I chose to incur the cost of having another surgeon remove the implants rather than allowing him to perform the procedure. Later I learned Dr. Hart failed to recognize I suffer from a congenital defect called pectus excavatum, as well as tubular constriction of my breasts which had affected the height of one of my breast folds. The latter was extremely obvious and should not have been missed. Now that I'm older and more educated on the subject, I'm able to see just how negligent Dr. Hart was. To which the other patient said she was booked for the same and her paperwork came as such. We did receive a apology. Got placed in a room, only for another employee to come in with a poor bedside manner. The door opened at one point, we were not addressed, only told the physician would be late due to weather and the door shut. The only positive was the physician Dr Reggie was very nice and informative. I'm sure the physicians are not aware of how their office staff is with their patients, if they were they would get new employees.

The left eye looks normal and my right eyelid is drooping over the outer corner of my eyelid. I would never recommend the anyone use Dr. Buchanan. The surgery was botched.
