minutes. I spoke to the manager and she apologized but I felt nothing would have changed. I will not go back. Advice is to communicate if wait will be an extended period, most people expect communication and will be patient if you are setting proper expectation. I cannot recommend this establishment.

I evaluate everything and the pedicure bowls are clean around the bases and behind them as well - most salons miss this. The manicure stations are very clean too. I can't stand it when there are nail clippings and shavings and gel dust left on a station from a prior customer and that does not happen here. I'm very comfortable with the sanitization of their tools (so important) and I love that they are always ready for me at my appointment time. Other nail salons should take note! This is a husband and wife owned and run business - no other employees, so you know who you are getting and you know you're going to get a high quality manicure and pedicure. They do a great job and he blows me away by free-handing the French and American tips so they look natural. I've been 5 times and they have earned my business as a regular customer going forward. I'm unfortunately one of those people. Stopped in to visit I Heart Nails today for a way overdue pedi. Annie focused on all of my neglected issues and really helped take care of me.
