There is a consult fee that goes toward treatment. Sarah was super nice and it seems she does a lot of laser work. Treatment: I made an appointment for the suggested treatment but haven't had it done yet. I will update the review after. Prices are on-par with any provider I would use. They were waiting outside for me with a puke bag in hand and immediately escorted me to a private room where they promptly started an IV and fluids on me. They offered me the most comfortable chair, cold towels, warm blankets, drinks, quiet comfort, anything I needed. I spent maybe 1.5 hours or less there and a fraction of an ER or urgent care bill, and left feeling better than I do after I go to the ER for the same scenario. The next time this happened to me, I thought I'd just had a good experience at first and wasn't expecting it to be so pleasant. They were just as amazing, accommodating, caring, and FAST! I wish I could remember their names!! They were so caring, sat with me but gave me my space at the same time, and offered every comfort they could. I could not recommend this place more and I'm excited to try out some of their other infusions! Big supporter!! (Hope the two who helped me read this review bc shout out to the little blonde lady who was working on her birthday and the nice man with a little lighter hair and a buzz cut and arm tattoos who is a paramedic!! I drove my good friend to her surgery that morning and I can tell you all with 100% certainty that Mercy cancelled the surgery after my good friend was already in preop. Update: Mercy AND the anesthesiologist have refunded my good friends money. Why hasn't Dr Prada? Heck, Dr Prada even consoled my good friend as she was getting released from preop. So what will it be, Dr Prada? Lawyers making you pay damages AND the refund by order of the court or simply refund my good friend's $15,000 she is owed by you? A lawsuit against you Dr Prada is in the works. Shame on you, Dr Prada, for preying upon your patients. It's sickening what you have done.

They have several to choose from, and I went with the hydrate and moisture pedi. She sold me on it when she said it came with hot stone massage. After picking my color I sat in one of their amazing massage chairs. Loved all the settings. But of course the best was the amazing leg massage with the hot stones! Get it! The salon is very clean and relaxing. Charming decor. Overall cozy feel. (I can't stand loud noisy nail salons) The technician who did my pedicure was excellent. She was very detailed and made sure I was enjoying and relaxing. The location is easy to get into. Plenty of parking.

The application of the acrylic was horrible but I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt by letting her finish. I asked her to put a light pink polish on the nail to cover the imperfections and give me a French tip. She couldn't even do that. When I tell her I didn't like them and to take them off she grabbed the owner who clearly couldn't see that her tech did an awful job. The owners excuse was I asked for too many layers of nail polish. (2 layers) as the polish was on the lighter side. I still got charged $40 for a terrible fill and had to go somewhere else to get them fixed. Luckily the owner of that salon took care of me and immediately saw how horrible the application was. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.
