Hair emergency solved!…read more I was so fortunate to find Ciao Bella salon! Had a bit of a hair emergency that needed fixing and Colette was more than accommodating. I had attempted to color my own hair and it really didn't look great. I needed a professional! She was able to work her color magic on my hair and the color was so much better than I had hoped. Not a trace of my mistake - I am so happy and can't recommend this salon enough!

She helped set the tone for my wedding day by making sure we would all be ready to go on time. Not only did they do a great job with everyone's hair, she made it such that we weren't rushed. She even figured out how to secure my great grandmother's antique dress belt buckle into my hair. I visited the salon to do my trial run & during that visit, Kirsten really focused on what I wanted, how to make it work, and took photos to document our discussion. She listened to & answered my questions about how to best prepare my hair before the big day. The salon seemed laid back and comfortable. Can't recommend her enough for special event hair styling. If I didn't live in Chicago, I would definitely go to her to get my hair done all the time!

Front desk staff is always attentive and ready to help you with whatever they can. Almost every single person I've ever recommended to J.C. (which is a lot at this point lol) has decided to stay with her and for good reason. She's the best at what she does; so much so that I've paid for the bride's hair and makeup in any wedding I'm in so we can use her/703 because I don't let anyone else touch my face or hair. I've uploaded a variety of photos to show her versatility and ability to bring your vision to life! Also, if calling to schedule makes you anxious like it does me, they have an app for that! You're easily able to plug in the services your wanting along with the staff member to see not only availability but also pricing, talk about transparency! So if you're looking for a new salon to call home, they'll leave the light on for ya!

I found my new hair magician! Ok, so long story short, haircuts scare me. I never feel like I'm explaining myself well enough for the person to really know what I'm looking for and I'm super clueless about what's even going to look good given my super round face (ugh). Deana was amazing...she's super down to earth, fantastic to talk to (I was there for 3 hours and it felt like we had been friends for years) and seriously knows what she's doing when it comes to cuts AND color. Daaang! And I hear she's pretty good at the waxing too, so a triple threat!!! I'm always a little nervous to see what everything looks like at the end (because I typically have my glasses off the entire time) but this time, I was pretty at ease. I trusted her and it was easy to because she discussed everything and clearly knew what she was doing every step of the way. So glad to have found her! Hope she likes clingy ladies because I'm not going anywhere else now!
