So I didn't get service as they were completely unprepared. I went here as I was in from out of state on business and needed help with my toes, badly. The reviews were good and it was close to my hotel. However, when I arrived there was a lady who had been waiting for service for at least 15 minutes and no workers to be found. I heard giggling and talking in the back so I went to see if I could get us some help. There were two ladies out back smoking and talking. One was quick to tell me she was off, the other was happy to get up and help. She said there was another girl supposed to be watching/working but had no idea where she was. I had her help the lady who had arrived ahead of me first. I mean fair is fair. So, by the time she got to me it was another 20-30 minutes (1st lady had a lot of questions). After all of that she told me there was no one to provide me a pedicure as that person only comes in once a week. Nowhere is that information listed anywhere. Not on the menu, website, nowhere! So, I wasted an hour and the Uber ride. Its unfortunate as it looked like a nice place and the girl who got up to help was actually really nice. I went in for a oxygen facial. I am new to the area so I found this place on Groupon. I believe Liz(?) did my facial. I was just a little disappointed with my whole process. She was the only one there and had to keep walking out of the room, where she was nice and apologized, it definitely effected the experience. Now I've had quite a few facials and I've always had some type of extraction work done. Besides some exfoliating that was it. Walked in with black heads and left with them to. My first 3 experiences were very good and I was so pleased with the results of my custom facials. It was my 4th appointment that I have decided to never go back. I was treated very poorly. My appt was for 11:00 on a Saturday, at 10 Liz called to ask if I could come in at noon because she was overbooked. I said that was fine. At 11:45, as I was driving to my appt, I received a call from an apprentice who needed to cancel my appt because Liz went home sick and she (the apprentice) can't do custom facials. When I told her Liz told me she overbooked and purposely moved me to noon, she responded with "well, the owner can see you at 3.". It was Easter weekend, I already had plans that afternoon. I'm just amazed at how I was treated, I didn't receive an apology call from Liz or the owner, so they clearly don't need my business. read more

With bad experiences at other places I am so happy to find Liz who cares about my skin instead of just time and money. Liz takes her time and perfects my eyebrows.
