Walked in thinking I would only have time for either nails or feet. But they were able to get both done in that time frame with out cutting down on the steps needed to make them look amazing. They took so much time attending to every little detail while keeping watch on the time to make sure I would be out in time. I feel they went above and beyond to make my expierenxe one to remember. I have never been somewhere I felt so amazed by the work being completed by of both ladies but the hospitality of everyone i interacted with at the office. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon. The guy doing my nails was…read moreso nice which is the only reason I stayed through the whole thing. Unfortunately after getting home and realizing just how bad these were I called and complained and asked for a manager. Apparently the Manager is out of town long term. He also stated it was the nail polish that caused it, said sometimes they put acetone in the polish to thin it out and he probably over thinned it. I have to wonder if this guy is even licensed. He had absolutely no clue what he was doing. He filed me nails I have been growing out for 6 months down to stubs. He shaped my one hand square with rounded edges which is what i asked for. After giving him multiple corrections on that hand and actually picking up the file and doing a couple jagged nails myself because every time he touched them he made it worse, I finally told him these were perfect shape and do the other hand the same. 10 minutes of filing later, I look at the other hand and he had made them completely rounded to a point and all in different lengths. I was in disbelief and then I started telling him that he needs to look at what he is doing.... I could go on and on about the 100's of corrections I had to give him. When it got to polishing he would put the polish on missing huge gaps in the nail bed, or with debris under the polish. I had to point out at least 5 spots on every single nail he kept missing.... I swear he has never painted nails before. As you can see in the pictures here this could have been done by my 4yo son. I told him I wanted a polish on my nails and feet. He insisted on a pedicure and manicure for $45. Once he has me sit in the pedicure chair for upwards of 3 hours while doing absolutely nothing to my feet, he then informs me that to get a polish is another $16 for feet and $13 hands. So I ended up paying $75! for this! He did not file the bottom of my feet. He scrubbed the tops of them with a brush so hard it left scratches all over my feet. He then filed my two big toes completely different shapes. I was so upset with how he filed my right toe. I asked him why he did that and he said sorry... sorry... I Do Better.... I called him to discuss the situation the next day as the polish has chipped on 2 nails already... He told me to be there at 9am yesterday. Of course nobody was there the 3 times i went by yesterday. I think this is a fraudulent nail salon meaning nobody is licensed. Lastly before he even started polishing my toes, another lady came in and asked for a mani/pedi. He said yes I have time, proceeded to put her in the chair with bubbles. The bubbles overflowed all over her pants and he did nothing about it. That poor lady sat with her feet in the water for about 2 and a half hours before he even finished with me. Moral of the story.... DON'T GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! THIS PLACE WILL COST YOU LOTS OF MONEY AND SEVERAL HOURS OF YOUR DAY.

I came to Soho Nails the day after getting my nails done at another salon and being super…read moredisappointed. The previous tech hadn't prepped my nails properly--there were bumps and uneven spots all over the dip manicure, and it just looked messy. I came in stressed (especially with my birthday coming up), but the tech at Soho immediately noticed what went wrong and walked me through how she'd fix it. She was so knowledgeable and kind, and really took her time to make sure everything was flawless. I got chrome, and she explained how their method helps it last longer--she even took extra steps with the top coat to make sure it would hold up. My nails turned out gorgeous, smooth, and birthday-ready. I was so impressed with the quality and care. Highly recommend Soho Nails! Update: Unfortunately, my second visit was the complete opposite. The dip was applied so thick I could barely function with my nails, and leftover powder was caked underneath. I was cut several times with the sanding tool, the nails weren't smooth, and there were visible ridges. The service dragged on for over an hour and a half, and the end result looked worse than when I walked in. I decided to give them another chance and specifically booked with the tech who had done such a great job the first time. When I arrived, she was already working on someone else and it turned out I'd been double booked. She didn't acknowledge me or apologize, which was frustrating. Another tech stepped in and did her best--she did a good job on the dip itself--but she was rushed and handed me off to someone else for the top coat, which ended up streaky and uneven. I even had to go back inside to get one nail fixed, but several others still had flaws. After two such drastically different experiences, I won't be back. I usually don't even make appointments, and the one time I did, it felt like my business wasn't valued at all. The vibe is mostly relaxing. They have calming music playing. Depending on who is doing your nails varies the cleanliness. Some stations are clean while others have dirt caked on.

Deplorable…read more Yesterday (12/24/18) I went in for my scheduled manicure. The owner (who sits directly at the entrance) chose not to acknowledge my presence with a standard greeting; clearly a selective behavior as I've noticed he greets others with excitement. I carry on to get my service with my usual tech. Approximately 30 minutes after leaving the nail salon I noticed a chip & advised my tech via text with a photo. She chose not to acknowledge. Backtrack to my visit (12/12/18): Jennifer stepped up to save the day and I appreciate it. There was an apparent mix up with my usual tech (she was out & was asked to return in a couple of hours and when I did so I was met with agitation, rudeness and unprofessionalism by the owner). Upon my return (2 hours) my tech was still not there. The owner accused me of "storming out" without indicating my return. Let me state I am a full grown adult who does not "storm out" of any place. To be accused of such juvenile was insulting. Anyway, my tech still was not there. At this point I'd rearranged my day dependent on the advisement to return. We went back & forth for a few moments (totally unprofessional) with no solutions or apologies being offered. Finally Jennifer stepped in by politely inviting me to her area so she could take care of me. Indeed she did. My nails turned out absolutely beautiful & it only took 30 minutes for her to perfect my powder dip manicure. Her pleasant, professional work kept me from going elsewhere after being a LOYAL Zen Nail client for over 3 years. While being serviced my usual tech walked in; not acknowledging me with a greeting or even an apology. Upon checkout Jennifer apologized for the mix up, offered to schedule my next appointment with my usual tech and extended wishes of a good day. I'll end with this note: Good product does not outweigh bad customer service. A non-problematic, paying individual should be valued & appreciated. ALL CLIENTS SHOULD BE TREATED EQUAL. Owners/managers have a responsibility to treat clients with respect as their behavior will be mimicked by their staff. Poor customer service = a poorly run business. In having options on where I spend my hard earned money. Shame on me for putting up with it this long. I certainly will not patronize this business moving forward. ~Christy
