My pedicure was fine but my Dip Manicure was the worst I've ever had. Cuticles weren't cut back much and polish was crooked on many of my nail beds as well as the filing was insufficient as well, leaving some of my nails crooked as well. Place is clean, but as soon as I walked in the guy was super pushy and rude. Kept trying to take the dip colors out of my hands and made me pick super fast. I told him 3 times I didn't know yet. The lady doing my dip nails was not very friendly and would just gesture what she wanted me to do and moved very abruptly. My dip powder chipped the very next day and j don't live close enough to go back and really don't even want to. Complete waste of money. read more

Just had the worst experience here. I got serviced by a young man. I asked for dip and he ended up doing acrylic. I also asked for French and wanted a thin French not thick. When I told him how I didn't like French he said "it's okay" when paying for my service I told him nicely how much I didn't like my nails and that I didn't ask for this he called me a liar and said I asked for acrylic. My experience wasn't the best at this salon, I went twice and the first time I didn't like the shape of my nails, and the second time I started getting something growing under my dip color and never went back, I'm guessing there was some moisture filtering under my dip and Ive never had that happen, I don't like giving negative reviews but I'm bringing it up so this could be improved and it doesn't happen to anyone else. read more

I went in with an appointment made 2 days in advance and asked when I booked the appointment if they did designs, they said yes. So I went in and showed a picture of exactly what I wanted. She said that she could do it. I sat down and she started. I just wanted a fill but she took my whole set off of my left hand and about 3 nails on my right. Then proceeded with the acrylic. When she started to do the color she had to pull little hairs off of my nails as she was going. She did not cover my nail completely nor did she do the design correctly. She had my phone sitting next to her while she was doing the design which had the picture pulled up. She then added colors that weren't even in the picture. The nails that the designs were on are still blank in some places and I have parts of my nails that aren't even covered with polish. I have white all around my nails on my skin as well. read more

I got a gel manicure here because they had sent me a $10 off coupon for my birthday. I walked in and was immediately sat down and asked about a minute later if I had my color chosen. I was about to go through the 100 color choices, so no. She acted confused why I didn't have a color yet. She then told me it would be $5 more dollars to have my gel polish removed (which was almost completely grown out). I have had gel many many times elsewhere and have NEVER been charged for removal. At one point, I noticed a small bubble/imperfection with the first coat and she picked up my finger and says.."No." And then continued on. Um... actually yes there was something there but she just blew it off. I do not expect them to talk to me like they are my best friend, but at least pretend like you want me to be there and smile or say something every now and then. The worst part was when about 4-5 nails started chipping a week later. Which has NEVER happened anytime I have gotten a gel manicure. That is the whole reason I do a gel manicure! This salon had a great ambiance, but the service, lack of promptness and mannerisms of the staff were less than desirable. The owner did my nails and I would not return. They were thick and started lifting in just one week and he did not eliminate the old nails on the back side during the service....It was definitely not what I was anticipating given the appearance of the salon. read more

this place is absolutely amazing. it's super clean and they understand every need you could have. i had a minor problem with the shaping and she fixed it so quick and with no problems. i got a full set of acrylics with a different color on my ring finger for only 35 bucks!! and that was with a 10 dollar tip. new favorite place. read more

i do not recommend this business whatsoever. i asked for a simple marble design and they said it was too difficult. so then i asked for just a dip fill since i got a full set from my other nail salon the last time i went. they made me get a new full set. it took 2.5 hours. they were rough and i asked for just white dip. they tried to pressure me to get something else and i said no. they got upset over that. i don't recommend this at all. read more
