Do not use this company, they are a complete scam! I scheduled an appointment for cool sculpting, and the next morning called and canceled because my doctor told me due to my medical issues. It would not be a good idea, the woman I spoke with told me my appointment was canceled, but when I checked later that day I was charged almost $3000 and they refused to refund the money. They said I it as a gift card in the next 12 months, but they absolutely will not refund, even though my has said it is medically unsafe for me to go through with it. I have even spoke with one of their nurses, and she even said that I would not be able to receive cool sculpting due to medical issues without an approval from my doctor. I'm almost done with my laser hair removal treatments. It was expensive, but has made a world of difference. I have extremely thick, dark hair that grows rapidly, which I would need to shave daily to feel comfortable. Throughout the beginning of the pandemic when treatments were paused, I saw that my hair was growing slower then it was before my first treatment. Now, almost done with the full treatments, I haven't need to shave in over a month and my dark spots on my bikini line are gone! I am definitely more confident to start wearing bikini bottoms this summer, instead of shorts. Plus, the nurses are usually sweet and helpful. The pain of the laser has been tough for me, but the nurses are totally understanding and support you through it. I recommend bringing bottle of water and stress ball if you can't handle the pain. The only part that I don't like is that they are usually pretty booked, so scheduling can be rough if you have a crazy work/life schedule. I highly recommend Ideal Image for laser hair removal. I'm not sure about the other services, but I am glad that I chose them for my hair removal treatments. I will update this post after all of my treatments have been completed! I decided to purchase a membership for $250 and that includes special prices for various things like Botox. It also included a complimentary service like one round of cool tone. I thought it was a fair package and price. However, I didn't realize that I had to use that complimentary service within 4 months of signing up for the membership and so it expired. I also purchased 36 units and they way overshot how much I needed during the video consultation. I ended up having 8 extra units even when I decided to do some extra above my brows. My leftover units needed to be used within 6 months and so they too expired. I did not know this. The lady on the phone said it was in my contract. I don't doubt that, but I feel like a conversation should have happened when I got my Botox done and we still had plenty left over. I think that it is common decency to say something like, "Don't forget to use these extra units within the next 6 months". This was my first time getting Botox done and I feel like this establishment took advantage of that. If you're looking for Botox or fillers, Pure 111 on the Illinois side has been great to me. I do not recommend this place. You have an online consultation and many things are promised. The consultants (aka salespeople) sell you whatever they can, including procedures that you are not eligible. You have to pay to schedule the appointment, however, when you get there it's a completely different story. I bought a bbl procedure and when I got there I was told that I was not eligible. I wanted to have my money back but it was not possible. I had to chose another procedure that I was not interested otherwise I would lose the money. The corporate office is terrible. You have to spend at least 30 min on the phone to be able to talk to them and they are rude and sarcasm. read more

WHO I HAVE NEVER SPOKEN WITH AND REFUSES TO RETURN EMAILS, Casey, states she needs to verify info. She made one call. I returned her call within 1.5 minutes. I left a voicemail and have emailed her four times in 7 days. Before verifying anything I am sent a DocuSign doc to sign stating they are refunding me, but like her earlier phone call, I have an email starting she needs to verify information. I sign the doc to ensure I get my refund. Days later I have now emailed four times with no response. I have no clue what this person is supposed to verify with me. I signed off on the approved refund on 4/26/2022. On 5/3/2022 I have to again involve someone from the South County office to get any traction. She tells me my refund was "approved today" on 5/3/2022? Yet I signed an approved refund on 4/26/2022? Which one is it??? And then I am told it will take up to THIRTY DAYS TO REFUND ME. I have no choice but to charge back and take legal action. This is unacceptable. This is below board and shady. This company is garbage. Do not spend money here. it was clear the SoCo location knows they my may have to clean up for the sales pitch. I feel bad for the folks that administer the treatment. It's unlikely this is their fault. It's likely shitty leadership and/or ownership. You cannot read the reviews on the various websites and not notice a trash bag of a company. The nurse Linda gave me a treatment plan ( a couple applicators in 4-6 zones which I did as recommended. I paid around $5, 000. The treatment results were unsatisfactory so she would discuss it with an OB doctor (who I never even met) and suggested me to get an X-ray. I was found normal but it cost me an extra $1500 for the xray. The pictures they took before and after did not show any improvement and actually my abdomen was bigger. When I went back and talked to the nurse she said she referred me to her management level. I kept calling them for the whole month but nothing has happened. They did not reimburse any money nor provided any extra services to correct the situation. It has been 2 years and I must say, it was the biggest rip off I have ever been a victim of in my life! Terrible experience. The laser hair removal did not work as I was told it would during consultation. I have dark hair and still wax weekly because the procedure did not work. I told them that it was not working and none of the negative feedback was documented in my file. I was horribly burned twice that left scars that took months to heal and was very painful. No one would help me with the issue even though I kept my own documentation. Could not get my last treatment due to the reactions that happened and I was promised would not happen again, but it happened twice. I was told there was nothing they could do to compensate and horrible customer service. So I was left paying an astronomical amount for a painful experience that did not work. Awesome results! Been going since fall 2017 and so pleased with legs and armpits I decided to do lip and chin hair removal. Then it's on to bikini after I finish treatment. My treatment for legs is every 9 weeks for 7-8 visits. My advice is to take something to relax you beforehand. Less painful than tweezing. Look for their spring and summer deals. I had my upper lip and full bikini line done at the Sunset Hills, MO location. They are very expensive but decided to go for it. My treatments have been complete for 7 months, and I have a lot of hair regrowth!! I loved the treatments as I was going through it. I never really had to shave while the treatments were going on. Now that my treatments are complete, I can definitely tell you that this is definitely not permanent...and it should be for the price I paid! I have to shave all the time. I would say that I've had about 50% hair regrowth. I was told during the consultation that I was an "ideal candidate" based on my skin tone and dark hair. Ideal image is a scam and you will not have permanent hair removal once the treatments stop. Oh, by the way, when I called Sunset Hills about my hair regrowth, I was told my package was complete and that I could come in for additional treatments for $40 each. Save your money....avoid Ideal Image. Also, I overheard the nurses talking, and they make commission off of every treatment purchased. They were bragging about being one of the highest commissioned branches. It pays for them to get us to sign up and they will tell us what we want to hear in order to get their commission. UPDATE: I was contacted by Rachel at the Ideal Image located in Creve Coeur, MO. She read my review and has been very helpful in at least trying to make things right. I decided i wanted to get the cool sculpting treatment to finally get rid of my tiny pouch. I have two kids and even tho I'm very petite (5'1 at 1110 lbs) i was very self conscious. I did this to make me feel good about my body again. I was so excited! I literally was happy crying that i finally could rid of this and at an affordable price! Wrong wrong wrong! First, in my consultation, i was told i need 8 treatments. After consultation you meet with a rep to get your payments and financing (if you need it) together. At first i was only Eligible for a $1000 loan through greensky.... then she made serval phone calls to help me come up with the remanding quote. To my understanding was a total of $3500. Which was still pricy to me but i went for it. When i got to my first appt, the person doing my treatment said "oh you really only need 4 treatments" which was half of what i got a loan for through ideal image. I was under the impression from what she told me, that i could think about "saving" the other 4 treatments at a different time for something else. So i thought about it and decided that i wanted to just get the 4 treatments and not save the other 4. When i called to discuss what i decided to do, i was told there were no refunds and i had to use the money or basically Forfeit it. I was very aggravated because i was NOT TOLD THIS AT ALL!!!!!!! also keep in mind to date, i have only received 2 treatments in one session. So i haven't received another service yet. (If i could be amused right now, I'd find it funny that another review said she was the "ideal" candidate for what she wanted done. Cause that's what i was told too after i called to discuss my treatments) I let it slide, even tho i was aggravated. Also keep in mind, I'm thinking i only have a 3500 loan at this point. So today (October 16, 2018) i get a statement from the greensky place for another loan that was for an additional $1000. And guess what? The interest rate is 29.99%!!!!!!!!! This is a credit card, not a loan! I am so devastated by this! Yes devastated! I'm not over exaggerating. I'm not even sure at the moment if it even works! I had this done 3 weeks ago and yet to notice a difference at all. Just not a friendly experience. I called Ideal Image after *years* of working up the courage to just call to get more information, and felt like I was talking to a machine. When I called in, both times I was met with the same sort of automated response from different girls. It felt very... impersonal? That's fine. Whatever. But when I called the second time to say I couldn't make the appointment and I would have to reschedule, the girl I was speaking with went *immediately* from being a sort of fake-friendly to straight up rude. She was clearly personally offended that I had to cancel (I had a 1-year-old at the time, no one to watch him and live 45 minutes away-- not that I should have to explain this AT ALL...). She was short with me, and made an odd comment to me inferring that I had wasted their and other potential customers' time. The whole phone experience was just so weird, rude, confusing and just plain uncomfortable that it made me want to look elsewhere completely for this service. This is already an uncomfortable and slightly intimidating thing to consider doing. Not to mention expensive. I will not be going back or recommending to anyone else. I've been going to Ideal Image now for almost a year. I chose to do my bikini area because it's super sensitive and never looks great after shaving or waxing. I heard about their 70% off summer sale on the radio, so decided to give it a try... And I'm so happy I did! I've done 8 treatments (there's a total of 9) and I think I've shaved that area maybe once in the past 2 months, and even then it's not that bad. I'd say as of today, I'm 95% hair free around my lady parts and would be happy with the results if I stopped today. But I still have one more treatment and they have a lifetime guarantee, so no point in quitting now! The staff is really nice, too. I felt a little awkward the first couple of times I went in because I was completely naked from the waist down and had my legs wide open, but the nurses are very professional and by the 3rd visit I barely cared. Their hours are long enough that I can make an appointment after work and get out in 15 minutes. They're also open on Saturdays. I've been so happy with my bikini area that I just signed up to do my lower legs. By next summer, I hopefully won't have to worry about a razor! read more

I had a consultation for Botox injections. I've had one prior consultation for the same service at a Plastic Surgeon's office, but I wanted a second opinion before spending hundreds of dollars, so I decided to see what Ideal Image would say and compare that to the first opinion. Without much of a conversation about Botox itself, I was told I would need 50 units in/around my forehead area and told the cost. Now, that news was quite shocking as it was in stark contrast to what I was told by the nurse in the Plastic Surgeon's office/medspa. I was surprised, but when the lady at Ideal Image immediately started talking about the cost of 50 units, then proceeded to ask me how I'd like to pay today, it became quite apparent it was all about the money. Again, there wasn't much of a conversation about Botox itself prior to this; she just jumped right into recommending an extreme amount of units, the subsequent cost of such, and how I'd like to pay/how she could get my money right away. I was instantly turned off by that. In addition to this issue, another issue... I asked about current specials (the website was showing a current special for Botox at $8.75/unit), and since she failed to mention this special, I just inquired about 'any' specials to see what she'd say. She still didn't mention what was listed online. She said they could give me a discount of $10/unit if I purchased today (of course). So, I mentioned the specific special listed on the website; her response: oh that special is for a minimum purchase of 75 units, and you don't need that many. So, then I inquired if Ideal Image offers storage of surplus units for future use (as I know this is a common practice among many modern medspas). Her response: oh yes, we do offer that. So, why was that not disclosed forthright? Why did I have to pursue and pull this information out of her? They are deceptive and I left the consultation knowing full well I'd never use their services .It's quite apparent they are only after dollar signs. I had my bikini area and lower legs done and I'm so happy with the results! My skin is really sensitive so shaving was a pain and left irritating bumps. So far I've done 8 treatments and my skin is so much better. It's very expensive but for larger areas or ones especially prone to irritations I would highly recommend it! The treatments hurt but not any more than you'd expect. Totally manageable. Everyone at the Sunset Hills location is very nice, but Lynda is my favorite nurse The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of how expensive it is. there! She's great. read more

Super expensive!!! For lower legs with a discount of 60%, I still ended up paying almost $4000! And it was such a waste of money!! I would really expect for that price that it would be permanent, but it's not. I haven't done a treatment in about a year and a half and I end up having to shave the previously treated area at least once or twice a week. And when I don't shave, I get tiny clear hairs that grow along with dark hairs. I really should've researched other places to get this done that were more affordable but even then, I felt pressured to sign up when I went in for my consultation. And the pain.....oh gosh IT HURTS!!!! They compare it to a rubber band snap, but if you think about it, that smarts something awful. Watch their financing plans - they do not explain that there is a deadline to if the balance is paid in full. They sneak a $1,000+ charge if you do not pay in full after a year and will not remind you of this. This is shown in fine print on the last page of your statement and is taken without a final reminder. Make sure if you finance you put this on your calendar or else they will go ahead and charge this fee. And when I called asking if I could go ahead and pay in full and ask to take off the charge the woman on the phone laughed and was incredibly rude and told me I should have looked at my statement harder. I went in to have Dysport done on the forehead and crows feet. This was my third time coming to this location so I felt comfortable. However, I had the worst experience! The tech hit a blood vessel next to my left eye causing the area around my eye to blacken and swell. I found it very annoying that they will not tell you on the telephone any idea of cost, so I decided to go to the consultation. The front desk staff was friendly and I filled out many forms about my skin and hair color and how the sun affects my skin. That was the extent of personalizing my treatment plan and I don't think my consultant even looked at it other than a quick flip through. She proclaimed the benefits of Ideal Image, tried to scare me that facial hair only gets worse with age, and then told me my price. She didn't examine the area in question or anything. Upper lip with their current sale and an 'extra' discount would be $1091. When I replied that no, I wouldn't get the treatment she got defensive about other laser hair removal providers not being permanent and pretty much ruined my view that they were nice. I have very little hair on my upper lip, so don't think that you will go in and get a different quote. She said they do the whole area and it takes 18 months overall no matter what. Without researching it, I believe her claim that they are the only 'permanent' hair removal and I don't plan to look into other providers. If they just let some idea of pricing be known it wouldn't be a big deal. read more
