I'm 15 weeks pregnant, and I had chosen this spa specifically because I wanted to feel safe and confident in the provider's experience. I reached out afterward and was offered a "touch-up," but with the irritation I experienced, it didn't feel safe to continue. If the goal is to encourage repeat business, I would recommend ensuring front desk staff greet customers warmly and avoid being on personal phones while guests are entering the business. I have naturally dark hair with dark root touch-ups, and at that point it was a mix of orange, brassy highlights and multiple tones. Abby Lauren and Bobby explained that I basically had 3-4 different colors in my hair -- some highlights had been toned, others hadn't. Instead of lightening it further and risking more damage, they focused on restoring my hair's health. They added some beautiful money pieces, recommended an emergency treatment, and gave me a much-needed haircut. My hair had so much breakage it looked like a little rat tail, but the cut completely transformed it! After the treatment, my hair felt thicker, stronger, and healthier.
