Finally! A nail place That takes gel off without a power tool! This place was clean, the people working there were friendly and very easy to understand. They had two chairs there for children and were super nice to my daughter. We have been to almost every other nail salon in the area and this one was by far the cleanest and did the best job. read more

This is absolutely the best nail salon I have been to in my life! Lonnie takes such care and is very detailed. He wants to make sure you are completely satisfied. My last pedicure lasted two months and still looked good when I went back for my next one. The salon is very clean with a very welcoming feeling the moment you walk in. If I could hit zero stars I would. Walk in need to be taken down off the window and they need to say by APPOINTMENT ONLY! When people take the time to stop at your place of business "6x" and get told the same response each time they become a little annoyed ! Either they are short handed or they don't have time . Extremely disappointed with this place!!! I'm the first to walk in at 10am and they have 2 employees. I'm asked what service I want and I tell them a manicure/pedicure, "pick your color and take a seat" which, I do. The gentleman who I thought was going to work on me began applying acetone on my feet since I previously had gel on. While he's completing this, a woman walks in at 10:11 and states she has an appt at 10 but she also brought along her daughter, who would like to get her nails done too. So, he completes applying the acetone and aluminum on my feet and tells me that the acetone needs to soak and he'll be back. Well, what made me extremely upset is that he began doing the nails of the little girl who didn't have an appt. and came in after me, might I add! So, instead of doing my hands, while the acetone soaked , he decided to take the person that not only didn't have an appt. but came in 11 min. after me and had me waiting for 45 min. He actually thought he would start on my feet at 10:45am. At this point I tell him I've waited over 45min and I don't have time for my pedicure or manicure and asked that he at least complete taking off the gel that he started. Oh and did I mention he had the audacity to charge me $10 for removing the gel! Needless to say, yet another terrible service experience in St. Louis!!!! LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! My daughter and I drive from 30 minutes away just to come here and get our nails done. We've been coming here for the past three almost four years. They do a nice job and it lasts! Everyone in there is very nice, they even hand you a little bottle of water when you sit down to have your service done. I just moved to Ofallon from Texas and originally from central IL. Prices are good but the lady in the Salon was very rude. I asked for a pedicure and brow wax. She told me there was going to be a 10-15 min wait which was ok, since I was a walk in and there were only 2 employees on a Saturday late afternoon. Another employee returned with their dog and then proceeded to perform my pedicure. Price is likely so reasonable due to the fact that they do the absolute minimum work of a typical spa pedicure even though they call it a "deluxe". Minimal foot massage, minimal cuticle clipping, and the unhygienic use of a community paraffin wax. Everyone in the spa dips their feet into the paraffin wax. YUCK. After the lady moved over to put the design on my great toe, I asked her who was going to do the brow wax? She said (rudely) "They have an appointment, you gonna have to wait an hour til I done with them". The lady next to me encouraged her to do the brow wax but she refused. I left without it being done. I will not return. read more
