Very poor customer service. I had scaring from a service they provided and they all treated me like I was imagining it. Even their virtual consultant told me I should never go back there! The manager would not return my phone calls. Extremely dissatisfied! read more

I am very unpleased as a paid customer here at the wing haven ideal image I was told if I buy two surenges of lip filler it would be 550 each so I went ahead and bought two syrenges at 550 each I was told that they do not expire that is why I went ahead and bought two now I am not being compensated for my other syringe what is very upsetting as I was going to continue to use them but now I would not recomend them to anyone! read more

I had a procedure done that was extremely painful-but I got through it. I was told that things would "settle down" meaning pain, etc within two weeks. 4 weeks later, I was still in pain on parts of my face and was hesitant on getting the second area done so quickly when it hadn't resolved not to mention the excruciating amount of pain during the procedure. I called the office and they told me someone would be calling me back. Several days later when no one called, I called again and they told me the same thing- no one called. I called several days later and they tell me the person was on vacation and back that next day so they would be calling. NO ONE CALLED. I still have not booked the second session that I already paid a lot of money for and it's been over a month and a half since my last contact with them. It's interesting that they will send out a fake "you missed your appointment but we waived the fee" to get you to reschedule, when there wasn't an appointment on the books. I tried to respond through that email- it went through, but no one responded. read more

After a previous laser "hair removal" company failed to produce the long term results I was expecting, I was dubious about Ideal Image and their claims of permanent removal. However after finishing my treatments I must say I am simply amazed. SUCCESS!!!! The staff is professional and friendly. They made every thing so easy! I spent an hour and a half doing a consultation for laser hair removal despite knowing for sure that I wanted my legs done. It started in a treatment room, and the machine was filthy. I mean, see it from across the room filthy. Then the consultant took me to her office and kept bringing out different prices, sometimes for the same treatment, then quickly taking the sheet away before printing out more to show me. Ultimately, she put $1,000 in extra services that I specifically said I did not want on my final bill, and I walked out. In the end, even their 70% off promotions are way more expensive than what my friends have paid elsewhere, their equipment is not clean, and the bill situation is deeply concerning. It was not a normal MedSpa experience, to the point that I do feel people should be warned. read more

Do not even think about going to Ideal Image for Botox. At $10 a unit it sounds like a great deal, but it is reconstituted with extra saline....aka watered down, and the results are subpar. I learned this lesson the hard way and in the end it was more expensive than going to a plastic surgeon because it requires more units to see any affect at all. I returned twice after my initial treatment because I didn't see any results. And each time they convinced me that I just needed "a few more" units, which cost me an additional $100 each time. I ended up spending $700 and still had bad frown lines. The nurse actually made a comment that she was surprised it hadn't worked because she used the "full strength" Botox on my last touch up. Seriously?? I'm a registered nurse myself and I know for a fact that Botox should always be reconstituted with a specific amount of saline - meaning it should ALWAYS be the same strength. She also said that their Botox was reconstituted by someone else (corporate office or management) ahead of time and then stored up to 30 days before being used. This is also a BIG red flag on why you shouldn't go here. Botox comes from the manufacturer freeze dried in vials. The reason it is freeze dried is because it starts to weaken as soon as it's mixed with saline (this is why your Botox wears off after 3-4 months and wrinkles return). You get the best results if it's given right after it's mixed. What you DON'T want is Botox that has been sitting around for 30 days after it was mixed because it's not going to work as well or last as long. Sorry this is so long winded. It took me several visits and a lot of money to learn all of this, and hopefully I can spare others from wasting their time and money. I can't speak to any of their other services, but personally I would not trust anything from this company. I do know that their policies & practices are set by corporate, so my same distrust applies to all locations. read more

Having had a recent ostomy and being a hairier guy hair on my stomach around my surgery site was a problem with keeping my appliances sticking. After getting the run around from local hospitals and my insurance company about trying to get laser hair removal covered by insurance, I bit the bullet and went to Ideal Image. The cost is very high but I'm hoping after my last few treatments the hair is completely gone. It's already 85% gone or so. It's been kind of a lifesaver. read more
