It'll be a little longer so then at 10:30 they finally seated us at 10:45. They came over and started on mine then I said well could you do the girls so they brought another one over for the youngest one and my other granddaughter was patiently waiting, but I felt bad. So I said to the lady who I found out her name was Kaitlyn. Nobody gave me their names. They were all speaking in their native language only and I said, could you please start on my other granddaughter I would rather wait cause I want them to feel special she said NO! we really didn't get started till 11 o'clock so I learned later on the reviews that they always say yes to your appointment time even though they're not prepared. Then I also realized they weren't giving the girls the child's pedicure and I said something and they just looked at me. Nobody answered me. I said I even registered when I came in that said the child so they did that for girls sitting patiently waiting for me and they want to come over and sit by me and their nails were dry she said NO . they have to stay even though there were other children running around. I felt bad because it was not a great experience and then before they started my manicure, they said you need to pay first then you won't mess up my nails. I said OK I'm used to that and they had done an excellent job on the pedicure, the manicure was terrible and then to make it worse. I accidentally hit my right hand and I said I'm so sorry and the only thing she did was wipe it off a little bit there was still a ridge like a hole in the because she only put one coat On top of it. She was angry, and I had already paid and given her a good 18% gratuity in good faith before she did it --we didn't get out of there till 1220 and I just didn't have it in me to say anymore, but they had charged the girls for a full pedicure, but I didn't want the girls to know because I wanted this to be a lovely experience. It was I wish I would've read the this happened in March 2026. Beware the one girl I asked her name and her name was Anne and she was very sweet and took very good care of my 11 yr old the others just ignored us. and Kaitlyn was mutttering in her native language the entire time there and looked very unhappy. It was not a comfortable place to be. I called back them the next day when the girls weren't there and they said you wanted water I said anytime I've taken the girls for a child so they let them play in the water a little bit with their feet but they don't charge extra. She goes well you should've asked and I said I've taken them to three different places and they always let them play in the water with their feet and then they just give my child's Mani pedi . I can't tell you how many times she said to me you should've asked what was I supposed to the always has been every place I've ever been. It was not a lovely experience and I feel bad that my girls were so good and didn't complain when we left to go. Why did it take so long? Go anyplace else don't go there. I am currently in dispute over paying the bill. I also want you to know that I always write excellent reviews for everyone, but this was so bad I had to speak out.

I can honestly say I have never had a painful pedicure before but this, unfortunately, was my first. The pain was caused by roughly using a nail brush as part of the prep and trimming cuticles too quickly/closely, even causing bleeding. Something else that was odd about this pedicure-I had to strongly insist upon a second coat of polish. The end result looks great which was a positive. However, unlike my previous YELP reviews in which I strongly endorse establishments or services, I cannot broadly recommend the pedicure service here from the provider who serviced me. Hopefully this was a one-off experience or someone having a bad day.

They are so thick, uneven, and even have sediment in the nails themselves!! The base coat was not a pale pink like should be in a PINK AND WHITE, it was just a basic base coat. At this point I realized I wasn't getting what I came in for. He then asked the thickness of French tip I like. I told him. He did it. He then was done with one hand and told me "I don't like it". HE REMOVED THE TIP HE DID AND PAINTED THE TIPS TO THE THICKNESS HE WANTED!!! Never have I had a nail tech disagree with what I want! I asked for a round, pink and white set.
