Awesome spot! Stopped in today for the first time and Kenny- I believe the owner- did my fill. He was so nice, very thorough and fast! Prices are more than fair. I called in advance to see if they offer chrome and they did. He redid my nail shape from the prior place I had them done to make them more almond looking. They were supposed to be almond from before but his reshaping made them look so much better. He has a great eye! I will definitely be back!! read more

This place has gone downhill since I first went a couple of years ago. I went for a mani/pedi on Friday. The employee convinced me to upgrade my pedicure, which I reluctantly did. The only difference was that they "shaved" the bottom of my feet for an additional $12, which then led to my heels bleeding. He also cleaned under my nail so roughly that also bled. The gel mani was overpriced at $35. The next day the gel was already lifting from my finger and catching on my hair. read more

Probably the worst nail experience I've ever had... filed my skin until it bleed, one of the workers got in an argument while doing my friend's nails with another worker, my nails looked like sh*t bc not enough coats were applied, and to top all it off I've lost 3 nails in the first week! Overpriced and poor work- go to another nail salon. My experience here was so bad I'm not even going to have them fix the nails I lost so far even after I paid $46. Use to absolutely love going here but as of lately their customer service has been AWFUL. Not only do they say a lot of rude comments but they rush through nails because they're not properly staffed. Today my 13 yr old sister wasn't sure of what length she wanted her nails to be. The owner literally said to her that she was wasting her time. Very unprofessional and just completely inappropriate. Not only this but then all of a sudden they charge for length. Something they've never done in the year I've been going here. I came here tonight for a manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow wax. It wasn't until I got home that I realized how truly horrible part of it was. She waxed off half of my eyebrow and didn't even ATTEMPT to fix the other to look the same. The dip polish turned out terribly. You can see actual powder particles and there are areas it isn't smooth. Also, my feet don't even look like I had a pedicure. I will NEVER be back here and if you go, I recommend you at least skip the waxing. read more

I had an appointment scheduled and it took 40 minutes for a tech to get started on my nails. I was pretty annoyed with that in itself. I had shellac on my nails from a different salon, so while I was waiting a male came and put acetone and foil on my nails while I sat in a waiting chair. I found that to be even more annoying. He asked what I wanted done; I told him a french manicure with the dip powder. He shook his head and said maybe next time because my nails were too short. I was finally seated with a female tech who turned my experience around. She did a great job on my nails and said we could do the french manicure - That my nail beds were just tiny and assured me we could do what I wanted. She did great, I loved my nails. Read the reviews about the powder dip so I decided to have them take my acrylic nails off and try the powder. Well.. I felt that the lady who did my nails did a very rushed job since she had someone else she knew waiting and they ended up looking lumpy and they look a mess by my cuticles (very clumped). Tried this salon today as I recently moved to area from Southern California. I had the same nail gal for 26 years so I was really nervous about needing someone new in my new hometown. I had gone to a nearby salon a few days earlier with my daughter and thought they did a good job BUT... Something drew me to this salon for my nails. And what a difference! Julie was very gracious and welcoming. Salon was bright, clean and very nicely decorated- a good feel! Nice clientele.... Julie did a beautiful gel manicure and it was done quickly with good easy conversation. I then asked about wax and she was also able to do that. Again, clean and professional! I am so relieved to have found this salon so early in my search as i have had nails done for over 30 years so it's important to me to feel good about a place. I went to this nail salon for a pedicure and powder dip. I was very pleased with the services until a couple weeks later when I took my toe polish off and found a fungus on my nail bed. I went to the doctor and they verified that it was a fungus and I am now having to take medication for 4-12 weeks. I went back up to the nail salon and they told me that it's not a fungus and I have no proof that it wasn't on my nail before so they refused to refund my money for the pedicure. I am not normally one to complain, but I have never had this issue with a nail salon before. After the way the issue was handled I will not be returning. read more

Came to this place from out of town and chose it based on a positive Yelp rating. I was mistaken. I had a 16-17 year old girl do my nails and this is how it went: had me dip my fingers in water instead of let them soak, didn't use clean cuticle trimmer (just one sitting in a jar that she wiped off), made 3 of my cuticles bleed and 8/10 of them hurt when she trimmed them and she didn't apologize when wiping the blood and me telling her I was wondering why it hurt (I get manicures often and they don't hurt), she didn't talk to me when I was trying to make conversation, gave me a dirty nail dryer, and had me rub the oil onto my fingers instead of her doing it (not that I can't do it myself but I am paying for someone to give me a nice manicure). It was obvious she didn't want to be there because she mumbled all her words, but all I expected was a clean manicure with a positive engaging experience. I've never ended a manicure before it was over but I almost did so after she made me bleed. The positive thing: she asked if I'd like a third coat of gel. read more
