However, I've received this exact same service and design at other surrounding nail salons and I've never been charged more than $70. Idol Nails just charged me $90 for this gel manicure! The nail tech explained to me that doing a French manicure is like doing two regular manicures because it requires a base coat then a second coat for the French tip. They will never see me again!

Everything was good as far as my nails turned out. They told me it would be about a 20 minute wait…read morewhich I agreed to and it was closer to 40 minute wait. And I didn't even mind that because I could see they were working diligently on the two other customers that were being serviced. So I took that as a good sign which it was. They did my nails and they even gave me a flower on my ring fingers free of charge. I wasn't sure about that but I did like it. May manicure missed one step which he didn't rub the nails with alcohol so they were sticky. My pedicure was lovely, and I asked the woman who did it if she thought my nails were sticky but once they put the alcohol on everything was fine. I'm well satisfied with how my nails turned out but it's only been a couple of days so I want to see how long they last before any chipping happens. With the dip there shouldn't be any chipping, but I did read that in a review. So time will tell.

I walked in and the lady who did my pedicure seemed to be in such a rush to get the job done, which I completely understand.. But, with that comes sloppy and poor service that leaves customers unsatisfied. I left with gel nail polish around my toes, gel top coat around my toes, and parts of my toe nails unpainted. I write this in hopes of improvement so others don't have a similar experience that leaves them not wanting to come back because they feel their money was wasted on sloppy nail service.. Pros: - Everyone was nice - Chairs were comfortable & not too close to the ones next to them - Massagers on the chairs are nice

I've been going to this store for quite some time and have always enjoyed getting pedicures there,…read morewhich is why I was especially disappointed with our experience yesterday. I took my 12-year-old daughter in to have her nails painted before she started school. The technician, whose name I don't know but is the pregnant technician, nipped five of my daughter's fingers badly enough to make them bleed. That alone was extremely upsetting and unacceptable. On top of that, her nails were poorly painted and honestly looked like they had been done by someone with very little experience. When we checked out, I was also charged the adult price for her manicure. She is 12 years old. I was told that the "kids pricing" is only for smaller children and does not apply to her. If there is an age requirement for your kids pricing, then your website should clearly state what that age is so customers know what to expect before making an appointment. I have been a returning customer and genuinely enjoyed coming here, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Between my daughter being injured, the poor quality of the service, and being charged an adult price for a 12-year-old, this was a horrible experience. Unfortunately, you have lost a longtime customer, and we will not be returning.
