I booked the hydrating facial with Kelli on a Saturday afternoon. Kelli was very friendly and welcoming and the room was very comfortable. She even sent me a nice thank you card as a follow up in the mail. The only small downside was I felt the facial was a little short for the price tag. My gift certificate covered my service but coming back again I would like it to be a little longer. I was a little late after finishing paperwork but my facial was a little less than 40 minutes. Otherwise my service was great!

During my second-to-last visit, the provider was argumentative, rude, and condescending--the exact same day she left me severely bruised from injections. I should have never trusted her again, but I returned for a final visit where she performed a dermaplaning treatment and Epionce peel without informing me of any risks. This resulted in severe skin complications. When I reached out to her directly about what was happening to my skin, she was completely condescending and dismissed my concerns entirely. I am now forced to undergo a 4-month recovery process under a dermatologist's care using 4 different prescription medications. Her history of poor injection work, overfilling, and her lack of empathy when a client is injured is completely unacceptable. Avoid this business.
