I love the one price that includes their multi step facial process as well as the tip for your aesthetician! It makes booking and coming in for this service very easy. I came this evening for a facial. I had a great experience. I will say if you were looking for a spa like experience this is not the place. While I was getting my facial, there was a lot of noise going on like banging in the room to the right of us. I'm assuming it was probably a utility closet or where they keep cleaning supplies. They also do not have you get in any kind of robe. You stay in the clothes you arrive in. Parking is a bit of a nightmare so try to arrive about 15 to 20 minutes early especially if you cannot walk very far. I had Christine and she was an absolute pleasure. As a mom of three I hardly ever get away or have alone time and of course this was no different. I had my phone blowing up and Christine was very kind and patient letting me answer my phone or have my phone near me so I could respond as I had a situation with my children. I wanted to point this out because as a mom, we need facials and us time and it is so relieving to not be judged or receive any kind of mean behavior because our kids come first and those situations come first. Of course I apologized and million times and I felt awful but it was so nice to have someone so understanding of the situation. There was a lot of great communication throughout the service. Christine went over everything she did before she did it. They were also think she did not do because I was pregnant and went over statistics with me as well. I felt like everything as far as my healthcare was well taken care of, and thought of as well as thoroughly enjoyed the explanation of everything. It's been a few years since my last facial and I truly forgot how much I love them. Parking at this location can be hit or miss so give yourself extra time to park in the ramp as street parking spots are very limited. The spa was a cozy, welcoming, clean environment. I liked that I could easily check in and out on the tablet while also having a staff member available for any questions. Kristine did an incredible job. She explained each step, the products and tools she was using, as well as the purpose for it. I felt like I left with a better idea of both how to take care of my skin as well as the purpose for certain products or procedures.
