Having reached out via Yelp to salons in desperation for a much needed cut and color as we all begin to navigate our way back to work, Steve was the first to respond to work me into Ciao Bella's schedule. Collette then took the reins reaching out to offer me offer a spot that opened even earlier on her schedule. Collette is gracious, warm and really listens. I was a new customer and accidentally thought my time was at 630. I arrived at 615 and the Stylist was actually very rude about it. He stared ahead and finally said it's ok. I should have left, but was returning, because the Stylist decided to change my hair color to auburn, versus what I requested after showing him a picture, which was blonde. My hair was blonde when I went in, and auburn when I left. Then he had the nerve to tell me I would have to finish styling it at home. This was his mistake mind you. read more

First time customer & definitely will be returning! I scheduled an appointment with Audrea for a cut & color. I was initially nervous going to a new stylist since I wanted to make a big change to my hair, but she is an excellent listener and after talking things over I felt 100% comfortable letting her do her thing! We talked hair products, she gave me styling tips & samples to test out. I'm loving my new hair :) The salon itself is very clean and well kept. I woke up this morning and decided, "today is the day.. I need a trim." After a bit of research I called Steve who was able to get me in within an hour of my phone call. He gave me a generous pour of chardonnay, a lengthy, instructive consultation about my lion's mane, and a fabulous cut. He also fixed my poorly cut bangs, which was at the top of my concerns. What's more, we talked about coloring options for my hair, and I'm excited to say I'll be back in a month or two for some 'coloration experimentation.' Oh, and the price? Right on the ball. Beyond the actual haircut: Steve is a father of 3 who obviously relates well to women and their hair problems. We talked nonstop the entire appointment which I have never done with any other stylist. Steve was very good about telling me up front expectations for my hair and what colors go best with my natural color and skin tone. I also decided to go shorter than i normally do by quite a bit and he did a great job with the cut. Better that anyone else who has ever tried to cut my hair short.
