I started going for rosacea laser treatments as part of the Forever Young BBL treatments, which I do 3-4 times per year. Boy, what a difference it has made -- alongside the basics, of course: healthy diet, exercise, good sleep, skincare and SPF every day, rain or shine. But even with all of that, I still had residual sun damage, broken capillaries, brown spots, etc. Consistent Forever Young BBL treatments have helped immensely. Bear in mind that while laser treatments are powerful, they aren't a cure-all and you have to be patient. It can take months and several treatment to see a real difference. Debbie knows this, which is why she really takes her time with each treatment and offers reasonable pricing and packages, especially compared to what they offer and what other med spas charge for the same service. Also in terms of results with lasers, your practitioner really matters. You want someone who knows what they're doing, which Debbie absolutely does. Stick with it, you won't be disappointed! I did 30min infrared sauna to heat up the stiff joints and muscles, then a most amazing compression service. Think high altitude fighter pilot compression suit for your legs. Large pillowy sleeves that attach with deep sea diver hoses and then let your lower third be taken by the HANDS OF THOR. Pressure builds, releases, ripples up and down. Perfect for long-haul driving clown (no DVT for me!!) I finished with their Cryo therapy. Essentially you are flash frozen for three minutes with liquid nitrogen gas. It's a unique science that I do cotton to. Bumps your endocrine system, perks up and hones your nervous system, and I came out of the spa delighted, refreshed and am still feeling the effects days later. The card did not have an expiration date printed on it, but I was told it had expired. Instead of honoring the gift card, the business charged my credit card that was on file and kept my gift card, telling me it needed to be shown to the manager. I was assured a manager would call me the following day. No one called. Over the next several days, I made multiple phone calls and was repeatedly told someone would get back to me. Again, no one did. When I went back to the business simply to retrieve my gift card, I was told they didn't have it. The conversation then escalated to the point where my husband and I were told to leave or the police would be called. I reached out to the owner directly by email and never received a response. I have since filed a complaint with the Missouri Attorney General because I was unable to resolve the matter with the business. Everyone can make a mistake, but what disappointed me most was the complete lack of communication and customer service. Had someone simply returned my calls and worked with me to resolve the issue, this review probably wouldn't exist. Edit after receiving your response calling me a liar: I messaged you again with my phone number, my husband's phone number, and my email address. We still have received no phone call, email, or any messages. There is a law in Missouri that gift cards do not expire.
