As an itinerant touring eccentric clown traveling nationwide I need TLC. When in St. Louis this is the spot to find it. On the first leg of a 5,362 mile round trip you're going to need some spa services to keep you going. I searched for hot springs, Korean bathhouses and saunas but nothing exists around The Gateway City (or I just didn't like the options). So I gave Celsius a try. The staff were very helpful and guided me to a package that was actually less expensive if I did a la carte services. Most grateful when every shekel counts. I did 30min infrared sauna to heat up the stiff joints and muscles, then a most amazing compression service. Think high altitude fighter pilot compression suit for your legs. Large pillowy sleeves that attach with deep sea diver hoses and then let your lower third be taken by the HANDS OF THOR. Pressure builds, releases, ripples up and down. Perfect for long-haul driving clown (no DVT for me!!) I finished with their Cryo therapy. Essentially you are flash frozen for three minutes with liquid nitrogen gas. It's a unique science that I do cotton to. Bumps your endocrine system, perks up and hones your nervous system, and I came out of the spa delighted, refreshed and am still feeling the effects days later. Thank you Celsius staff for a 100 % positive experience. I hope to be back on the next tour! read more

Emily has been a joy to work with, her suggestion and expertise on Botox placement has me jumping for joy! She is quick to reach out and check in regarding visits to make sure I am satisfied. Absolutely love that! Highly recommend!! Sending my family and friends to her. The staff at the front desk are very pleasant and always call me back should I inquire about anything. Very personal and professional! read more

I really enjoy working with Emily. I'm older, but she just gets me. She knows what I need and what will help my troubled areas. She is very professional, understanding, and she listens to my concerns. I would highly recommend Celsius Med Spa. Thank you, Emily, and your staff! read more

Emily and Lauren were great!! Very knowledgeable, and after Dysport, facials and microneedling, my skin is looking so much better! I would definitely recommend them! -Rachel read more

Emily is the best! I'm new to med spa treatments. Did a low dose of Botox the first time and liked it a lot. Then did PRP microneedling. I don't think my skin has ever looked this good. Just got a regular dose of Botox and it's doing great! Emily explained each procedure, the after care, and what to expect. She followed up a couple weeks after treatment to ensure all was well. You can tell that she doesn't just provide a service, she genuinely cares about her patients. Don't have to go back for a while but when I do, she's my number one pick! read more

Emily understand my needs may be different than other clients and tailors a care plan for me.

Great kind friendly people who provide excellent services. HIGHLY recommend this establishment for your med spa needs.

Careful, careful. Friendly, very helpful staff for sure. And the Red Light, Infrared Sauna, Halo therapies I enjoyed, seemed to help ameliorate mild to moderate chronic pain. But promotions are very quickly changing (so keep track), billing practices a little questionable, and they offer different packages, on the fly it seems. Write the details down, so you have what was originally offered you. read more

... I've been coming here for over 3 years... I love my sauna sessions!... The girls are very friendly and always have it ready for me when I get there... read more

This place right when you walk in is clean & had a great vibe. Every employee that I came in contact with was very friendly and knowledgeable on all the different services that are available which definitely made me feel more comfortable overall. I would definitely recommend coming here if you need a med spa in your life or just to treat yourself! You can walk in but I'd advise you to make an appointment to avoid waiting for a service! read more

Nice atmosphere. Pleasant surroundings offering many different services. Staff friendly and accommodating

All of the staff members I was in contact with were amazingly supportive in my experiences. Each and everyone was always kind and polite. The facility was always clean, neat, and well designed. I will be going back soon and I will bring family and friends along for the experience. I would recommend Celsius Med Spa. read more

Machines were average at best. The girl who took me in for cryo was talking about complete nonsense the entire time. They keep on following up with me for parties and reviews, so here it is. read more

Love this place and the people there. Cryo is a wonderful treatment and I'd recommend it to anyone considering it.

I recently started going to Celsius Spa. Colleen gives the most amazing facials and Miranda has been doing my Lazer hair removal. Both are so kind, are very talented and professional. The spa offers many other services that I would soon like to try. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend giving Celsius Spa a visit! read more

I enjoyed getting services. I tried the cryotherapy and compression and it helped reduce soreness from a sprained knee. I felt rejuvenated! I'm going to try it again as part of my self care routine. read more

Love this place and I love their amazing staff! The Cryo has helped my back pain immensely and the sauna is a great stress reliever. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I always look forward to coming in. Do make an appointment if you are coming in at peak hours like lunch time or evenings right after work. However, they are pretty quick in getting people in and out even when I have been there with a few people ahead of me. Parking can be difficult at certain times like lunch time on the weekdays and on weekends during brunch hours (10-1) as they are right next to pancake house. They are located next to the Schnucks plaza and there is always plenty of parking there if you can't find a spot in their parking lot. This place is definitely worth your time so if you have a chance to try them out, do it. read more

Bought Pre package for their grand opening, 3 sessions, used them immediately and close together within 5 days. I am a strong believer in the science and benefits of all types of cryotherapy but this is at its best level. Anticipating it is worse than it is...yes it's cold but only lasts 3 min. It helped me in my time of recovery from an injury. Bought more sessions to use as needed. Looking forward to it on hot running days. Friendly staff and clean space. Would recommend that they clean the gloves and socks more often that they make you use, as I have noticed they stink. Wish I could use my own gloves and socks. read more

This was my first experience and I think that it may have been "truer" if they had warmed up the unit before I went in. As it was, I was the first user of the day and the chamber didn't really get cold until the end of my 3 minute session. For $59, this hardly seemed worthwhile. read more

My shoulder pain had been troubling me for months, and nothing seemed to help. After just a couple of cryo visits, it started feeling better. After a month the pain is almost completely gone. Not only is cryotherapy amazing, but the staff at Celsius are top notch. Super friendly. Very accommodating. I couldn't recommend this place more. read more

I used to struggle with knee pain (that I was told by a doctor was arthritis), being a light sleeper (I felt like I could never get through a night without waking up), and had end of the day aches and pains from my desk job. Ever since I start going to Celsius about a year ago, I have been able to sleep through the night, I don't have pain in my knee, and my body over all feels so much better. Not to mention Cryotherapy helps get rid of those end of day headaches! Cryotherapy also helped me recovery faster after my workouts, especially when I combined it with the compression therapy. The staff here is amazing and they are truly there because they want to help you feel better. Ask anyone, I am constantly saying how amazing this place is and I think everyone should try them! Appointments are easy to make with the Mind Body app. read more

This place is very clean, modern, and employees are very nice. The infrared sauna is great to be in. Only problem is that you can hear what's going on outside of the room and it's only in 30 minute increments. I have been to other infrared saunas and their time limits are 40 minutes, which is much more reasonable to me as I start to sweat after about 25 minutes. I will probably stick with the saunas elsewhere. read more

Great people and great place! I love the compression and IRT, the Cryo is amazing as well!

First of all, the cryo therapy and infra red sauna REALLY helped my arthritis pain! But even more importantly, the staff is AMAZING!!! They really care about their clients and their facility is great! read more

Kudos to the staff at Celsius cryotherapy for being top notch! I had my first cryotherapy experience at Celsius and they were very friendly, so patient answering all my questions and determined to give me the best experience possible. The environment is comfortable and relaxing with super soft robes and slippers to make you feel cozy before freezing. I suffer from severe inflammation and I have to say the days following cryotherapy I had supstancally less joint pain. I also felt cleansed afterward. I will for sure be visiting again and would highly recommend Celsius cryotherapy to anyone curious about cryotherapy. read more

Celsius is the best! The employees are so friendly and well informed. The facility is very nice and clean with a lounge. I barely have to wait when I walk in. I've been to other cryotherapy places in Stl and they can't match up to Celsius Cryotherapy. read more

Fantastic staff, always friendly! I come here everyday and also do the Infrared sauna and Normatec. Best way to start our day!

Nice facility and staff. Love the chyrotherapy but don't be fooled by the fat and / or cellulite reducing therapies. I had several sessions and zero change. They are very time consuming and expensive with no results. read more

Went here instead of chiropractor just to give it a try, and ended up being able to cancel my chiro appointment

Love this place! The staff is so friendly and the service is awesome. I was nervous to try it the first time, but the staff member talked me through the whole time and was so very helpful. I would recommend this place to everyone!! read more
