Frankie provided excellent customer service and did a great job. I also want to mention that Monica previously did an excellent job as a receptionist. She was always welcoming and made customers feel valued. If the goal is to encourage repeat business, I would recommend ensuring front desk staff greet customers warmly and avoid being on personal phones while guests are entering the business.
