I've hesitated writing a review for a while now, and finally decided to. I bought the three laser package off of Groupon because a friend told me to try laser photo facials. I read some unfavorable reviews from Google but ultimately decided to take the plunge. I usually avoid med spa type places like this (not my first rodeo, I get botox regularly so it's not like I'm clueless in this space) but they're the only places that offer photo facials in our area. They obviously try to upsell, which is typical. I had a few dark acne spots from a breakout and wanted to get rid of them. The first two sessions were fine. Nothing special. I didn't notice any difference after them but I had already paid for three. The third time I had scheduled for an evening before vacation. They text me a couple days before to move the time up - which meant I would have to sit in traffic to get there but I was flexible for them. Not a big deal. For vacation, I was going to a cool area so I wasn't worried about it but the day of the appt our airline changed our layover through Hawaii for 48 hours. I immediately called and told them I wasn't comfortable getting laser right before being out in the sun. They insisted it was fine and I would have no repercussions. I emphasized my worry and told them I would just forfeit my last session so they would still get payment. They told me that with last minute cancellations they would also charge my credit card on file $50. I reiterated to them that I would just relinquish the last session and they were insistent on the charge. They promised I would be fine. I wore a hat, used sunscreen, etc but being pale and close to the equator, even though I didn't get sunburned, I came back with melasma all across my forehead which I've had a tiny spot for years but it never got bigger. This is now spread all over the upper half of my face. I did a bunch of research which shows that after laser treatment, it can cause that. I'm so disappointed and sad. They just want their money and don't really care about their patients. read more

I am very pleased with this place!! I got laser treatments for 3 years at a different place, and on my last visit, the tech at my prior laser place put about 70 little burns on my face because she did not know how to use the new machine she had just gotten. Laser treatments should not do that! Once the skin peeled, I was fortunate I escaped scars. I waited 3 years to get up enough nerve to go back to laser treatments (the ones at the other place did not even work). I chose Laser Me after much research. The nurse at Laser Me was patient with me and gave me lots of time to get comfortable, spending way more time than normal for one laser treatment. I can already see results the next day! My skin is not burnt at all, and I feel very comfortable going back to these people. The nurse does care, and she knows what she is doing. Highly recommend! read more

I had a package for laser hair removal for my underarms. My experiences were largely positive in the beginning, but as of recently I've been very irritated with the customer service from Laser Me Inc. I'm a college student who goes to school out of town, but to keep up with my laser treatments sometimes I'd make the trip home so I can make an appointment. Once, I had made an appointment for a treatment and came into town primarily for that reason. However, the morning of my appointment there was about an inch of snow on the ground. They called me that morning and told me they had to cancel my appointment because it was "too hazardous" on the roads to make it in. Funnily enough, the snow all melted before my appointment time even came around and I had basically come into town for nothing. Couldn't simply reschedule it either because I am only able to come back into town every now and then. I was home for the summer and had a few more appointments left for my laser hair removal package. I always arrive 5-10 minutes early for my appointments. The last 2-3 times, though, I've had to wait 10-15 minutes past my scheduled appointment time for someone to help me (for a procedure that takes about 5 minutes total). And one of the times I was waiting, the woman who ended up helping me was sitting behind the receptionists desk the WHOLE time just gossiping with the receptionist! I literally had to jingle my keys to remind her I was there. Very unprofessional. I really wish I could say that I'll continue to use Laser Me because it's so close to where I live (when I'm home from college), but sadly I cannot. Had about 20 treatments for Brazilian and still got a ton of hair. I had my legs done at The Face & Body at Brentwood and it was great but decided to go to Laser Me cuz of the new customer discount deals. I find myself having to buy up to 20 treatments and now I probably have to go back to The Face & Body spa to fix this. My 2 cents to anyone considering Laser Me, don't do it. You're gonna find yourself having to go to another place. I had a friend that asked for recommendation and I told her to go straight to the Face and Body. Don't be lured by cheap discounts. Not only did the laser treatment stop working after I stopped going there, but this business screwed up the billing on MORE THAN one occasion. Dealing with Rachel, the manager, was the worst experience of my life. Not only did she threaten me but she blamed me for their errors. After some research, I found out I was part of a slew of people caught up in this "business" and their poor customer service and shotty billing practices. I received six laser hair removal sessions on my underarms. I have been waiting to see if there would be results and sadly the results are not even close to what I believe I should have gotten. Let me preface this by saying I am getting my Brazilian done at a competitor. I have had four sessions and I have almost no hair growth. Laser Me Inc. Did six whole sessions and I am still shaving EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. I believe they are purposely deceptive in their services so that you have to pay for multiple unnecessary services that could have probably been taken care of in less time. Not only this but I always arrived early/on time and always had to wait at least ten minutes to be called in. The appt. itself would literally be less than two minutes. They don't even keep the laser on for that long. I would never recommend them to anyone. It would be one thing if just one aspect of the experience was poor but the wait time, the customer service, the service itself, and the price is just not in line with what you can get at other places. read more

My experience with this company was completely negative from the moment I walked in. I had to wait 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there for my first appointment. Then the owner said I had to pay additional money for my laser hair removal package because the groupon was recently expired, even though I called ahead and asked if that was okay before I made my appointment. I went ahead and paid it because I had already drove 40 minutes and waited and filled paperwork out. I was a little nervous with the whole experience to begin with and the lady that did my hair removal didn't ask me many questions or anything she kind of just started doing it. I would have been fine with that if my hair removal actually worked!!! I didn't notice any changes at all. I went back a couple more times and still almost no change in my hair. I have been going to Laser Me for over 2 years and have been very impressed by the staff and the service. I have gotten laser hair removal on my entire body, and have seen results that would be expected from any laser treatment. As anyone educated knows, it takes 6-12 sessions to get hair free, and it doesn't work on light hair, and I have seen exactly those results. Rachel, the co-owner is beyond rude and unprofessional. I had a laser membership here for over 8 months and not only were they not able to keep technicians that were good or seemed to have good training (besides one girl Hope), they were not professional or consistent. I came in for an apt with my 9 year old daughter with me. Rachel was at desk- chatted/made small talk w/ us while I waited for 15 min. When it was time to go back- she waited until we got up to walk back to tell me that my daughter could not go in room (which is understandable with it being a laser). She then told me she was also to young to sit in the waiting room. My question at this point was "why did you let us sit here for 15 min and wait/chat with us and not tell me this until you were calling me back, you saw my child sitting with me?!" Her response in as condescending of a tone as possible was that she was going to do me a one time favor and watch her for me, as a courtesy even though it was against the rules. At this point i had no intention of leaving my child with the woman. She then came up close to me- tried to shake my hand and said "my name is Rachel, I am the owner!" (all of which I knew). This woman has no business in a customer service roll, she does not have the personality nor maturity level to deal with someone who has a problem with her. The only thing I can say is that her mother the other owner seems much nicer, but also did nothing to fix the situation. Do not waste your time at Laser Me. The facilities are not near as clean as they should be. I would give them zero stars if I could. read more

Plan to spend a lot more money and time if you go here for hair laser removal than what you initially thought it was going to cost. I purchased a Groupon package, 6 laser treatments for a small area. I had the laser hair removal done on above my lips. When my six treatments were done, they stated that I would need more treatments which I would need to pay for, I recall maybe another 5-10. I asked what machine was being used for my treatment. I called the manufacturer, explained my situation then asked how many treatments are needed. I was told 3-5. In my case, I felt they kept going over the same area above the lip with each treatment. Maybe the machine was turned down. Maybe they didn't do the treatment long enough; it never hurt. Several months after treatment, the hair above my lips was noticeably back. read more

I just brought in a document and they let me reschedule and not lose an appointment. To save myself and you time, here were my issues: changes to the contract, incorrect billing, unprofessionalism, no results. I left my contract early- and thank goodness I did. stay away! they don't have a clue about customer satisfaction or microblading! ignorant of the customer/client's requests, they are so wrapped up in your signing papers and disclosures to protect themselves, they forget what the client wants! i brought in pictures and tried, with no success, to tell them what color brows and shape i wanted. my $595.00 eyebrow microblading was a total disaster at laser me stl inc. no eyebrows at the moment showing, 2 weeks into this. they said they will appear as time goes by.........? what a total scam. i have requested my refund, and they obliged - although i havent seen it yet, they will not allow me to come into their premises, per rachel, or if i did, they are going to have me escorted out!!! imagine that. so unprofessional and irresponsible. they just want me to go away. but i am not. nancy miller of chesterfield missouri. only wish i would have read these reviews first before i went here. i have talked to several doctors and professionals now, and when i mention their name, they just laugh.
