This was my first visit. My friend recommended them It was clean and didn't have any chemical odor. We walked in without appointments around 10:30 and were quickly greeted. We were able to sit down immediately and get our pedicures. She did an excellent job and listened to what we requested. We're definitely returning. read more

This place is a complete Ripoff. I came here for a simple polish change and they told me that if I was not doing Gel they will not service me so basically if you're not spending $100 or more here go F yourself! And the people were rude. Anybody giving their hard earned money to this place should be a shame of themselves.!!! this place needs to be permanently closed! They do not care about customer service simply money! read more

I needed a mani-pedi badly! And this spot was next door to the grocery store where I do my weekly shopping so I was able to kill two birds (or ten fingers and toes) with one stone. I was serviced right away and got the best mani pedi I've gotten in years. It's a small shop and the technician lbs are very friendly. Pricing is comparable to other salons so no surprises there. Note they are closed on Sunday. So now I make sure I work my schedule accordingly. read more

I've have nothing but great experiences at LG. the staff is amazing and the service is just as amazing. I always feel welcome and have come to really enjoy getting to know them. I've tried other places here in St Louis and I won't go anywhere else. the prices are great and their color selection is massive. I just love this place. read more

I had been going here almost 10 months and always liked Tina. the last time two weeks ago I felt rushed and didn't do a good job at all I complained to her mom when she got back from vacation and she refused to answer me at all. her sister was rude to me when I called the following Monday. She told me they don't guarantee regular polish. what the heck does that mean.? it should at least last 2 weeks. i filled a complaint with the BBB never again will I set foot in that shop. word to the wise. read more

Lady got mad because I said that the lady said it would be 45 for nails and 30 for feet and charged me 85 dollars and was raising her voice

I have gone to LG Nails for 2 years. I love my manicurist. She is so good. This morning wasn't pleasant. Since they don't do appointments, first come first served. I go early so I don't have to wait 2 hours to get in. Kim the owner started yelling at me while I waited outside, told me to sit in my car. I didn't. Kim started yelling at me when she opened the door. She didn't yell at the lady behind me. She seated the 3rd person through the door first, then Kim seated the 2nd lady that came in. Finally Kim seated me. Kim came over to me and yelled at me again. When my nails were done I went to Kim and told her I would Never come back again. Kim had the Nerve to Thank Me!!! Obviously Kim doesn't need money to treat people like that. I would Never recommend LG Nails to anyone again. Not unless they like being yelled at and treated badly. read more

The male nail tech was terrible. I think his name was Mike. He tried to set the book of colors down in the chair next to me on top of my purse, coat and phone, so I could pick a color since he rushed me into the bowl of acetone already. Major problem, as it fell knocked my phone to the floor, he went between me and the next chair to pick it up. In that instance he hit my elbow which caused my hands to jerk and splashed a small amount of the acetone into my eye. The owner did not see what happened, and when I explained, she took his side. My eye was ok as it was just a little bit but still. Going on to my mani, I asked for Gel instead of dip since the color I wanted wasn't available in dip. He did a horrible job shaping my nails etc. I went up to my and let Kim the owner see how bad they were. She got mad, and said: you no pay, and I ask you not come back. Mind you I have been coming here for over 10 years and have NEVER complained or had any type of issue, but customer loyalty and satisfaction do not matter to Kim. So I will not be back, and Kim was totally wrong for her way of dealing with my situation. She talked about me in their language with the other techs as they do. And I have seen and heard the same thing happen to other people going there. She just does not try to resolve the problem or issue, just kicks you out. What a shame, and shame on her!!!! I only gave 1 star because it's required read more

Been going for a few years. The pedicure I got was $30, which I thought was a little expensive since I just got regular polish, no gel. It is best to go when they first open. It can get very busy, and you have to wait for hours. They do a pretty good job at nails but not the best. read more

This place was a 5 minute walk from the hotel I was staying at two weeks ago. I needed a no chip manicure and regular pedicure. This establishment did not disappoint. I was greeted immediately and waited maybe 10 minutes. I was pressed for time but did not share this with Fei (sp?) She did a fantastic job. I liked the vibe in that salon you can tell the techs there take pride in their work. I don't live in that area but do visit occasionally so I will make it a point to get my nails there when I visit family. My no chip is holding up beautifully!! Thanks Fei for having a clean, courteous, and professional nail salon!! read more

im am so upset at yelp for not offering a zero star option because i didn't even get any service to even give them a rating. how are you a nail shop and are unable to do a set of nails. i showed the lady my picture she said ablsoutley not. we cannot to that. uhm. excuse me alright and then had me sitting waiting twenty minutes just to tell me that a waste of time. time is money and that is time and money i will not get back. respectfully fuck lg nails. read more

I am torn with this review. My nails look wonderful so I gave 3 stars for that, but I was really disappointed in the service. I had a young guy doing my nails and the whole entire time he was either messing with his computer that he had sitting next to him or texting. I was shocked that not once but 3 times within 10 minutes he stopped doing my nails to text someone. I thought it was really inappropriate and thought about complaining but didn't feel like dealing with it, so instead I just deducted it from his tip. I would definitely go back, but I will be sure to request someone other than him. read more

I've been here about 3 times now but yesterday might have been my last time going. My pedicures and normal color changes have been excellent but it's been a different story for my manicures. I've had the powder dip, gel and acrylic just to see how each one would turn out. Out of the 3 I liked the gel the most. The powder dip was ok but I didn't like that the nail tech kept complaining about my nails being so short. It's never been an issue before anywhere else. The acrylics really disappointed me. I was appreciative of one of the techs mixing colors so that my pedi could match my mani. That was awesome. But at the end I noticed the nail tips they attached to my nails before applying the acrylic were lifting off of my actual nail. I showed the tech and he just brushed me off. I assumed there was a communication barrier so I showed another tech. She too dismissed my claim. I'm going on vacation in just a few days to Florida of all places where I'm worried sand from the beach will slide under the tips. I'm praying nothing slips in the gap and rips my damn nail off at the amusement park I'm visiting as well. I'm not crazy but I know there shouldn't be a gap where things can slide between my nail and the applied tips. Wish they would have taken better care of making sure the glue was adhered properly. Now I'm walking around paranoid hoping not to lose a nail in a freak accident. Not satisfied read more

In 20+ years of going to nail salons, this was the absolute WORST EXPERIENCE. From the moment I walked in, the reception was extremely rude. It just continued. She filed my skin and it hurt. She wouldn't further work on my calluses even though I kindly asked and wanted to pay more for the service, she wasn't paying attention and just laughing and talking to others in another language. She completely cut my toe nails in a shape I disdain. When she passed me over to a young man for my gel manicure, he did the same. I made a phone call and he had the audacity to tell me I didn't hear him. I asked him to make all my nails even length. Much more happened. I typically take the time to write good reviews but this situation is well deserved. FLABBERGASTED. read more

Lg Nails - Pedi all done! - Nail Salons Near Me - Bridgeton, Missouri

Hmmm not impressed. Walked in with my mom on Friday afternoon - thankful they were able to get us in for two pedicures. We were seated next to each other at the same time. My mom had a young lady work on her toenails, while I had a young man. The whole experience followed your basic pedicure protocol - soak, trim, file, scrub, massage, paint - but was extremely fast and inconsistent. The water was scalding hot but quickly adjusted, whatever - it happens. My technician massaged my left foot/leg for about 5 minutes and my right foot/leg for about 1. He scrubbed my feet for about 15 seconds each, I will have to go home and give them a proper pumice myself, which is very difficult considering I am 39 weeks pregnant. The paint job was great, he was skillful and fast and it looks good. I was seated at the drying station and waited for ten minutes while my mother finished her pedicure, even though we were seated at the same exact time. she received a thorough massage and foot scrub, and her toes look great and her feet feel great. It's a shame that the service of one employee will reflect on the entire salon as I am sure there are much better technicians who work there that put a little more care and finesse into their work. read more

HORRIBLE-- I'm very patient. I walked in and said Good Morning (nobody responded). I sighed in and sat down to wait to be greeted... 15-20 minutes went by and no one even acknowledged I was waiting. About 25 minutes into me waiting, two other people walked in, signed in, and sat and waiting and finally someone came over to ask what were were getting. Needless to say, the other 2 ladies were seated and being serviced meanwhile I was still waiting with no idea of how long the wait was. When I finally asked, she told me 35 minutes ON TOP of the 30 minutes I'd already been waiting even though I've been sitting there longer... I've seen their work and it's not great but I only have them a chance today because I did not feel like catching an Uber 20 minutes away to the place I usually go to--Happy Nails. This place is conveniently located right by my hotel so it was a short walk but I'll just continue to Uber until I leave because I'll never step foot in this place again. read more

Very unproffessional, and discriminatory, I felt like I stepped back 30 years in time. Do not give them your business!

Went once and never again. Place is not very clean, the customer service is horrifying! I get my nails done at different places all over the country and this was by far the worst experience ever! They insulted me numerous times (I brushed it off ..but really?) and also cut my finger because of how harsh the guy was. He didn't care that I cringed at all :( and didn't care for repeat customers. The only reason I give it 2 stars is because the guy shaped them the way I wanted but it came at a very unpleasant price! Don't go here unless you just don't care how people treat you at all. read more

Rude and overpriced. And I'm pretty sure racist. I went in to ask for a polish removal and was told $20. $20 to remove polish? Are you kidding? Obviously trying to overcharge and was very rude about it. You can tell she looked at me and made up the price on the spot. read more

The prices are good and the staff is friendly. The downside is today is Saturday and I waited for more than an hour. Usually this place is great. Nice people, great massage and my nails always look good and last awhile. But this time, I'm not so happy. There were two tv's going on different channels in addition to the piped in music, and my nail tech was on her phone (earphone) chatting most if the time. Not as relaxing as I was hoping. I asked for the deluxe pedi because I really enjoy the massage, but when it came time for that she added the lotion and got up to help other customers that had walked in. When she got back she softly rubbed it in for, no kidding, 10 seconds and rinsed me off. I was soooooo looking forward to that massage. I thought about complaining, but she's so nice and I'm sure I'll come back. This isn't normally my experience. I usually get the owner and she's awesome, I will just request her next time. read more
